Julio and his crew did a FANTASTIC job for my 86yo Dad and I at my Dad's home in W. Pasco.

Was an emergency leak issue with roof vents in mid-winter and crappy weather.

They went above and beyond expectations and were working in cold weather (less than 40° on about 01/06/25) and rain a possibility...

He didn't recommend a roof replacement yet, but they replaced multiple vents on a single story in less than a full day, along with several other minor repairs.

Their pricing extremely reasonable! Crew very polite!

Vents no longer leak, roof seems fine, have had no further issues. Everything sealed, as Julio said it would.

Columbia Roofing completed an install of a new Solatube in my kitchen that turned out just as we were hoping. Their pricing was very competitive across several bids and the workmanship in the installation in my concrete tile roof was excellent. They communicated often on the scheduling and were prompt in being at my home when scheduled. When an issue arose with availability of parts to complete the install, Columbia Roofing ordered and installed the additional parts with no expectation of invoicing me. Customer service fro Julio and Eddie was excellent.

I was always told when you do work for someone you always go above and beyond and that’s exactly what Eaddie and his crew did. The black trim really makes the roof pop and the price for quality is unbeatable. Thank you so much for helping us get the new roof we badly needed and replacing the facia on the sides that rotted.

I do not usually do reviews but this experience deserves one.
We needed a roof repair and the damaged plastic vents replaced. While at a roofing supplier company we asked if they had an installer recommendation. We were given Julio's number from Columbia Roofing in Pasco, Wa. Within two hours we met at the house, looked at the job and the next morning we had the quote. We accepted the price and after a weather delay of a few days four employees showed up on a Saturday and made the repair and replaced all the vents with metal ones. They worked hard, did the job right, cleaned up afterward and hauled away the mess in a matter of about 5 hours.
We would highly recommend Columbia Roofing.

Columbia Roofing did a wonderful job on our roofing job. They got the job done in good time, cleaned up, and also responded promptly to our initial request for a bid.

After researching roofers in the Tri Cities, I ended up choosing Columbia Roofing. They gave a great price for the job, had a great choice of products, had no complaints, and are a Better Business Bureau approved contractor. They worked with me while I installed roof flashings for an existing 8 kW solar PV array that all had to be removed and put back up. They got the job done in less than two and a half days and did a great job. They even did some significant extras for me at no additional cost. Professional crew who knows how to get the job done right.

Can't rave enough about these guys. They answered my questions, called back immediately, came out on Sunday to install a final vent, just in time for the inspector on Monday. Polite and hard workers. They were amazing.

I had a tile blow off. My insurance did an inspection but I didn't feel like it was very thorough. I reached out to Columbia Roofing and chatted with Eddie. He came out, took some pics, said he could replace the tile but also had some pics of some raised nails and a crack in a vent shroud. We talked through what I could afford to do and what we might need to do later and worked out a plan. He is fantastic and I can't recommend him strongly enough. My small issues are fixed and he is now saved in my phone as my roof guy.

Columbia Roofing replaced the roof on my home following heavy damage, the result of a windstorm in the Tri-Cities. I am confident the “high wind rating” shingles used on the project will provide peace of mind when the wind inevitably comes again. The job was completed on-time, and the daily clean-up was as it should be. And the roof looks great. Again, as it should. But what really separated Columbia Roofing from the others was their value proposition, to include highly effective communication: communication during the bid process as well as during the project, and now, after completion. They were always in contact. “JP” was never more than a text or phone call away and followed through on all his promises. I did a LOT of research about roofing materials and installation. Columbia Roofing made sure ALL my questions were answered. I was always left to feel like I was their most important customer. Columbia Roofing was not the lowest bidder on my project, nor were they the highest. They provided real value.

A wind storm blew shingles off in a place that would be trouble if it were to rain, with a questionable weather forecast looming. I'm really grateful that Columbia Roofing was able to provide a quote quickly and come out the next day, a Saturday. I've got so much on my plate between my job, kids' activities, being a homeowner, etc. They made this easy for me to cross off my list.

They took my old roof off and installed the new one on a timely manner and cleaned around the house after they were done.

After getting several quotes to replace our roof we settled on Columbia Roofing. My wife had read all the positive reviews and really appreciated Daniel’s knowledge and willingness to educate her on the different types of roofs. Once we made our decision, I was asked by Daniel to place a deposit to have Columbia Roofing provide their services to replace our roof and was told they were three to four weeks out. Our deposit was half of the overall installation that came to a little over $12,000. Last week My wife called Daniel after several weeks of waiting to ask when they would be starting on our roofing. Last week he told her they were working on a roof the next street over and our home would be next sometime the following week. On Wednesday I called to see when they would be starting so we could prepare for the demolition and have our dogs boarded through the install. I’m not so sure our job was put on the schedule. I was told I would get a call back from Ed that same day since Daniel was out of town. I did not receive any call . I called back this afternoon at 3:24 PM ( which is during their business hours) and left a message. I expected a call back prior to their closing time. Crickets. Fortunately I put the deposit my credit card which I will be disputing until I receive some type of communication. My comments and rating could improve if they would just communicate with us.

Since my initial comments, I have been impressed with Columbia Roofing’s follow-up and commitment to customer service. Much improved. I wood contract with them on additional work but they did such a good job it won’t be for a while.

We got quotes from multiple companies and we chose Columbia roofing because Daniel had the best customer service. We were not disappointed, they were extremely professional and Daniel kept us informed as the job progressed. They cleaned up the mess from removing the old shingles and they were very careful around my landscaping. Daniel also followed up after the job was completed to ensure everything went good. We would 100% reccomend using Columbia roofing.

I texted Eddie at Columbia roofing on a windy Sunday explaining our new roof had lost some shingles. I went and took a video for him. And by early the next morning. He was out fixing our roof. 100%. Love this company.

I found out about Columbia Roofing from someone who had used them and was very pleased with their service. Eddie was good at communicating and I felt that he was honest. He answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. The crew completed the job in a few days and the price was much less than other companies I had contacted.

We recently purchased a new home. The old roof had some issues and was reaching 30 years old. We were advised by our neighbor, who builds homes, that Columbia Roofing is one of the best roofers in the area. They came out and advised we replace the roof instead of trying to patch the problem areas. At most, we would only get by a few more years and still need a new roof. Our communication with Ignacio and Eddie was great. We were amazed at how quickly they were able to install the roof. We have a large house with a steep pitch. The old roof was removed and the new roof installed in only a few days. They paid attention to small details like keeping the area around the house clean. They used a magnet to pick up the old nails daily. Our new roof looks great. We are happy with how well it turned out.

When we bought our house last year, the home inspector have noted the poor condition of our roof but we thought it wasn't a big deal. Until 8 months later, we noticed some water damage on our wall that's due to our roofs condition + heavy rain. Eddie checked our roof & told us same thing the home inspector pointed out last year.
