Absolutely professional from start quote to finish. They do high quality work and have become my "go to" window contractor for both my commercial and private properties.
In full disclosure, I'm actually contracting them again this month to replace/install more news windows in my office buildings. So, yes, I am a satisfied repeat customer!

We had these guys install replacement windows in our master bathroom and had a great experience. Recommended they do some work for my wife’s parents and even thought it took them longer than expected to schedule and complete the job, they were very pleased. We decided to redo our back porch and deck…went back and forth since last September and didn’t get replies to texts, emails or voicemails for weeks on end. They promised to have the quote to us several different times and never did.

They are unreliable and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Roy and his team are exceptional! Roy is extremely responsive, talented, honest, and hard working. They installed all new windows and a sliding glass door for a reasonable price. He gives you options and shows what it will look like in his software. I would highly recommend Roy to do any work to your house.

Roy and his crew removed 18 windows and installed new ones. His crew were great to work with and the job done with pride. Will definitely recommend to others.

I met with Roy back in November, seemed like things were going to workout. I was finally going to have someone to complete my hurricane damaged siding. Roy “couldn’t get emails to send” of renderings and pricing. So, he arranged a time to meet in person after the first of the year. He missed the first meeting we should have had, didn’t answer my phone call when he was already 30 min late and I left vm and text asking where he was, as I had to take off work for this meeting. A few days later he responded he had a “medical issue” which I won’t disclose what kind on here. But something that wouldn’t have prevented him from answering the phone or a text message. He then setup a second in person meeting, and AGAIN no call and no show. Again I called and texted, this time he never even had the decency to answer either one. Here I am almost 9 months later from my initial meeting with him, and finally found someone reliable to do the work on my house. So unless you have a lot of time to waste, or enjoy trying to figure out if this guy will show up or all together disappear. Good luck.

We contacted Owner Mr. Roy Faulkenberry to replace our roof after Hurricane Florence. We feel fortunate to have found him. He carved out a huge amount of time out of his busy schedule to guide us and help us with our color selection. Crew leader Jose with his crew did a fabulous job for us. They were hard working, courteous and did a nice clean-up. Mr. Faulkenberry gave us an honest and good price during a time of price gouging. We can't say enough good things about Mr. Faulkenberry and his team. Give him a worthwhile call.

Coastal Exteriors did a great job putting on a new roof for us and also putting a sliding glass door. Very professional.
