Joe is awesome，I’ll definitely recommend him for anyone who need a roofer in the area. Below are some characters about Joe, I think it is helpful to share.
1. Easy to communicate, fast response to message or call.
2. Always notice you in advance, if schedule changes on his side.
3. Honest about everything. Help point out potential issues and help solve it, even it is not the job under contract.
4. Trying to make thing right, not just try to finish job.

Working with Joe was great! He was responsive, kept us informed throughout the process, was upfront about what he was going to do, how he was going to do it and what things might come up and what it would mean if they did. Our house is old and our roof is complicated and Joe handled it wonderfully. He made sure we were satisfied with the work and is invested in making sure things were done right.

We had an excellent experience with Joe and his crew they came and had the whole job done in about 10hours from start to finish they cleaned up the yard very well. They lost a small piece of HVAC channel but Joe got the pieces and fixed it the next day . The roof looks awesome! If you are looking for a meticulous roofer this is it.

Came immediately to offer quote, scheduled the job at the time. Joseph kept me very well informed as to when materials and dumpster were to be delivered. Started on time, completed within the time frame specified. Thorough cleanup and dumpster was immediately removed. Will use them again, no question. Thank you CRS!

Joe, the owner of the the company, was one of the most professional contractors I have ever worked with. He was prompt on his call backs and always gave me an accurate ETA before showing up. Joe replaced a leaking vent pipe boot that had damaged my ceiling. He explained the whole process and gave me good info about my roof that I didn't know about (e.g. current roof was shingled over the first roof and the workmanship was not high). After completing the replacement, he showed me the before and after pictures so I could see what he had done. I liked his professionalism so I asked him to check out the rest of the roof and the other 2 vent pipe boots (one of them had a bad seal, which I caulked over previously). In the end, I had him replace the other 2 vent pipe boots and had some missing chimney flashing installed on a later date. Overall, I am extremely pleased with Joe's work as the leak stopped and the price was reasonable. I would recommend him to friends and will be using his services in the future.
