The guys were great to work with. They office were prompt and courteous. With our phone calls and their technicians were very knowledgeable. I highly recommend giving them a call. Our Jackson dishwasher is working just like it was when it was brand new.

For the first time in the 16 years at a High School Food Service, I decided to have a contract with a company to clean and service all kitchen equipt. twice per school year. This was in the hopes that the equipt. would last longer and need fewer repairs. The year I contracted with Commercial Services, we had more equipt. failure than any other year. Every time they would work on something, it would have issues within weeks again. They installed a heating element one time too close to the bottom of hot pan, and it burned a hole through the pan. They never responded to my information and requests regarding this issue and so I decided to cancel the second half of the contract. Never once heard back from them to even try and keep our relations. DO NOT USE! Would give a zero if that was possible

I would give them a 0 if i could. They came twice to our cafe to work on our ice machine. We had to pay for a new part that was expensive and for 2 two onsight visits. The part did not fix the problem and I called them 5 times and left lengthy messages and they never called me back. I am going to report them to the equipment company who listed them as their local repair shop. Terrible customer service.
