Tobin with Collard Roofing is great at taking care of everything with a roof replacement. He has helped us with our investment property and our personal residence. I trust Tobin to communicate with the insurance company and he gets on the roof himself to inspect and place temporary fixes. He is always willing to explain the process to me. I highly recommend Collard Roofing.

Collard Roofing replaced our whole roof from a hail storm. Tobin's inspections found not only damaged shingles, he also discovered an area with damaged roof sheathing on our 45 year old home. This area is a cathedral type ceiling inside our home and he recommended spray foam insulation rather than regular insulation since the insulation was needing to be replaced under the sheathing. Incredibly, now this room has never been as warm in the winter and as cool in the summer; the spray foam he recommended has made a huge difference. And, for a bit more money he upgraded the roof to a class 4 impact resistant shingle and our homeowners' insurance rate dropped! The front/rear photos show the quality of the work, Tobin and his crew were superb!

Collard Roofing did a great job on the replacement of our roof. They worked quickly, despite dealing with constant weather delays and they seamlessly coordinated everything with the insurance company. They also did a great job of cleaning up after the work was done.

From the initial contact to the completion of the project, Collard roofing has proven the quality and the promise to be flawless. They executed everything in a timely manner. They took care of the quotes and communicated with the insurance adjusters, putting the details on the summarized report very clearly. Collard Roofing has been outstanding to work with. I needed an emergency repair before it stormed and they made my wife and I feel comfortable and really listened to our concerns. When I spoke with Mr. Collard he explained that he was going to diagnose the issue by strategically placing the emergency repairs to areas he felt were most susceptible to leak based on the design of my roof. I had completely forgotten about the repair until he called to check in and see how the emergency repair faired in the storm. (It work perfectly by the way) Mr. Collard said that it would be a simple fix no more than 2 feet by 4 feet. That is a stark difference from other roofers who would recommend an entire new roof. If you need your roof serviced or repaired I highly recommended contacting Collard Roofing. This is my first review of a company on google simply because the service was outstanding and it warrented a few minutes of my time to share with others.
