CongoGenix replaced the roof of my house and carport plus moval of eaves in end of May. CongoGenix was the only company which provided in addition to a reasonable estimate an explanation of how, what and why things had to be done that way. This was very much appreciated and in the end the main reason to go with them. The process was "fast and furious" and the outcome was flawless. Communication was super friendly, easy and consistent. "No falling off the face of the earth". The roof withstood a couple of bad windstorms already. Great job of a company which is highly recommended.

Chad and his team are true professionals. HGTV should do a show on his company. They are informative, provide some education on the problem and I believe are fair and quite reasonable in their pricing. Case in point- 9 months after doing some initial work, I noted another leak in my garage and he pointed out the original PVC pipe deficiencies, provided a fix and stood behind his work. Would recommend to anyone.

My wife and I were very impressed with Chad and his crew from start to finish.
He came by and did the estimate promptly and stuck to it.
My wife and I have her 83 year old mother living with us and when we were needing to leave the house I let them know and they cleared a pathway quickly for her to travel.
They cleaned up at the end of each day, obviously some small items were overlooked but for the most part it was good. The roof looks good.
I picked up small pieces of shingles and about 20 nails. These are things that are not hard to overlook and I assume I will go look tomorrow and see a few more things I missed.
ALL of his crew were courteous and respectful around us and to us.

My garage flat roof developed a leak. Contacted Chad from CongoGenix Roofing in early April for an estimate. They removed the old tar and gravel and installed the torch on membrane within one month. I am completely satisfied with the work. I wouldn't hesitate to have them do roof work for me again.

All of their workers did an excellent job ripping off the layers and layers of old shingles and removing them from my yard. Then on the same day replaced some old damaged wood roof surface and installed the new shingles and vent covers. I guess it is weird to say I LOVE my roof, but I do. Haha - well it is on an old one car garage that has been an eyesore for several years and now it looks fantastic! I am very satisfied with all aspects of the installation from the thorough inspection and estimates onwards. They even replaced my old unusable gutters and downspouts at no additional charge. I guess the true test of a roof is several years down the road but for now, I have no hesitation in recommending this company highly. They seem to be very thoughtful and good at what they do :)

We hired Chad and his crew as he had the most reasonable price for a new roof and gutters. Our roof to say the least was bad, we found through Chad, it had 5 layers on it. Chad kept my husband updated as to what they were doing etc. They did an amazing job on our roof and gutters and were thoroughly impressed with how they cleaned up. We had wind damage to our soffit and fascia, they came soon after we called to look at it and gave us a quote the next day. Good price so we accepted and they said they would have it done before the end of the following week. They did it by Tuesday, good job. Very pleased with the quick response and quality of work.

To start off I will say my job for over 10 years now has been quality control and I am very hard to please.
Congogenix is very reasonably priced and provides quality work. As a bonus they had a 10% off promotion that almost saved us $1000. They were done everything in about 2 days and cleaned up every day before they left. I would definitely recommend Chad and his crew. I have recommended them to a quite a few people as well and everyone I know that has used them has been very satisfied as well.

Chad and his Educated Crew at Congogenix is the BEST! Heres the deal......and some key points....The Crew arrived on time...they got started right away....they had Amazing flow...thus how smooth everything went! Not only did I receive a detailed in depth quote I received all and more than was mentioned in that quote. Details of material and cost, details of Workmanship and warranty, labor as well as before and after pictures! I'm.old school and finding Construction Workers or Roofers with SKILLED staff and "clean as you go attitudes" is so hard to find!
Chad and Crew of 6 were at my home - started at 8 and completed by 430!! 1600 sq feet!
And when I say done at 430....I mean all removed material and debris loaded to be hauled away, tools all wrapped up, my driveway swept from one end to the other, my deck swept and patio table wiped off, and front step and sidewalk swept. A friend called and asked me how it went...my reply " it looks like I hired a Crew to clean my yard and I got a new roof out of the deal - there was no sign whatsoever on the ground that would ever have suggested I had any work done here!!."....Plus, they cleaned my gutters!! BONUS

This was the best experience I've ever had with a roofing company. Best price point, amazing service, professional and courteous. I've had really bad experiences with other roofing companies, sabotaging other parts of my roof to make more work, or doing a poor job, but not Congo. I couldn't recommend them enough.

This company was able to come and fix our roof after the company who replaced it under 5 years ago refused to acknowledge us. The time between us inquiring about the roof, to the time CongoGenix came to repair it was only a few days, and we are so thankful for that! They are extremely professional and friendly.
