We recently hired GS Exterior Experts for a full-house renovation project, and we are very happy with the results. The team replaced all of our siding with HardiePlank and installed a new metal roof. Both projects were done with high quality results and an attention to detail.

It has been several months since our siding project was finished. We love how incredible our house looks. The siding and trim look great! It is impossible to find someone with the skill and patience and care to custom build something according to a sketch. Geo, one of the stars on Wesley’s team, built our columns to perfection! They are everything we hoped for and then some. They are a work of art! To top it off, Oswald suggested a design change to the garage soffit that we didn’t even know was an option. The columns and the garage soffit are our favorite parts of our house now! Oswald went above and beyond for us, but to Oswald, he is just being Oswald. I had a very large project including siding replacement on my home to all the outbuildings requiring the tin replacement. Every crew was excellent to work with. The house project was lead by Ever and his team, the tin was a joint effort lead by Wesley and Luis team. The overall project manager was Oswald who was excellent in communicating the materials and the crews arrival. I’ve received so many compliments on the improvements it’s unbelievable. People say it doesn’t even look like the same property. I would definitely recommend this company for your next project.

Incredible job done by GS Exteriors from start to finish! They completed a vinyl Board and Batton siding jobs with everything included. I have been in the construction business so know the details of the work very well. After 6 quotes, they were not the most expensive nor the cheapest, I was looking for fair price for top end performance…And that is exactly what I got! It took 7 days total and absolutely everything I was told was gonna be done was but with far better care and quality than I even expected! Armani did the sale and was extremely personal, knowledgeable , responsive and well organized! Jaelyn did all they work on getting images for HOA and keeping me informed and on track on the process and very very responsive! Getting to the work itself, Oswald and Wesley were outstanding on their oversight and hands on project management to stay actually ahead of schedule but never put quality in jeopardy! The boots on the ground were many with some very skilled guys, but, Daniel and Juan were amazing and the stars of the show! They moved with purpose and showed great attention to every detail! These are some outstanding and talented young men! The entire crew was so professional and respectful of my home! You know a quality team when you can see on cameras, that they don’t know are there, that they still perform with precision! Every fine detail from leveling each and every panel to caulking was exceptional. If they didn’t like the way it looked they pulled it off and started again! Every night they left me home it hardly even looked like they were there it was so neat and organized! Lastly is the product, simply stunning and exceptionally high quality! I had several choices but can tell you this company is a top end run company from start to finish! So much so I offered to speak with any future customer and actually come let them see my home in person! Do your homework but I can assure you, you won’t get it done better than these guys! Littered our neighborhood with your door hangers. My husband and I take pride in our neighborhood and this morning out on our walk, your flyers were carelessly placed. Therefore, they are nothing but litter. We picked up 20+ pieces on the ground and there were countless more we couldn't get to as we didn't want to invade someone's property. Your door hangers are intended for doors and shouldn't have been lazily placed on mailboxes. Placing them on doors would have meant someone would have had to get out of their car and walk to properly place them. If you're going to solicit, please send someone that wants to put in some effort and doesn't assume it's okay to carelessly litter our neighborhood!

I especially appreciate the attention to detail from the color-matching caulking to carefully painting the inside of the soffet trim for an excellent final product. I'd highly recommend them for any roofing and siding needs.

I am baffled by all of the positive reviews of GS Exterior Experts and I seriously question the authenticity of them. My experience with Oswald and the rest of the GS Exterior Experts company has been a frustrating nightmare. My "3 week project" dragged on for months, with a broken window still not replaced. It's been over a
month since Oswald said he would have a crew at my home at 8:30am the following day to replace the window. I have spent far too many days waiting at home for the owner, Oswald and/or his crew to NOT show up when they said they would. No explanations, no apologies, not even an acknowledgement of the missed appointments.

After failing the county inspection twice, Oswald instructed me to work directly with the subcontractor, who doesn't answer
the phone, doesn't return voice messages and doesn't reply to texts. I have worked with enough quality contractors to confidently say that the way GS Exterior Experts operates is not normal. The company mentality seems to be "do the least that we can get away with".

I found 13 screws that penetrated through three different window frames and drywall into my home during trim installation. The country inspector and I found windows that were only partially caulked, missing base caps, a gaping hole between the siding and the trim and furring strips so loose they could
be wiggled with 2 fingers.

Prior to signing a contract, Keith assured me that his crews are experienced in James Hardie siding and have been working with
GS Exterior Experts for several years. Once on site, one of the two man crew installing Hardieboard siding on my home admitted that he's not a siding guy and had never worked with GS Exterior Experts before. The quality of the work confirms his admission.

After the crew packed up and left, I was left with hundreds of nails, screws, food wrappers. drink containers and cigarette butts inside my garage, in the driveway, on my deck and around the perimeter of my home. The attached photo is about a quarter of the debris I collected.

My advice is to avoid this company and find one that values quality and customer service over quantity.

The transformation is incredible! I went from vinyl siding to JH siding 2 years ago. The service and workmanship is totally spot on! Great pricing, and highly communicative each step of the process! Not only that but the after care, should you need it, is outstanding. I had a small chip in a panel on the front side of the house and just called for repair/replacement/warranty and I was put in touch with Oswald. He is terrific, customer focused, attentive and responsive. Not only did he replace the panel in like 10 minutes, but he left me an extra panel. Not sure I will need it, but I have an extra! I also had some touch up painting done from the original install and Oswald coordinated that too! It didn’t take weeks, it only took a few days! Everything looks wonderful. This is an A+++ company and I highly recommend their services. They do awesome work, have great crews, communicate well, very responsive, and they stand behind their workmanship. Thanks guys!!

I had the cedar siding on my 40 year old house replaced with James Hardie siding. I reached out to GS Exterior Experts for an estimate. One of the owners, John arrived the next day. He was on time and extremely professional. We received the estimate within a few days. We visited the showroom later that week and met with Jaylyn who walked us through design and color schemes. Once the deposit was placed, John said the project would be started in 2 weeks. He was true to his word and a crew of 10 workers showed up and began the demolition immediately, Oswald the project manager , showed up on the first day and encouraged me to reach out for concerns. The workers were all prompt, polite and extremely hard workers. My project was completed in 8 days . All in all , I am completely satisfied with every step of this project. I wholeheartedly recommend GS Exteriors Experts for siding replacement.

We had them install beautiful James Hardie siding on our mountain home. From John, owners initial quote and time to Oswald and Jaime managing the project and crew, I couldn't be more impressed. We had them install the color siding but trim didn't have colors we liked so we painted ourselves. They made sure it was all delivered for only the items to paint and second delivery for stuff to install closer to project start. The crew attended to every detail including some weird areas with an addition we did to the house. They are truly experts of this product, made sure things are sealed up properly, manually hand painted all touch up areas and even painted the cut end of the trim we painted. We fully expected to have to do the touch up ourself. They were all very kind and did a great job cleaning up throughout the day and after each day, even in our heavy winds in the mountains. We had multiple quotes to compare and these guys we in line with the rest but their service heavily exceeded my expectations, which are all the items you can't put on the quote.

We had a great experience with GS Exterior Experts. Armani was very helpful and patient as we narrowed down our choices for new siding and windows. Oswald and Wesley were very friendly and easy to work with. They did such an amazing job and answered all our questions along the way. We are so happy with how everything turned out.

I had James Hardie siding placed and working with this company was a great experience. The team that came to my home to do the work were friendly, efficient and competent. Oswald, the project manager, was wonderful to work with and the experience wouldn't have been the same without him. He certainly knows his stuff and is a great advisor. He even went the extra mile to install Ring cameras and doorbell (which I purchased) for me as I was worried I would damage my new siding. I obtained three estimates and this was the most reasonable AND had the highest reviews. I'm not disappointed, and the final result looks so professional and nice! Have had lots of complements from my neighbors already. Working with contractors can SOMETIMES be a headache, but this experience was NOT and I HIGHLY recommend them!

I had already given GS exterior five stars for the beautiful job that they did on my siding. I wasn’t able to comment at that time. But I have to say, I’ve had workers come out to my house; roofers, window repair etc and they always comment on the great workmanship they see. So, just giving a second shout out to GS Exteriors!

I called this company to get an estimate on repairing stucco cracks on the exterior of a home in central Denver. I was told they don't do that type of repair, which is odd because their website states they do. I felt the job wasn't big enough for them, so they brushed me off.

Fall 2024, GS Exterior replaced and installed 2 large decks on a house i recently purchased. I began working with Armani before we closed on the house and from the start it was clear we working with a very high quality company. Every step of the way was easy and Armani explained what we could expect from the deck crew(non smoking, work everyday from start to completion and clean up every day, as well as the technical and "to code" features that would be part of the process) and when the 3 person crew showed up the first day, they met all the expectations I had and more. Moses and his team were very friendly, neat, willing to answer any questions I had and point out any anomalies (and fix them) that they found along the way. Lastly, but most importantly, the quality and craftsmanship of the work was superb and I would not hesitate to hire them again for future work or recommend GS Extreiors to friends an family.

The GS Team did an excellent job in replacing all of our siding and coordinating the painting afterwards. They didn't hesitate to correct a couple issues and provided very good customer service!

We hired GS exteriors after seeing work done on multiple houses in the neighborhood that looked great. Spoke with multiple contractors and companies and GS seemed to be the easiest and most professional people to work with. Scheduling was very easy and the owners were very responsive and transparent in the estimate and contract process. They were very receptive to any concerns during the job and were accommodating and quick to address any issues. Antonio and Oswald were always accessible and truly wanted to make sure everything was done the right way and was buttoned up in the end. We recently had our 30-year-old, falling-off-the-house aluminum siding replaced by GS Exteriors and what a phenomenal job they did! We researched siding options, interviewed a number of companies, and reviewed bids before awarding the job. Based on the number of 5-star reviews on Google and our bid experience, we were very happy to award the project to GS Exteriors.

From our first impressions through the entire replacement process and finishing touches after the project—all were extremely positive.

Our sales rep, Jaelynn, did a wonderful job scoping the project and providing renderings of what our project would look like. She was laid back and answered our questions quickly and clearly.

Our project manager, Oswald, is an outstanding asset to the company. He is prompt in returning calls, answering texts, and following up no matter how small the concern. He’s wonderfully personable and has been attentive to the plethora of questions I posed. I’ll have to find a new project just so I can have Oswald oversee it!

Our materials, rolloff, and port-o-let arrived on the day stated and the crew arrived each day on time. Once the work started, the whole process went very smoothly in spite of a few weather delays. The project was completed within a couple of weeks.

Our experience was very positive. I dealt with Juan Vigil (by phone at office) and Oswald Hernandez (on-site). We had 50 year old siding removed and they replaced it with Hardie Board siding because of the new law for houses in the Wildland Urban Interface Code areas (it's fire resistant siding). GS are Hardie Board experts, and it was done very methodically and professionally. They brought in their own dumpster and PortaPotty for their crews. Every day, they cleaned up before leaving. The lights they had to remove to install the siding they replaced in a way that looked much better than before. I feel confident in my siding now. Well done!

GS Exteriors was very easy to work with. Everyone from John who came to do the initial proposal, to Jaelynn in their office and Oswald and his team were pleasant and helpful through the process of adding new siding to my home. Only hiccup I had was after the project was done there were a few items that needed to be completed. Crew did not show up on the day that they were supposed to and I thought I was going to have a problem getting these last things done. But 2 days later they were there and project done. A positive note was the crew showed up at 8 every day of the project and worked until 6:30-7. Oswald’s team was very hard working and responded to my questions and concerns as the project proceeded. Would definitely recommend GS Exteriors for a siding project.

To update this review - after the project was completed, noticed that one of the newly installed gutters was leaking. Called on a Friday to ask if someone could come and take a look. They came that Monday and fixed the problem. Really appreciated that there was no hassle or pushback on getting this corrected. Shows that they stand by their work. Two thumbs up!

GS Exterior Experts replaced our old vinyl siding with HardieBoard and in one day we now have a new home! A crew of 10-12 men, all the necessary equipment, materials, a roll-off, even a port-a-potty appeared one morning out front. With Oswald directing traffic they made it look easy, and they did an unbelievable job cleaning up. In nearly 50 years, best contractor I ever had. Call Keith Vigil for a fair price, quality materials and a complete follow through. They are excellent!

GS Exteriors did a wonderful job on our siding. The house looks great and they were quick to make changes when I asked. Because of the noise, it was difficult living in the house while they were doing the work but they worked quickly so it did not go on too long. I will call them in the future for exterior work on our home.

Ernest and Oswald were great to work with. We initially reached out in 2020 about a siding project, and each year Ernest would send one quick check-in with updated prices (if we wanted them), but never once hounded us unlike some other companies we got quotes from. Once we finally reached out to let him know we were ready to go, they were very prompt and within 3-4 weeks they got started. The job was finished in less than a week for a three story home, and our house now looks incredible and bird-free! (Goodbye nuthatches, northern flickers, and tree swallows.) The team was professional and friendly while on site. They cleaned up everything on the last day leaving our deck, patio, and yard looking better than when they started. Best of all, you cannot beat their price. If you’re skeptical because their quote is lower than anyone else, don’t be. GS Exterior Experts installed new Hardie board siding on our house in August 2024. Being in the mountains, it was challenging to get bids for our project. Oswald was great to work with, very responsive to our questions and shepherded the project through to completion. We got lucky and and had more than 1 team on our project, so it was completed in 3 days! The workers were very fast, professional and hard-working. Very customer friendly and very organized. Job workmanship was excellent. Everyone I worked with was very helpful. Earnest the sales person was straight forward and did not do the car salesman routine--he gave me the estimate and other houses to look at in area. And his estimate was the lowest on same materials--James Hardie siding. The installers were very hard working and offered to help me with anything I was doing(this was outside the siding) one on the crew in particular seemed to be in charge (maybe a crew foreman)--think his name was Moses? The crew worked very hard and fast because a snow storm was coming--when they left it started snowing--but new siding complete. The crew's supervisor Oswald was always very nice and when he came back to recheck what I had thought was a problem--he explained why it had been done differently. While Oswald was here we heard my fire detector beeping in camper trailer--took the fire detector down and replaced the battery. Also an outdoor light wasn't working--took globe off and replace light bulb now works. Hard to find hard working people anymore but I am so glad I found them . A great experience from start to finish. Thank you GS Exterior Experts Team you did a wonderful job and I appreciate it.

We went with GS Exterior Experts to re-side our home recently. Keith, the owner, came out to our home twice to assess our current siding and give us an estimate of what we wanted done. He is very easy to work with, and we felt no pressure from him at all. The siding materials were delivered quickly and in time for our install date. The siding crew, managed by Ever and his brother, Wilson, was excellent and very eager to honor even our smallest requests. They worked very hard all day long, were extremely friendly and cleaned up well before they left for the day. Oswald, the overall manager, is also excellent and was very quick to get back to us (usually within minutes) whenever we had a question or concern. Oswald came to our house before, during and after the siding installation to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. He is a super nice guy and very customer-focused. Our house looks great and has gotten many positive compliments from our neighbors. Keith gave us several previous references to check with in our decision process, and every reference recommended the company highly. We do, too.

Estimator called me at later than business hours a day before scheduled appointment to basically prequalify me to determine if this was worth their time. No other company I reached out to for a siding quote asked as many questions as they did. They ended up not even showing up to scheduled appointment. Guess they are just too busy. Customer service is key and did not feel this is their strength. We will not be pursuing going with this company. And definitely will not recommend.

We have a house in the country, about 10 miles north and east of Strasburg, CO. There are dirt roads on 2 sides of the property and our 20 year old house was in need of some serious updating on the outside to keep out the dust and dirt. The old siding was a poor product, poorly installed, so complete exterior renovation was in order. Jaelynn was always willing to explain process and construction procedures to me even on third and fourth time asking the same question. Oswald, the Project Superintendent, came out to the job site every time I needed to have his expertise even though the trip was more than an hour drive out and another hour drive back. The crews worked tirelessly, even in the 90 plus degree heat we had in June of 2024. They had mold and water damage to mitigate before they could finish the house wrap and all of it was taken care of. When I look at what they have done, it is like having a new house. Thanks to all of the people at GS Exteriors for taking care of us like we were family.

The reason I had the work done was because as you could see from some of the before pictures of my home, my siding was melting.

My awesome-wonderful neighbors (they are angels!) like to have their blinds up which causes a magnifying glass effect which melted my vinyl siding. There's no way folks shouldn't be able to have their windows open for the sunlight, but those low E windows cause amazing damage when the homes are so close together. If you drive around Green Valley Ranch, you will see this proof throughout the neighborhood and of course because the material is so cheap, the homebuilder uses it. Given my issues, I knew something had to be done as the vinyl and replacement vinyl siding were melting horribly and I did not want water damage and even worse, mold.

I reached out to GS Exteriors given all of the positive results via Google, but also many other websites that confirmed their quality workmanship. When meeting with Ernest our one on one was laid back and chill. It was so easy to go through all of the project planning and I ended up going with the installation of James Hardie siding given its durability and superb reputation.

Delivery of the materials was done on time with excellent quality supplies provided. Oswald was (is - you'll see) my Project Manager and he personally made my home residing project exponentially easier. From the time of tear down to reconstruction, the project lasted less than two (2) full weeks. The crew was just top notch, they cared about question I asked and they made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire ordeal. The cheap vinyl siding came off with ease and the cheap Oakwood Homes house wrap was like a paper towel - it just ripped apart with no effort. I am a fan of James Hardie siding and as you can see, it looks amazing.

Now, onto the storm most Denverites won't forget, 05.30.2024. Many homes throughout my community that have vinyl siding had damage to say the least but my James Hardie siding withstood the brunt of the worst storm since 2014 and without a scratch!

Had my entire home changed to James Hardie siding with GS Exterior Experts and was incredibly happy with the whole job from initial quotation in 2020 to finally getting the job completed in April 2024. Ernest Lopez was fantastic to work with up to signing with planning and color schemes, and Oswald and his team were fantastic as well during the install. The installers were very detail orientated and that resulted in a finished product that makes the home look great. Would highly recommend them for those interested in Hardie siding.

We are so glad we chose GS Exterior Experts to do our siding project! Everything Keith told us during the sales process about what to expect and the quality of work that would be done was absolutely true. Oswald Hernandez was our project manager and his crew including Omar and Moses (I didn't know the rest of the crews names but there were 8 total) were above and beyond superior. They took the old siding off and found our home never had a plywood base so they quickly put new OSB boarding up and had all the new siding completed in 3 days. Antonio Bermudez paint crew were up next and did a fantastic job painting. Then last but not least Luis and his crew completed our gutters and they look awesome. I would not hesitate to recommend GS Exterior Experts to anyone. Although this was an expensive project, the price we paid was definitely competitive with our other bids.

GS Exterior just finished removing our old wooden lap siding and replacing it with Hardie Board siding.
It definitely was not inexpensive but they really did do a great job. All their personal from Oswald the Superintendent and Jamie made the job so easy. We have 3 Dogs and everyone was very good about closing our gate when possible. The new siding looks great and we couldn’t be happier.

They took care of our whole exterior. Siding, trim, soffit, fascia, roof, gutters, and downspouts. We picked them due to Keith’s knowledge and zero pressure sales technique. The computer renderings of our house really helped us decide the colors and design we wanted. The project manager, Oswald, stayed on top of the project and was quick to adjust for any issues or changes we wanted. Jaelynn kept everything organized and transparent with any change orders and invoicing. The crews were hard working and respectful. We love the new exterior of our house!

I had roofing, house paint and concrete driveway and patio done by GS Exterior. I worked with Manuel Lopez. Mr. Lopez was professional and courteous. Mr Lopez checked in often and replied promptly with communications. All of the crews that worked at the house were professional and worked well with the requests I made for the projects.

Our James Hardie siding was completed on time and we couldn’t be more pleased. Every expectation we had was met or exceeded. We love the siding. Extremely hard workers from the time they got here in the morning until dark. No breaks, nobody on their phone. As they say we now have a Casa neuva!

I had GS experts put siding on my home. It was great to work with Keith and the crew was very profssional. I've had several compliments on how nice the siding turned out. My neighbor is also using GS experts for their siding.

We recently completed our 2nd project this year with GS Exterior Experts. This time it was the Highlands Ranch tornado and the replacing of about 40% of our damaged siding. Keith came out very quickly, gave us a quote, and the job was done within a couple of weeks. Excellent work as always. GS Exterior Experts recently finished a full reside and roof replacement on our home. They replaced our old vinyl siding with James Hardie Board. Throughout the project we worked directly with Keith. Communication was strong throughout the project and Keith addressed any questions and concerns in a timely manner.

The crew that worked on the home did a great job cleaning up after each day of work and worked diligently to complete the project on time.

GS Exteriors did an awesome job. The crew was very productive, courteous, picked up after themselves. Everything from beginning to end went as smooth as possible. All work was completed on time. Surpassed our expectations. Very pleased with our siding.

GS replaced our siding and several windows in 2017 since then we have discovered several issues with their workmanship. They failed to insulate under the siding installed on a cantilevered wall and now we have a pipe that freezes. They did not caulk around the soffits, and I had to do it. I just had windows replaced by Pella that were damaged by hail and found that GS had not sealed in the windows and did not use drip edge above the windows causing water to slowly seep into the framing. They also stated they would use Sherwin-Williams super paint in our contract and instead used a cheaper paint that did not hold up that well.
