David vanostrand came out and did the estimate got up on the roof inspected everything even did a water test. He was very upfront about everything how long we have left on our roof to see if it’s worth fixing part of it. He was accommodating with our time frame even came and did a temporary fix until material came in.

The crews that replaced our roof and installed our Hardie Board siding were excellent. They showed up on time and worked until the job was completed. Their craftsmanship is top-tier. When issues arose with certain items either being missed or needing corrected, Cochran made sure to get it taken care of. We would recommend the work Cochran does for your roofing and siding needs.

Beshoy went above and beyond with helping us out. He was very quick to respond to our situation and walked us through the pros and cons. Please ask for him when you call Cochran. Thanks again Beshoy!

Scott was very helpful and made me feel much better when he came to inspect my eaves and soffets. There was no charge and he didn't try to sell me something I don't need. I would definitely recommend Cochran Exteriors.

Called Cochran Exteriors (Indianapolis, IN) for an estimate. They texted me several times reminding me about the appointment but then were over an hour late themselves. I only found out they were not on their way because I called them (Rep Scott Richards). He blamed his president for holding him up. I wound up never even meeting him but did get an estimate for repairs. It was over twice what I paid Red Sail Roofing to do the job which RSR did an excellent job. I will never call Cochran Exteriors again.

I had my siding, windows and gutters replaced by Cochran and everything went very smoothly. I’m thrilled with the end results. My salesman Beshoy and project manager John made sure that all my needs were met and any unforeseen issues, none of which were their fault, were addressed correctly and in a timely manner.

They were very professional and thorough with their process and took the time to ensure what they were proposing met my needs. Replacement of 60 yr. old alum. siding, Beshoy (PM) and Shawn (Foreman) provided great communication and direction, completed work in less time than expected.

Drew was really knowledgeable and helpful explaining all of our available options. After inspecting our home, he was very clear on what priority items there were and what could wait. We had the siding on our gables replaced, as well as the soffits and gutters. Work was prompt, done in exactly as long as they said it would be. We required new sheathing to be installed as well, as it was missing from the old siding. Appreciated them installing the new sheathing and doing it right.

The work was quick and done with high quality. Beshoy was great in getting everything started. I replaced an entire side of my home and I would highly recommend.

I’ve been having issues with insurance. Big Mike came out same day and inspected my roof. He was with me every step of the way, helping me get information to insurance and offering to speak to them directly. I would 100% recommend.

Over the course of 30+ years we have had to replace our roof due to weather damage or aging. Last year, when we began having roof leaks, we called four different roofing companies to get estimates. We made the decision to work ONLY with local, long-term companies with solid reputations. Beshoy was the person who arrived from Cochran and estimated our job. He did a thorough investigation of the roof and attic and provided his finding and recommendations. We narrowed our decision down to two roofing companies. We asked both company's estimators a lot of questions regarding materials, baffling, flashing, pricing, etc.. After a thorough side-by-side comparison we chose to proceed with Cochran. Beshoy answered all our questions and provided us with a timeline. He also made himself available for follow up questions as we had them. The installation took two full days as we had to replace decking boards as well as new roofing and vents. Cochran's project manager was on-site for part of those days. I would have liked to have seen the project manager on our site more then he was but I also understand they have multiple projects occurring at the same time. After completion of the job they cleaned up the whole yard as promised, even though they had to stay late to do so. At a later time I walked my attic and saw a couple of things that I had questions about. I called Cochran and they sent out Ryan who sat and listened to my questions. He then walked the attic, inspected my concerns and provided a plan for finalizing those few things we discussed. We agreed on a time and Julie and a small team of two came back out and finalized the project. Cochran's responsiveness was very good. Of course the true test of a great roof is time, but I feel confident that if I have any issues, and call Cochran, that they will respond quickly and stand behind their work.

Cochran Exteriors all around was great to work with. We recently had our chimney repaired and our roof replaced. We truly appreciated the transparency from their sales rep, Dustin Burgess, when he came out to the house to inspect our issues. He listened to our concerns and truly offered us the best option and always answered any questions we had regarding the pricing. While our projects were being completed, we truly cannot say enough great things about our project manager, Julie Dennemann. She was amazing throughout the entire process. Any questions or concerns we had about the projects, she listened, ensured they would be taken care of and truly had our backs during the entire process. She came out to the house multiple times during the process to check on the crew and to ensure they were doing everything I had asked to be completed. She worked very well with the crew leader, Dan, to ensure everything was going as planned. After the projects were completed, we had some concerns and questions and without hesitation, Julie offered to come to the house and look at our concerns with us. Shortly after that visit, she ensured that our concerns would be addressed and someone would be out to fix the issues without additional cost to us. Cochran Exteriors revitalized our 1981 home in Kokomo, Indiana. The home was well overdue for exterior updates, and the team more than delivered. The project started with Beshoy, who did an on-site walk around of the home and helped guide us through the material selection process. Once the materials were selected, it was passed on to the project crew. The project lead was John Harrell. Him and his crew not only thoroughly communicated the progress of the project but also guided us through changes that needed to be made during construction to ensure we were getting the best design results possible. John's experience from a long career in the construction industry is very evident. From start to finish, the team handled any and all issues with professionalism and courtesy.

They were very easy to work with. My house was damaged from strong winds and they fixed my siding and replaced my roof in a timely and professional manner.

I highly recommend Cochran Exteriors, we had some shingles blow off our roof late last year due to high winds and experienced some water damage on our ceiling we were uncertain on what company we would contact to assist us with the repair. We noticed a Cochran sign in our neighbors yard and decided to give them a try, they were prompt and professional our roof was repaired on the same day we received our estimate. Fast forward last week we experienced wind damage to another area of the roof my husband contacted AJ at Cochran he didn’t hesitate to assist us he came out and took care of the damage, we will definitely use them again and recommend Cochran to our family and friends.

After installing a new roof, they left a rope on my roof for months. Then they failed to install flashing resulting in animals getting inside the house. It’s near impossible to ever reach anyone on the phone and when they say they will get back, either it takes months or they don’t respond at all. Recently learned they installed the cheap ridge vent incorrectly with the wrong size nails. Got a quote for thousands from a different company - for a roof that isn’t even five years old! Run away from this awful company.

Dustin Burgess, Sales Consultant, provided me with a very thorough explanation of what was or was not needed, which made my decision on what to do very easy.
His honesty and knowledge were greatly appreciated and not always found these days. Another Contractor had recommended Cochran Exteriors to me, and I now would highly recommend them as well.

Scott Richards came out today to look at our job and give us a quote. He was thorough, pleasant to work with, and knowledgeable of what the job will entail. Looking forward to getting our gutter fixed and if the workers are as nice to work with as Scott was this morning, it will be a great experience for us.

I never had the opportunity to work with this company because it was IMPOSSIBLE to get a quote. I scheduled an appointment Friday 2/7 at 1:00 pm. The rep was super friendly and knowledgeable but I was supposed to have the quote Friday afternoon by 2:30. Reached out to the company and confirmed they had my email wrong and asked them to resend the quote. Never received it. Called Monday (2/10) 4 times and was told the rep would be sending me the quote. Never received it. Called another 3 times today (2/11) still no quote and was told by customer support they’d call me back after speaking to the rep, no call back. As someone who is in sales, I don’t think I’ve ever had a customer beg me for a quote I promised to send. Business must be booming to be able to pick and choose customers. From the reviews, I’m sure the company does a great job!

Job was to replace gutters and soffit. Details including matching paint and gutters were made with great care and project was done quickly. Out of 3 quotes for job Cochran was the most reasonable and has the resources to handle most anything. Would work with them again.

We needed new siding on our dormers, Cochran Exteriors sent Dalton to inspect and give us an estimate.

After his inspection and providing photos that he took, Dalton also suggested that we needed a new roof (no surprise to us.)

Joe, the project manager for the roofing job, was personal, professional, and kept in constant touch with us, as the project progressed.

Workers arrived on time and cleaned up EVERYTHING before leaving.

John was the project manager for the siding. The Hardie board was powder coated to the exact color we wanted. His team arrived on time, the workmanship was great and the cleanup was excellent. Communication and followup was excellent.

I called them out for a quote for some possible work on my chimney. They proceeded to recommend a few thousand dollars of additional work (which it turns out that I didn't need). They said that they would also have to replace my siding after the work was done (not true). Any other repair company will give you a quote over the phone or e-mail, but they insisted that I come to their office to receive the quote in person so they could hard sell me.

After I already told them that I chose another company for the project, they have called me three times this month asking me to hire them. They're obnoxious and apparently they just want to squeeze as much money as they can out of people. Save your time and trouble and contact someone else.
