i chose Cobalt from a referral of a friend, the customer service is excellent, all questions answered and someone answers the phone, the quality of the trusses is very good, above average.
now the price......i saved a ton of money here too over the bigger, greedy box stores.. Thanks to the team at Cobalt !!!!
Terrible service and professionalism. They changed the numbers on truss plan every time we were verifying things by ourselves in the field. Would not come to job site to verify and measure & would not be liable for any of their work. Asked for a refund, and they sent it back -$200 for “design plans” charge, that was not in the contract we signed up for. If you want complete incompetence then look no further then these folks.
They can do any truss you want highly recommend and there price is hard to beat along with there service
