Jaime from Compass Exteriors came & did a wonderful job. Couldn’t be any nicer or more efficient. Now I hope to have them replace some windows.

The whole process from quote to sale to install was easy!

We had new gutters, guards and downspouts installed on our home. The install was great and the guys who came out were very professional. The price was better than their competitors by a good amount.

When I had a leak in my roof, Compass were quick to respond and found it was a leak around a ventilation pipe. They took a video and pictures to show me the issue, explained the options to fix it, and with an upfront sensible price, they were able to fix it there and then. They then provided me with pictures of the work being completed so I could see what was done and how.

Ben is a great guy to work with, he is super knowledgeable, he has a great attitude and it was a pleasure doing business with him and Compass Exteriors. I highly recommend Compass for all your roofing related needs!! A÷÷÷÷

Compass Exteriors came out to our home to give us a free quote on installing new windows that we previously purchased, residing our house and the longevity of our roof. Not only did they go up and inspect our shingles and ventilation on the roof, they explained every step to us as well. Once we received the quote, that evening, they were able to come the following day to replace 26 windows and two doors. They completed the work in two days. Compass Exteriors were clean, efficient and professional. We are still in awe with the work they did and look forward to having them come back to reside our house. Their honesty and communication is top notch.

After spending 10 minutes with Ben the owner I was sold on who I wanted to do my roof. The way he described what and how they were going to tackle the project was exactly what I wanted… I can’t say enough about the attention to detail and hard working crew he has, they were extremely polite and professional and did not stop working the entire time they were on site. There was not 1 tile or roof nail to be found on my property after they left. I have worked in the trades for 45 years and I can honestly say that Ben and co. are the real deal, he did exactly as he described in his amazingly detailed proposal and is all around a very honest contractor and just a great guy. Had some shingles fly off my roof this past winter. Ben was able to show up on short notice and take care of the issue. He also noticed the vent pipe flashing was installed incorrectly, and managed to take care of that while he was up there. Compass Exteriors helped me and my family with our new Skylight, roof cleaning and ventilation inspection. We have had 2 skylights put in over the last 5 years and they all leaked after maybe a couple months. Anytime the company would come and seal it, it would just leak in a matter of a few weeks so we were very hesitant on getting another one put in. We shopped around and asked around and we found Compass Exteriors! They went above and beyond. The skylight they put in has not leaked at all. It works the same as the day they put it in. Our houses ventilation has increased exponentially since they finished the job. They found hidden moisture that was detrimental to our upstairs. Now everything is dry and all of the issues that they found are fixed and have stayed fixed. We love Compass Exteriors! They were Extremely honest and very knowledgeable. You can tell that they give a sh*t about you and your house. That’s hard to find these days so I had to leave them a great review. Thank you Compass Exteriors! ❤️

Honesty and Experience are the two main things I look for when I hire a company to do any type of work on my home. The honesty came into play when they inspected my roof and said that I didn’t need a new roof. I just needed some maintenance. This was after 3 other NH based companies did a roof inspection and quoted me for a whole new roof. These other companies also didn’t inspect anything else so I felt like they were just in it for the big roof job. Then I got to see the experience come into play from Compass Exteriors when they worked on my gutter situation and improved it to keep me from needing more maintenance anytime soon. They saved me a lot of money that would have been wasted if I did not search for more opinions. Now after some time has gone by I can give an honest review and say that they are the best people I’ve ever hired to work on my home. The work was top notch quality and the kindness and professionalism will just blow you away. Especially if you have dealt with other companies in the past that were subpar. I’d recommend Compass Exteriors to anyone I know. Hopefully my review will help others not fall into the trap of the companies that are just full of gimmicks.
