Had my gutters replaced as well as leaf guards installed by Collins Roofing and Gutter Service and they did a great job. Team was very professional. Highly recommend them they do great work.

They had the best price for full house gutter installation and Fascia board replacement.

Considering everyone is getting work done post covid, they were only a 3 week wait instead of the months others quoted.

Got all the work done in a day and the work crew were polite and courteous. Recommending them to all my friends and neighbors.

We had a great experience with Collins roofing. We called because we had found a leak in our ceiling and needed to replace our roof. Collins was responsive and came out quickly for an estimate. Their estimate was thorough, they answered all of our questions, and provided sample materials and multiple quotes to help make sure we had the right solution for our roof.

Their professionalism was also top notch. Though they were booked several weeks out, they sent someone to patch the roof leak in the meantime at no additional cost. When the work was done, they finished it in one day. The roof looks great and was done at a very fair and affordable price.

My recommendation is to reach out to Collins roofing if you need a new roof. You'd be doing yourself a disservice if you do not include them for at least an estimate as part of your roofing process.

Collins replaced our large, steep roof several years ago and patched a problem with our chimney today. We were very pleased with the quality and price of both jobs. Great to work with.

Never was told when anyone would come to do an estimate. Earlier today my husband signed an agreement with another company to repair our roof that was leaking. I am told Castle Roofing has great work and they only communicate in a professional manner. We are thrilled with our decision now.
After I arrived home today and was home for mere minutes there was a knock on the door, I would say around 1230pm. A polite, professional young man from THIS company said he was there to do an estimate. I apologized and explained to him that my husband had gotten the roof taken care of that morning. He was courteous and likely relieved he wouldn't have to climb up on the roof for no reason. A little while later, Andrea, sent me this e-mail (this is a professional email, as in this is representing the admin staff of this company. Never in my life have I seen something so classless):

We wanted to let you know that it was quite disappointing and not in good taste for doing business to have our guy drive all the way to Mebane for your roof estimate only to find out that a contract had been signed by another company.

No signature. Nothing. While I responded with circumstantial details and expressed how inappropriate I found this, I did promise Andrea a review. I cannot speak for this company's work, but I can speak for their operations. If you ask for an estimate from this company, make sure you call each hour for the next couple days to find out when someone will be at your house. That way if they show up right after someone else gets the job, you'll be able to give Andrea plenty of notice. Otherwise, Orange County resident or not, you'll be a burden. If they give you an estimate, you better accept it and hire them. Who knows what that email might look like! Yikes. Never in my life have I been so unimpressed.
