In July 2020, our old A/C systems failed. Repair parts weren’t available. We allowed four companies to bid the job. We had a combined central A/C oil heat system. The ducts were from 1947 when the house was built. Long story short, Community Comfort measured, analyzed, and proposed an upgraded A/C - heat pump, new furnace, and complete rip out/ replacement duct system. The bid was for more performance and below the completion. We already had a pellet stove. Our heating and cooling performance is now top notch: quiet, comfortable, responsive, lowered electrical costs, and pellet and oil consumption is down. Our one year maintenance check was fast and complete. Highly recommended.

Last summer, Community Comfort Solutions installed a ductless system in my home. Mike’s estimates for the job were more competitive than three other companies;moreover, he offered a better system and came across far more honest in our initial communications. In 1 1/2 days, he replaced the old ductless system with new equipment and ducting. I have great respect for Mike’s honesty and his strong work ethic.

This year, it was time for a new heat pump/AC system install and once again, Community Comfort Solutions made the process easy. The crew installed the new system and removed the old one in one day. Definitely recommend this company for your Heating/Air needs! Mike (the owner) personally came to repair problems with my furnace and AC system. In and out in a short period of time and very professional. He even went the extra mile and cleaned my heat pump at no extra charge.
