We have had nothing but problems right from the start. Less than 1/2 of the materials delivered to get started with. Gable end trusses were manufactured incorrectly and required on site modification which was very poorly done, had I not been on site they would not have followed my mandatory modification prior to installation. Crew left the job site 1/4 completed for 2 weeks, during this time we received 2 inches of rain. All of the lumber was soaked and the crew wanted to construct with it, which again had I not been on site they would have used it. I refused to let them build with soaked lumber. Several walls required straightening that once again I had to demand. When the roof was finally installed, which was delayed 3 more weeks due to not having the roofing on site, one of the helpers pre drilled all the holes in the same location, the problem was the purlins were installed off set on the trusses leaving many sections with dozens of open holes, which were filled with a dab of silicone instead of replacing the damaged sheets. Several leaks required repairs and a new ridge cap had to be installed which was without proper snow/rain protection. Consequently now 5 years later all of the sub standard venting materials are blowing out creating a MAJOR leaking problem. After a blowing snow storm, we have leaks everywhere once the attic space warms up above freezing, once again requiring corrections. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a construction project/company. If I could have left negative stars I certainly would have. I have EXTREME BUYERS REMORSE !!!

Worst service ever. Was told it would take a week to build our shop, going on 2 weeks and the trusses aren’t even up. They keep telling us they’ll be out to work on it and then no one shows up. We’re paid up so there’s no reason for them to continually put us off. The weather has not been bad either. I asked for a discount to compensate their neglect and of course was told ‘no’. All they could keep doing was giving excuse after excuse with a lame apology. We should have just gone with Morton or another company. Cleary has lost our furniture business we have and we will definitely not recommend them to anyone.
