Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They kept calling to let me know when things would happen so I didn't have to worry about it. They are not the cheapest but the building seems a lot nicer than my neighbors.

Cleary has been great to get to know as a company. I heard previously they were a little rocky but I figured they could give me a quote anyways. Was pleasantly surprised by how punctual and professional their staff was. I would recommend that you give them a chance even if its only a phone call. I was blown away by these guys and I bet you will be too!

Built my barn 3 years ago. My initial meetings, prep and building time met all my anticipations. The building itself is more solid than anticipated. It's a 2 level barn with stairs, concrete floor. They worked with me through the design phase to make sure I got what I needed. The builder (Bud) was prompt, professional and his team did a great job. They even rolled my hoses back up whenever they used them (most contractors I have worked with leave everything out). Concrete guy messed up the trim in one spot, Cleary fixed it the next day. Roof had a drip and within 2 weeks a crew came out and fixed it.

I talked with one of the manager's who gave me a line that they didn't have tools in their trucks because they were going out of town and he blew me off .....on repairs I was needing to pay someone to repair on a metal building I own. Bad character to flat out lie and just say you don't do repairs. A nice referral to someone who does would have been nice. Seemed shady to me.

This should not even be a one star. They don't delay, they ignore. We had a barn built and it was 6 months late, worse part is you can't get anyone to actually talk to you. Now my barn has been completed and they need to replace a trim piece I am now 9 months out and it still has not been fixed and once again I call once a week at no one will actually talk to me and respond. The receptionist and I are real tight, but their project management and ability to staff and retain staff is abysmal. Absolutely horrible experience, stay away from Cleary in the Kansas area. Worst service and experience I have ever received in my life - this is not hyperbole and an overstatement. I have to call them weekly and not only do they not get it done, they completely ignore. I have not had someone call me in 3 months to update the status......I have no idea how they are in business in this area - everyone I talk to has the same experience. RUN AWAY - DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE AND CHOOSE THEM.

Extremely disappointed in lack of service and broken promises. Entered into a contract with a Sales Rep who then left company. Took over a month for the new Rep to contact us, and he said the contract was bad. He basically said that they needed $750 more for garage doors and a lot more for site prep. Unbelievable that I had a contract with Cleary and they won't live up to it. Was basically told they would not honor the contract as written and would refund our sizable down payment.
