I worked with Coleman’s to replace my roof and gutters and repaint my entire home. They worked directly with my insurance company to get a full reimbursement (less deductible). The quality of work was very good. I’m very happy.

So far this company has done what no other public adjuster has been able to do with my parents home. Unfortunately for my parents they had State farm home owners insurance and they've been dragging their feet and making excuses to not cover wind, hail damage to this home. My parents are older and retired/disabled and cannot afford to replace their roof or siding. Thankfully with Colemans Contractors and our public adjuster, Phil, so far my parents roof has been replaced. My parents had been fighting with state farm for years. We've gone through 3 public adjusters and along came Phil and has worked a miracle and had the roof covered. Forever grateful . Hire this company to get the job done!!!!!

My building hired them to do the siding- the workers were incredibly rude, rushed and left my deck a mess with nails and siding crumbles all over it. Not to mention they broke my photos that were on an inner wall- meaning they pounded on the side so damn hard the INNER walls shook- breaking priceless photo and frame from my deceased parent. I mentioned this to the foremen and got “aww bummer” smh. Thats not how ive ever seen buisness conducted & ita gross negligence that gets people bad reviews

I usually don't leave reviews but the work done by this company was so extraordinary I just had to. We just had our roof and siding done by Colman's. Phil the salesman was so helpful, he worked so hard to get the insurance to cover everything .The crew was great, very professional and hard-working. I would encourage anybody needing work done on their house to contact this company.

SUNDAY 715 PM SHOWS UP AT MY DOOR FAILS TO READ MY SIGN AND THEN WANTS TO ARGUE GTFOH . THE FACT YOU WONT READ AND FOLLOW A SIMPLE SIGN IS ALL THE REASON I NEED TO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH YOU. YOU FAILED....
"No Soliciting" sign is a polite way to tell people that they are not welcome to engage in commercial activities at a location, such as a home or business, and to respect the privacy of the occupants. This includes door-to-door solicitors who may be trying to sell goods or services, ask for donations, or request support.
I'm sick and tired of of people like this not READING my signage.

Coleman’s Contractors went above and beyond to make sure my home received the TLC it needed. They replaced my roof and siding. I live in an old lake home and the recent work makes it look like a million bucks. I am so happy!!! I would recommend Coleman’s Contractors to anyone!

After having several roofing and contractor companies come out and provide me quotes on having my Roof, Soffits, Facia, Gutters and Vinyl Siding done to my house… My wife and I elected to go with Brady…
His body of work, understanding of our needs (more than we even knew), courteous, trusting, and responsive to our needs throughout the entire process, made him an easy choice.
Brady handled all the communications, paperwork, and was onsite to meet with the insurance inspectors. His knowledge and expertise awarded us a lot more money regarding items we would not even think about being covered if we would have tried to negotiate on our own.
His crew(s) were wonderful and attentive to all our concerns and needs… The end results were awesome!!!

I called to speak about remodeling my home. The lady who answered the phone seemed to be bothered I called. I explained the work I needed done and she seemed hesitant. I left a name and number, but no response. I'm sure there is another company wanting my business and money

We had a very good experience with Coleman's. They were very responsive to our requests during our entire roof remodel. The Coleman's folks, particularly the siding and gutter repair people were very professional, and one of the field managers there, Dominic, in particular is extremely responsive, professional and thorough. I would recommend him particularly strongly.

I want it to be known that STATE FARM was my insurance company and I had been with them for 16 years prior. When I tried to put in a claim for my leaking roof, it was met with resistance in the form of delays (several grueling months), aggression, verbal and emotional abuse leading to my mental breakdown and almost hospitalization. I couldn't B happier that I chose Colemans Contractors. Thank you Brady, Christy, Jason and Dominic; They are real people who don't just go to work for a paycheck. They really, truly stood in my corner and are currently going to war with the insurance Co who is supposed to have my best interest in mind. The work done to the roof is amazing. I just signed another contract with them to do more work on my bathroom, replace gutters and we are currently in the process of insulating kitchen and drywall. 5 stars. Couldn't have made a better choice.

Brady was great. He intersected with our insurance company and dealt with the whole negotiation process. He was there every time an adjuster came to the house. We had major hail damage from a storm and I would never have known the severity of the damage without his guidance. He was able to get us far more covered by insurance than I could have on my own. He was able to negotiate a new roof, siding replacement and painting of the whole house. He is very professional and did a good job managing the subcontractors. Keep track of all your payments from the insurance company as his accounting isn’t always up to snuff. But overall I would definitely recommend his services, especially if you have to deal with an insurance company.
