Just had our roof replaced by Conner Roofing yesterday 7/10/2025. What a wonderful experience with an amazing company. Rob and his crew were very professional on time and willing to answer any questions we had for them. I will highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Conner roofing has been amazing! They handled our insurance process so well, and every time we’ve had questions or concerns since the install, Chris or someone from the team has been out to address it. Highly recommend!

Conner Roofing recently completed the shingles and flat roof on my building. Rob and Aaron were thorough in the bidding process and even completed multiple visits to get an understanding of the work that needed to be completed based on the old roof not being installed properly. I only completed the roof, but in the upcoming years, I'll definitely be using Conner Roofing to replace the gutters!

As with everything, there were a couple of hiccups along the way with the 4 days of installation, but Conner Roofing finished strong and I am very satisfied with the work that was completed.

Conner roofing helped me out in a big bind: i had blown away shingles, after strong winds & needed temporary quick fix, because rain would;ve made it to ceilings. Conner roofing did a great job on our roof. Joe went out of his way, at the last minute, to provide us with a temporary fix before a big snow fall. They have since replaced our entire roof and it looks great. We could not be happier.

Last years hail storm did a number on my house. When looking for a contractor to replace the roof, I had NO regrets choosing Conner Roofing. Rob (the owner) personally came out and walked through every detail and answered every question (and I had tons!). He made the whole process easy. His team of installers were fast, cordial, and cleaned up afterwards. I could not have asked for a better company to work with. It truly was a pleasure doing business with Conner Roofing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Overall the work done was fine. The main thing I saw as an issue was the handling of insurance and payments.

Throughout the process of hail damage repair for roof, siding, gutters, etc. I was told “I’ll get this bought by insurance” in regards to multiple items. As someone who is new to hail claims, this sounded great.

When it came to the gutters: originally insurance would not cover them. I was told they would try to get them covered with a supplement but if insurance didn’t cover it Conner Roofing “would still do them for me.” I interpreted that as some sort of deal would be made. Instead, I was charged in full for the gutters. Had I known that I would need to pay out of pocket I would not have messed with the gutters in the first place.

When I was given a call about the final payment check getting picked up, I was still told that they would see “if they could do anything for me.” Two days later I was told nothing could be worked out and paid in full.

I had the pleasure of working with Rob (the owner) What a nice guy! He made sure I was a happy customer! He took the time to listen to my vision and make it happen! They did a lot of work here new roof new chimney and beautiful metal wrap job on this old beauty! Stick is really good at what he does amazing job on my chimney and metal.. thanks Stick! We were very pleased with Conner Roofing. They replaced our roof due to storm damage. They are a local small business and we dealt directly with the owner. Communication was great and the work is high quality. We would definitely use them again should the need arise.

Chris and his team were amazing! We had an urgent issue with our gutter and soffit and while everyone else gave us a 5 week wait time, they were out at our home within a week. We wanted a company with a history, who would stand by their work, not some out-of-town business that was going to disappear after the work was completed. I cannot say enough about my positive experience with Conner Roofing. I have an older home in Webster and multiple gutter companies said our job was too complicated and they couldn't do it. Conner not only did it, they were extraordinary. They even gave advice about our roof replacement that they were NOT doing (unfortunately, I learned about Conner too late, and we were already committed), resulting in better materials and hopefully a longer-lasting roof. It was wonderful to make it through a week of nonstop rain and not have our basement filled with water due to poor drainage. The price was very reasonable and the customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend.

Fantastic customer experience from start to finish. Chris did a great job managing the project which included replacing the garage roof as well as fascia on three elevations of my house and the front of the garage. The two crews were very professional and did a great job. I spoke to five other roofing contractors before choosing Conner and now that the work is completed, I know I made the right choice!! Very good work and a truly pleasant experience. Fantastic service and products. I got five estimates from five highly-rated businesses. One smaller business had an affordable bid, but stopped working in my area. Another smaller business walked away when I said I didn't want a sales pitch and wouldn't sign that day. Yet another smaller business was $6K more than the others, but offered the exact same products and services. One large business had a slick sales pitch, but had some significant complaints about quality. In contrast, Conner just stood on their reputation for quality. Instead of a slick sales pitch, Dan Harrison answered all the comparison questions I had about products and services that no one else would directly answer. The work crew was done in one day with no damage to the property. Buying a roof is an expensive investment. Dan was readily available through the whole process, which gave me great peace of mind. I need siding and gutters next. Conner will be my first choice.

10/10 recommend working with Chris Counts at Conner Roofing. We couldn't be happier with the outcome or the experience. We needed to replace our 18 yr old leaky roof, but had recently changed insurance companies and were a bit intimidated by the prospect of paying so much out of pocket...until our consultation with Chris. His knowledge of the process and experience in the industry working with various insurance providers gave us the confidence we needed to put his plan for our new roof into motion. He is a great communicator and was ammenable to a few minor contract changes. It's a great feeling not worrying about leaks, but an even better experience having worked with someone honest.

Had roof replaced in July, the crew was prompt and efficient, completed the job in one day. Aaron the project manager from Connor was on site to inspect the work and keep us informed of progress. The cleanup was excellent have not found one nail in my yard from their work. Would recommend Connor for any roofing project

A room in our basement flooded after a huge rain event. We suspected a roof leak and contacted Conner Roofing. It was a weekend and only one person was available to come to our assistance. The owner, Rob Conner broke away from his family to help mine. He should have charged a premium, but instead waved the emergency weekend charge, inspected our roof, and made temporary fixes until his team could permanently fix the leak the next day. In my experience, there are very few businesses that are as honorable, dependable, and complete the work they promise. Conner Roofing will have all of my future business. Thank you Rob!

Conner roofing replaced our roof after a hail storm damaged our roof. Conner Roofing reroffer our home finishing today after rain and lightning shortened their workday yesterday. They also removed old leaking skylights patching the holes with full sheets of plywood. Yipee, no more skylights. Excellent clean up today.

Connor Roofing is a reliable honest company that cares and stands behind their work. The flashing on my chimney was leaking so bad I had a puddle in my living room. They came out that day to tarp and got me in the next week for the repair. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves as well. Resonably priced, reliable and respectful. We called him about getting gutter guards but after he saw how bad my roof was, we ended up getting a whole new roof and new gutters and downspouts, as well as the gutter guards. I called Conner Roofing after a big storm rolled through and a branch punched a hole in my roof. Rob was here the next morning assessing the damage. We have all flat roofing and finding a company that is interested in working on them is hard. Luckily, we found Conner Roofing who has replaced our front porch roofing with TPO, fixed some issues from a previous roofing company, and has also replaced guttering, fascia boards and flashing. The crew is friendly, and they have left our home clean and tidy each time.

Lastly, their pricing is competitive and they have always been very responsive with their communication (both phone and email). Can't recommend them more :)

You will not be disappointed with choosing Conner Roofing. We had them replace our old roof after having a leak during a heavy rain. Not only did they respond the same day, but Rob (the owner) inspected the roof, provided an estimate, determined the cause of the leak (clogged gutter), and cleaned the gutters out for me without charging. This allowed us to get through without more leaks until the roof install, which was only 3 weeks from our first contact. This kind of service goes a long way, and I appreciate it. The crew was very professional and quick, and they spent time doing the little things to make sure everything was perfect. Rob was very trustworthy and the price was very fair. A++ company.

Hearing raindrops between the walls of your home is never a good feeling. I was lucky enough to choose Connor Roofing to call and see when they could send someone to take a look at my roof. From start to finish Connor roofing was nothing but professional. My insurance company said I need roof repair/inspection. So I called this company for it 5 star Google review being a woman not familar with roofs or repairs, (because I did not see anything wrong with my ten year old roof even in the pictures the insurance company sent me) Dan told me he would not repair one broken shingle it does not need it the roof is fine. I still to have because my insurance sucks but I am sure any other roofing company would have tried to talk me into a new roof. I am doing my shingle repair with them but they won my business for life. Honest companies are hard to find. Highly recommend this company. Thank you Dan from Conner roofing for not taking advantage of a girl that knows nothing about roofs.

We had a leak that required rebuilding our chimney and fixing some of the previous owner’s terrible DIY repairs and they made the whole thing very easy. They were transparent and dependable. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing work!

They finished my 2,000 sq ft roof in about 6 hours. They did not take any shortcuts, added roof vents on ridges, and cut a hole for an additional vent I needed. They hauled away all their waste and did a magnetic sweep for nails.

I had a great experience with Connor roofing. I had an emergency gutter repair on a Saturday. A very friendly woman from Connor called me back promptly and had James out to my house almost immediately. He was very helpful and had our issue taken care of quickly and for significantly less money than quoted by others. I would absolutely use them again!

Notice Shingles were missing after March 14, 2025 storm called Conner roofing and within hours Joe was at my house letting me know to contact my insurance because I had storm damage to roof. From day 1 Joe helped me with everything since this was first time dealing with storm damage to roof. He made everything so easy and new roof was on before I knew it. When I need another roof Joe is the 1st I’m calling at Conner Roofing.

Recently had Connor Roofing install new gutters and downspouts on our home. The crew did excellent work.
