extremely disappointing experience with this company's customer service, which I consider the worst I've ever encountered. Their response times were consistently slow, with little to no communication throughout the process, leaving me in the dark about project updates. Moreover, they demonstrated a complete lack of accountability when it came to meeting deadlines, resulting in significant delays and frustration. If you're seeking timely, reliable, and accurate service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
