This company can solve any roof issue! We had widespread leaks in a 14,000 sq ft building due to a poorly installed metal roof and were told an expensive roof overlay was the only solution. CRC, LLC took that as a challenge and introduced us to their product and system. For about 25% of the overlay cost and a fraction of the time the problem was gone. No building downtime and 5+ years later NO leaks. We had them back to clean and recoat a torch down roof as well and again, amazing results. You won't find a more honest, thorough and professional partner for all your commercial roofing needs!

Mike Gleason and crew came to my Business in July, 2006. He performed a test patch to show me the Thermal qualities of the Elastomeric membrane that he was installing at that time. I had several problems with the “Standard” galvanized roofing panels,
from high heat transfer to leaking when we would get rain. His crew power washed, taped, and sealed each roofing screw prior to installing the top coat. To this day, I have no leaking or heat transfer. Eastern Washington has extreme temperature changes
and every type of precipitation. The product and workmanship are in my opinion, first class… I would recommend his Company anytime, anywhere.

Commercial Roof Coatings has done excellent workmanship for a 22K ft. Building in Wilsonville Or. and twice for a 91K ft. building in Tacoma Wa.

Pressure washing cleaning and preparation is 2/3 the labor hours, prior to the actual coating spraying. The Tacoma job in 2020 was challenge for Commercial Roof Coating’s as the building is located next to the Joint Base McChord air field. The roof surface jet fuel exhaust residue made for the hours to triple when cleaning. A seven day job became over 20 days to adequate complete the pressure washing. Commercial did not ask for any customer cost over run payments for this unforeseen time spent cleaning. CRC is very through and inspects each and every sheet metal fasteners. Coats all needed fasteners . When doing roofs with any roof venting and is usually about two feet height. It is important to address the design for any water in penetration issues for these roof stacks and or HVAC. Equipment

CRC will not warranty for water penetration above 3 inches . Their base bid does not include any structure coating 6 inches above the roof line for vents stacks or HVAC . On both buildings there were leaks above 6 inches ventilation or more during a torrential rain storm, which property owner has to correct.

Now that I have worked with Mike Gleason on two projects these past five years. I would not hesitate to hire them again if I needed another rooftop building coating. Respectfully, Rodney McLean, Maint.

Service questions

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
