What a surprise I received when Cory (the company rep) came to visit me and tell me about all Lotus Leaks and Roof Restorations had to offer me. They took all the pictures of the damage, dealt with the insurance company and started work right away. They also specially ordered the color roof I requested which was not available in my area. They fixed the roof deck in a couple of places that has rotten spots on them. They completely power washed my house and then re-painted and repaired the damaged portions of my trim and put in new soffit vents for me. They are a great company to deal with and they stand behind everything they do and they deal with the insurance people which is wonderful because they know what is right and will not take the run around many insurance companies give you. It is just nice to have them on my side and I would highly recommend Lotus Leaks and Roof Restorations to anyone who needs a roof. They are a company that goes out of the way to make sure you, as the customer, are happy and satisfied with their work, and they mean it! Crew was great, I thought they were going to be too loud because of the nice person who knocked on my door said “if they’re too loud” & my baby goes in & out of naps as she is young so I was kind of worried about that. Not only did he work quickly to resolve the issue, but he checked in with me the next day and had another counterpart come out and confirm things were squared away. We called Lotus Roofing after our house was hit with the hailstorm back in March of 2023. John and all the crew went above and beyond. Honest quality workmanship, and Integrity defines this company . They took care of everything, from dealing with the insurance adjusters, to making sure our roof was installed correctly and all grounds were cleaned up after completion. They also made sure our fence that blew over, and all gutters that was damaged in the storm was replaced. The roof is phenomenal, extra attention to detail on placement of vents and keeping the edge lines true! I cannot say enough positive things about the roof they installed, and the professionalism in which they handled the entire situation. Perfect experience with them !!!
