Late night call to Rob with emergency water outage when we were expecting a houseful of family. They were super helpful, accepted our texts of photos till midnight and came out this morning and saved the day! Thank you! We’ll definitely be calling with any of our other needs. Rob and crew solved the problem. Well had intermittently stopped working. He was there the next day and stayed until just before dark to swap out the pump and motor.

Outstanding service! I had an emergency with our well ( no water) . Made my first call to Cook Bros and within an hour and a half they arrived! They literally stopped what they were doing, turned back to their shop, loaded up and drove an hour and a half to my place. Did I mention this was a Friday afternoon?
They worked on my system until 10 at night. Returned first thing Saturday morning (again with a 1.5 hour drive) and had my system running by late afternoon.
The patience and expertise is second to none. Learning and figuring out my old system was a chore. Not just satisfied with fixing my problem, everything was double checked and also explained to me with great detail to include labels and drawings.

Very pleased with the plumbing work that cook brothers did on 1- frozen & 1- broken instant on propane heaters at our house.i bought 2 new heaters and they replaced them quickly

Absolutely the BEST service ever! We had lost all water pressure in the house and Rob was able to diagnose the problem (our pump had failed) in no time and then replace the pump and have everything back up and running all in the same day….. extremely cost effective and super efficient. Can not thank them enough. Highly recommend this company!

I called Cook Bros regarding an issue I was having with my well pump and holding tank that was located in a slowly collapsing well pit. Rob the owner Came out and went over the whole well system Rob was very informative and helpful in attempting to resolve the problem he gave me a number of options for repair. I decided to go with a full replacement of my well system including replacement of the pump relocating the holding tank to my home (crawl space) filling in the well pit.
I was very satisfied with the work and the time they took to complete the project. I highly recommend Cook Bros. and would use them again.

Our water well quit late yesterday afternoon. We did some checking, as we have always been “do-it-your selfers ”. But with our age, and my husband’s fatigue from radiation treatments, we decided to call someone. I left a message for Rob and he came out this morning and had our problem solved by noon. We are very happy with his professionalism and care for his customers!

Had a major problem with our well pump shorting out, blowing breakers and burning the pressure switch. I replaced the switch and the breaker and it continued to fail. I called Rob and
he came out the next day. After extensive troubleshooting he found the buried cable (spliced) in the crawlspace that had shorted out. Problem solved! His was the only company that returned our phone call and arrived when he said he would!! Highly recommend if you have a well problem.

I had done evrything I could to unclog my sink.l, including climbing on the roof to see if vent was clogged. I couldn't get it fixed. After numerous calls to other people this company was the first to actually answer the phone. They came out the next day and unclogged my sink. The communication was great, was treated with respect, answered all my questions with no reservations. I strongly recommend this company.

We are very impressed with our egress window from Cook Bros Construction! They were prompt, efficient, and the craftsmanship is unbeatable! Will did an excellent job on the wood frame, digging the hole with no damage to our yard or grass, and the overall outcome is outstanding! Cook Bros Construction can do plumbing and sprinkler systems, as well as home additions, plus so much more! We definitely recommend them for any job you need accomplished, no matter how big or small!

Cook bros did an amazing job fixing sprinkler system. Smooth n powerful, pump is quieter. Couldn't get these results from sprinkler company.

I want to give a great big shout-out to Rob and Ande Cook. What a great team and what absolutely amazing service!! We found that there was no outside water working from our well to irrigate lawns and water for the animals. I tried calling around to various businesses with no luck except for two to three weeks out. For the first time ever, I put a plea for help on facebook and Ande saw it and responded. I called her and she and Rob were here in an hour! Wow! They stayed all day to get the problem completely fixed. The whole system down in a well pit was old and had just given up. Rob systematically diagnosed the problems which were interrelated, and replaced pressure switch, pressure gauge and finally the expansion tank itself in addition to some electrical fine-tuning and adding a ground wire to the well casing. Not enough good things to say about their work! Systematic, methodical, careful, thorough, cheerful, expert analysis are the words that I will use and I am sure I probably have left out more glowing compliments as well. I want to recommend them to everyone in our greater Cody Wyoming community! The list of what they do on the back of their business card is very long indeed and I think there is almost nothing that they are capable of and will try. I am so relieved to have found such a capable company and will certainly hire them whenever next I have a problem that needs repair!! Thank you Rob and Ande!!

I called and left a message about a plumbing issue and amazingly enough Rob returned my call even though he was on vacation half way around the world!! I was able to give him detailed information and sent pictures of the issue while he was on vacation, so that he was able to resolve our problems the very next day that he returned home! Cook Bros. returned my call and fixed our plumbing issues when no other plumber in a 50 mile radius would even call us back or come look at the problem.

Amazing service. We are new to the area and it was such a blessing to be able to find such a great company to work with. Very reasonable prices and excellent communication. Saved the day a 2nd time! First was at 2am when heat went out on a subzero night; this emergency call with the AC when it was 100 degrees out. They figured out the problem and worked very hard to fix both times! In a time it's nearly impossible to find a good plumber or contractor, Cook is easy to reach, quick to respond, efficient in resolution PLUS put up with my obnoxious dogs who kept bugging them. I couldn't believe they had all the parts on the truck ready. There was none of that "we have to order and I'll come back" I get from others. They were there and prepared. I'm planning to hire them for some new construction projects, as hopefully we are done with things needing repair. Great for all your needs, new or old! I highly recommend.

Cook Brothers was amazing! I had been struggling with finding a reliable plumber for a long time and having all sorts of plumbing issues in the meantime. I stumbled upon Cook Brothers as I combed the internet for plumbers (yet again) and am so happy I called. Rob answered my message from his VACATION (!!), scheduled an appointment with me, showed up when promised (even though I am two hours away from Cody), and was very polite and friendly. They were super clean (tarps everywhere!) and took their time not only listening to me explain the problem but also looking at the plumbing themselves. It really made me feel like I could trust their evaluation and that they weren’t just spit-balling possible issues so they could wrap up and get to the next job. Would 100% use again and will definitely recommend to everyone I know!

Rob assessed the sediment issue I was having. He not only determined but proved my pressure tank was failing and would completely fail soon. He will not only be replacing the tank but also the plumbing around it and updating the electrical for it per code. He provided a very detailed report and gave me several options for current problem as well as near future updates and repair.

We met Rob Cook and his lovely wife recently at the Home Show in Powell. We mentioned to him that we were having multiple problems with the automatic horse waterers we recently purchased for our barn, and that the folks who installed them were stumped as to the cause. Within a few days Rob and his colleague Jason were at our barn, inspecting the units and troubleshooting all of the problems, mechanical and electrical. Before they left, the units were filling and heating as designed. We were very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, and tenacity demonstrated by the Cook Bros. team. 1) Cook Brothers promptly returned my phone call and set up an appointment to evaluate my shower repair project.
2) They listened to what I thought I wanted and needed to fix the shower. They made suggestions as to what would work and why they would work.
3) They gave me a reasonable cost estimate and the time frame needed to fix the shower.
4) The work crew were always on time and if they were going to be delayed they always called to let me know when they would arrive.
5) The crew were always polite, timely, competent and cleaned the work area at the end of the day.
6) It was truly a pleasure to have my shower fixed by competent personnel who listened to what one wanted and made it happen.

Construction and by the end of the next day they were expertly installed in the most custom and ergonomic locations for our personal needs.
