With his knowledge and willingness to take the extra steps, he called the insurance company several times to point out their shortcomings. He always kept us in the loop and made sure he was there to speak with the adjuster. Mike made a very stressful situation much more bearable. We ended up getting the full replacement. The crew was great! Tear off and replaced in 1 day!!
