I went to the dealership not expecting to purchase anything. Just was kind of starting my car shopping. Curtis came out with a great attitude and very informative. He was not pushy nor over bearing. I knew I wouldn't be able to get this experience anywhere else and decided to purchase a vehicle. Hands down best dealership with the best salesperson. I will definitely see Curtis anytime im interested in another vehicle and I would suggest yall do the same. You will not be disappointed!!

I live in Tallahassee FL and found the Yukon I wanted at Mossy in Picayune. From the initial call to Sarah Kerry to delivery by my salesman Curtis Gasper, my experience was extremely pleasant and professional. And though I live 6 hours from the dealership, Curtis agreed to meet me half way to deliver the car to me personally. Now that’s how you do customer service! Thank you Mossy for a great experience!

PSA- THIS DEALERSHIP HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMERS SERVICE.
We drove 2 hours to purchase a 2019 BMW X3. We made it there did paperwork and was told we couldn't drive it home that it would be 2 to 3 weeks for some parts to come in. They didn't want to lose money so they didn't fix the car before it sold. OK. So we leave it to have the Windshield replaced, driver rear door handle replaced, rear tires brakes and rotors. They didn't call we have to call to ask if it was ready 2 weeks later. They said all but the driver rear door handle it hasn't came in maybe another week or two but you can bring back and have that fixed so we go back to pick the car up (2hours) the used car Manager sits in his chair by the door and is like yea the keys are somewhere. We ask about the rotors because they don't look changed (rear) he said yes it was done. He says we will call you around the 15th. I give them to the 20th and call. The manager couldn't be found. The service dept didn't know what i was talking about. So when I called back again. The manager did get with service and find the part to get me taken care of but couldn't give me a time frame needed for install. So I had to get the part mailed and have put on local. Still not sure how you can't give a time frame for something like that when I'm driving 2 hours away.Now a week ago we have a service light come on pads and brake fluid. We take it in to our local shop and come to find out the Routor were not replaced. I called the Mossy location and asked for a manager she said she couldn't find him which is not uncommon because, they think that's the norm. I call and ask for service. The lady says hey is Tony at his desk guy says yes . I stay on hold for 5 mins, hang up call back again and ask for a Manager to be told they couldn't find him again. This isn't the place to buy a car, don't waste your time here go somewhere that will return your call when you have an issue and doesn't avoid you. Word of mouth is the best advertising. I can only speak on behalf of my salesman, who was an absolute GEM during my car buying experience. Sacorey was attentive, flexible, respectful, and genuinely kind. It was evident he loves what he does.
I had no desire to be shopping for another vehicle but my hand was forced when mine was totaled. Dealing with Sacorey, even moreso after the sale when he continued to attend to my vehicle's needs despite it not being his responsibility, was a true blessing.
I unfortunately can't say anything kind about the service/body shop department but, if you're looking to purchase a vehicle and want to be treated like a person, Sacorey is your guy!!

Made appointment for rear diff diagnostic. Called and added my oil change because it was time and figured I would do my oil change also. Receptionists said that was fine. Service desk is under the impression I am there for just an oil change. David Holland Service Advisor was looking at me like why was I mentioning the rear diff possible leak. So that was a mess. Then after waiting 3 hours finally got my vehicle. On my way home my tire pressure was not correct and my license plate was ripped and bent. Called to let them know. Guy asked me was it a paper license plate after me explaining that my license plate was bent. I would think it would take someone to listen to people's auto problems if they do it all day.
Also someone called about when their vehicle will be ready. She was polite on the phone but said "we will call you when it's ready" rude...I never got any notifications on how much longer my auto would be either. If you are there waiting or not. They may be concerned if it was theirs.
Just not overall impressed.

If you are in the market for a new truck i highly recommend going to Mossy. I recently went there to test drive a few of their vehicles and I had a great experience. Usually at dealerships I feel rushed and majority of my questions are nevery fully answered. This was not the case at Mossy. My sales rep, Curtis, was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. I'll definitely be a return customer.

My experience with this dealership was horrible. Went with my granddaughter to purchase a vehicle, salesperson and manager said she needed to put lots of money down without a co-signer. When I asked the dollar amount, he said over $5,000. I told him I would put $7,000.00 down, he said okay, then went to see the finance manager. Salesperson came back and said she needed a co-signer, I told him I would not put $7,000.00 down and co-sign. So again, he asked to co-sign,which I did. Then he came back to say it was approved, but they wanted me to put the car in my name only. I told them" No" because then it wouldn't be my granddaughter car without her name being on the paperwork. I am just disappointed for them to ask me to co-sign and run my credit then to ask me to finance the car in my name, and we leave without a vehicle. This was a horrible experience. If I had known they were going to play games like this, I would have never co-signed.

I have purchased a new vehicle from both Mossy and Mandal, and with the forced purchase of Auto Butler alone, Mossy charged me 400$ less. If they can't sell you a vehicle without the purchase of Auto Butler, it should be in the advertised price, not thrown in afterward.

He is not high pressure and tries his best to listen to what we want and then deliver the perfect vehicle for us to look at. I paid $686 to replace a light bulb on my truck. Well I can't see with my truck at all the lights are so dim even on bright. I could see fine with the one headlight by the way.  Now they come up with a price of $900 for the projector to be replaced.. I'm so aggravated and sick about this! Don't ever go to Mossy of Picayune.  They have the worst service department and could care less that you spent $686 and they are not willing to help you in any way . (Also every time I go there, people all around are complaining about the service.)

I used to be an employee at this dealership and worked in the shop and I still use Mossy today for any of mine and my family vehicles major repairs that can't be done at home. We use Jeff all the time and Jeff has always kept us updated on diagnostic, parts arrival and when the vehicles are finished. I have my 2002 chevrolet truck that I just rebuilt the front cap and it's there for a warranty job. If anyone sees this, I strongly recommend using Jeff as your service advisor.

I utilized the body shop to repair my rear liftgate and bumper after being rear-ended. There was some miscommunication with drop off surrounding the hurricane, but other than that the service was phenomenal. Very easy and quick. I was very happy when I picked my vehicle up to see that not only did the back of my vehicle look brand new, but the interior had also been detailed. It was also ready almost a full week before the estimated timeframe. Thank you!

Absolutely do not try to do business with these clows. The sales manager has no idea what he's doing and should be fired. He passed up on a 6k profit being greedy. Unless you're willing to take it up the rear, stay away. A prime example ov why people hate car salesman.

having our vehicles serviced. My experience was excellent. The staff as always was very professional and updating information about my vehicles. Any problems or other concerns they notified me immediately of the knowledge. It is always a pleasure to deal with the staff @ Mossy of Picayune in the Service department and @ the receptionist desk. Very Friendly staff. Even the sale staff speak ask how you are doing will you are waiting. The receptionist, Service Staff always treat you as family they remember you as if you are always there.

I have had nothing short of excellent service the Service Department at Mossy of Picayune. Many times they have been able to do an oil change, tire rotation, and a wash with little to no notice always in less than 45 min. I will continually to use them as long as I have my truck!

A previous visit to Mossy revealed my vehicle needed brakes replaced. Before I scheduled the brake service the ABS warning light came on and a horrific grinding sound came from the steering. A second appointment was made via the website which was not as straightforward as it should have been but still doable. The day of the appointment went very smoothly. I expected a very long wait. But no. They completed the brake replacement and a wiring harness replacement in a reasonable time. I received a call from the service department that my car was ready. I paid the bill and left in a freshly washed car—no after-service problems. The Mossy service experience was highly satisfactory. My praise for any car service department is not earned easily as seen in my previous reviews. This time the entire service department should be commended. Great job.
