We just moved into a new house and noticed a water stain in the ceiling of the garage. I called the main number and talked to Joe, he set us up with Cameron. Cameron called really quick and came out to the house on the same day. He did a full roof inspection and fixed/sealed the area that was causing the leak. He gave us an honest assessment of our roof health and if any other issues arise we will be calling on Cameron, Joe and Columbus Roofing Rescue!

Joe and his company were great to work with from start to finish! Cameron had excellent communication throughout the entire process. He was a great advocate between us and our insurance company. The roofers did excellent work and cleanup and finished in one day. Highly recommend!

Columbus Roofing Rescue help me replace the roof of my house that had been damaged in a storm. They inspected the roof and then met with my insurance adjuster to go over the damage. After a very low-pressure free roof inspection we found wind and hail damage that we didn't know existed. Columbus Roofing Rescue advised us that the next step was to contact our insurance agent. They happily met with the agent to show the damage, and the agent determined a total roof replacement was recommended. After we received a quote of the amount that the insurance would pay, including our out of pocket deductions, it was determined that due to inflation during that year the cost of replacement was underestimated. At this time Columbus Roofing Rescue negotiated directly with the insurance company to finalize the necessary funds to complete the job. The best part of this entire process was the professionalism not only of the company but the installation crew as well. The total job was done in one day and the cleanup was exceptional. We are extremely happy with this company's work. Our new roof is beautiful!

I can't tell you how impressed I am with Joe at Columbus Roofing Rescue. We had been waiting on another company for almost 3 weeks to come and figure out our gutter issue. Our yard and landscaping was a mess. My husband finally gave up and called Joe. They were out to our house in less than 4 hours. The issue ended up being minor and was fixed on the spot. Cameron and Preston went above and beyond to help get my entire roof replaced. After a pretty bad wind storm came through I noticed some shingles that were vertical, I contacted Columbus Roofing Rescue and Preston came out and assessed the damage, I then made a claim on my homeowners and Cameron came and met with the agent. They both did a great job helping me get the entire roof done. I'd also like to mention that the original shingle I chose for the replacement was out of stock so I was upgraded from a 110mph shingle to a 130mph shingle at no cost. I had met Preston when he came in to my place of employment for lunch. I had mentioned that we had roof damage due to the storms. I was impressed that he didn't act like a typical sales person. Preston was very polite and sincere. We quickly set up a time for him to look at our roof. It was a very pleasant experience. Preston explained the damages, took pictures, and assured us that he will be present when the insurance adjuster comes out so that he can oversee things and make sure the adjuster doesn't miss anything. Only feedback I’d give is they could have done a better job avoiding the plants when working and then cleaning up mulch etc. that had been displaced. Would work with them again!
