Damien and the crew came out to do basement injections for us and they did an awesome job! Very professional and explained everything to us. Highly recommend this company.

From the beginning of the project to completion of the project everything was outstanding. My first interaction with the company was with Brian, we discussed the type of work to be performed and at no time during our conversation was their a sales pitch. Daniel (crew lead) and his crew showed up on time introduce himself and the work that him and his crew were going to do. The crew was very professional and courteous of personal property. When work was completed the crew cleaned up not only the work area but also the yard where work was done. Had final walkthrough with Daniel and he again explained the work that was done.

Our sump pump quit working which resulted in flooding in our basement. KC Pier was the first company that was willing to come out that day and Steve Maloney was very professional and friendly. Steve installed a new sump pump with a backup pump and battery, reinstalled the cover and sealed it per the Radon protocol. We are very thankful and much drier now!

Louis and his team were great! They installed our two egress windows quickly. They were very conscientious of our carpets and cleaned up their mess thoroughly when they were done. They were kind and respectful. Antonio worked extremely hard. Daniel kept us informed on the job! Overall a great experience!

I had a basement escape window installed on a 1940s block foundation. I had a solid experience from sales to install crew.
Price was considerably less than the competitors and the team was very knowledgeable and professional. I didn’t feel pushed or rushed in the sale. All my questions were answered and design options were priced out.

Hector and he’s team kept the mess contained and did a thorough cleanup job.
I screwed up a portion of the install job when the crew went out to lunch. The crew shook their heads at me, we laughed, and they figured out how to correct my mistake.

The guys did a great job, granted I think they got a little more than expected when it came time to break out the old cement steps! It was a huge solid mass of concrete basically. That and no adequate rain fall, no wonder we were having foundation issues. Thanks Damien Adkins and crew for stepping up and knocking it out even though things were a little more difficult than expected! We had KC Pier come and add a drain to our patio. Initially, they came to look at why we had water in our basement and I was expecting a huge bid for foundation work, or new sump pump etc. But, they suggested the drain be installed as that is the root of the problem. They were very professional and easy to work with every step of the way. Highly recommend the KC Pier team.

Brian came out and gave me a bid on new sump pump, secondary and backup battery. When I told him I would like to move forward on it, he asked when I would like it done and joking I said “today” cause I’m having surgery tomorrow and he had a guy in the area so he came by and did it that afternoon and everything was cleaned up before he left. KC pier installed 10 piers total under my home outside of Cameron, Mo. 5 piers were placed from the inside of the home and 5 from the outside. The whole process from the time I called to schedule an inspection thru job completion was educational, streamlined, and filled with courtesy and professionalism. I didn’t have to clean anything behind them, they raked the yard where the spoil pile sat and took out the trash from the bathroom they used. Thank you KC pier and may God bless you !

Since I have never had to have foundation work done before I wasn't sure what to expect. I am pleased to say that working with KC Pier was a great experience all around. From the girls at the office to the crew and Brian who initially came put and prepared the quote. The crew was professional and communicated their progress daily. Daniel and his crew did a great and quick job installing some exterior piers. They had to cut through a patio slab to install one and patched it up including matching the brushed texture. I’d be happy to have the same crew should I need them again.

Initial trench and sump installed in January 2022. Drought this summer followed by heavy fall rain caused ground to settle pulling apart the non-glued portion of discharge pipe. Damien and Alexander arrived on the dot, fixed in a short amount of time. No cost, all under warranty. Fantastic and highly recommended!

KC Pier installed an egress window for me. The crew was friendly, efficient, and did a great job. They went above and beyond by replacing a cracked basement window with the one that was removed to make way for the egress. They also noticed a crack in the foundation that they sealed for me.

We had Hector’s five-man crew work for 8+ hours at our house today digging out around the house foundation to seal the concrete and then jackhammering a trench in the basement to install a sump pump. These guys worked very hard in the heat and humidity and did a fantastic job! They replanted the hostas they had to move; they cleaned the site when they were done with the job; and they leveled the ground where a drain line was installed. I cannot say enough positive things about this crew! Courteous, professional, efficient, and conscientious - a definite 10/10!

I was so happy we chose KC Pier to complete our foundation repair. They were always very responsive, knowledgeable, and happy to answer the 7 million questions we had. The appointments made were appointments kept. The crew showed up on time, told me what to expect, then did it. They finished a little earlier than expected. I pointed out that the estimate said that they would apply dirt to the improve the grading to the front wall, ( they had a satisfactory answer as to why it had not been done) the crew showed up first thing and applied the dirt. Very professional, very polite, including crew, the office that kept me well informed, as well as Brian who provided the estimate. Very satisfied.

KC Pier installed 2 egress windows at my home. Hector's crew did a great job. They arrived when scheduled, and finished the job in the time it was originally estimated to take. There were 6 men here for 2 days, and they all worked very hard the entire time, and they did it with great attitudes. There was laughter and comraderie throughout. It was great to hear. They also went the extra mile by putting some of the dirt they excavated in another part of my yard. I needed some fill dirt for another project, and they happily moved it there for me. We had over 30 piers installed and the entire project, including clean up, took four days. The project manager even came back once the concrete had cured to help move the washer and dryer back.
