We met Brandy at the home show in February and her bubbly personality won us over. The bid was in the middle of the pack and so we chose Clearwater. We remodeled our kitchen, great room, office space and dining. Brandy was great at negotiating decisions between my husband and I and made the process much easier. We are very happy with the result and the time frame. They didn’t tear our house apart until decisions and products were ready to go. We plan to continue with Clearwater in the future for bedrooms and bathrooms. We still need decor on the walls, but the transformation is amazing.

Our A/C went out in the middle of a heat wave. I was about to leave out of town and that would have left my 3 kids and 3 grandkids ( one was a 5 month old infant) partially living in an oven. I spent Saturday and Sunday trying to call someone but every one said 1-2 weeks before they could come out. I reached out to Brandy with Clearwater Home Services and she tried her hardest to get someone out to my kids ASAP. They were not about to come out to Riyadh but when they did they were courteous and compassionate. I world recommend them to anyone any day off the week. They are my go to people now.

Clearwater Construction recently completed a large project for us as we redesigned our dated primary bathroom/closet area into two primary bathrooms and beautifully updated and much larger primary closet.

Brandy and Kelly were professional and did a great job.

From the bid process, design and selections all the way through to schedule of work, billing statements and actual job completion, they were a pleasure to work with. With any bumps in the road we encountered, they were right there and ready to work together on resolution. Definitely recommend them.

We just finished our Great Room/Kitchen/Bathroom remodel with Clearwater. We had not touched anything in our home for over 20 years. The experience with Clearwater was fantastic! From the 1st visit with Ken the salesperson to the final walk through with one of the owners Brandy, I never had a moments hesitation that I had made the right choice. Brandy one the owners managed my job and was responsive and communicative through the whole process. The quality of the Subs was "Best in Class". I had such a great experience that I was a bit sad it was over! Thank goodness I have more to do later this year! I recommend this company without hesitation...

Clearwater working under my builder did a metal roof and metal siding. At first I wasn’t happy with their work due to a vast amount of snow and working through the winter there were some problems that hindered their progress. Well in the end I have to say the house looks outstanding and they did a wonderful job. Thank You!

In today's environment, it seems impossible to find anyone that values providing customer service the way Kelly, Sean, and Brandy do. We used Clearwater Home Services for a kitchen remodel last year. Brandy was always quick to respond and was upfront and honest about how long things would take + how much they would cost. We were never surprised by any bill or the timing of our remodeled kitchen. They updated our cabinets and countertops making for such a great remodel. It was a fantastic process.
Fast forward a year, we had a pre-listing home inspection done and called Clearwater to discuss some of the findings. Ken came out within 48 hours and was honest with us about things we could easily do ourselves versus hiring a contract. They could have easily duped us into paying for their (likely excellent) work, but instead showed integrity.
I have recommended Brandy, Ken, and their team time and time again to friends who have had similarly great experiences. I wouldn't use anyone else in the valley (believe me, we have had others do some work in our home and it fell short every time compared to Clearwater) to remodel or perform roof work.
Plus, you have to love that it's a woman-owned construction business ran by a Boise native!

I had two leaking skylights removed and replaced. I am extremely happy with the my new skylights and the entire process. Clearwater responded promptly to my inquiry with a knowledgeable technician to inspect and consult with me. He answered my questions and gave me a verbal estimate. Upon my acceptance of the written proposal, new skylights were ordered and installed. The technician that did the work was friendly, professional and efficient. He also did a fantastic job of matching my roof shingles. And throughout the entire process, Brandy in the office was more than happy to answer any question I had. AND….my final bill was $200 LESS than my estimated cost. I highly recommend Clearwater Home Services. It is an honorable, honest, quality company!

The roofers did a phenomenal job on my roof replacement! They essentially completed it in a day and a half and it looks fabulous. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

I cannot even tell you how relieved I am that I picked the right company to install a new roof. I'd had horrible experiences just getting estimates prior but Clearwater came in with an honest approach that I knew I could trust and the work was beautiful. A hard working team completed a complete tear-off and install within a day and a half. The customer rep was down to earth, trustworthy and responsive. He was also super flexible in working with my timeline which was key. I can't speak highly enough.

I had new windows installed. I can now look out the living room window without the middle beam dividing it in two separate windows. It took longer as the big window was damaged and had to be reordered. The windows look really nice.

This company is awesome!!! Kelly was so fantastic to work with. I didn't know much about LVP flooring and he was sooo helpful. He replaced my old beat up aluminum floors with beautiful LVP flooring. I own a business and his handy work made my bathrooms look more elegant and beautiful! He also fixed the handicapped ramps that went into my bathrooms. Brandy was also very helpful with billing. I would definitely recommend this company! Excellent customer service and all around nice people to work with.

Our upstairs was considerably hotter than our downstairs this year and at first I didn't know why. After speaking with Clearwater we began to suspect the attic fan, so I asked them to come and evaluate the situation. I was not looking forward to replacing an attic fan because I have an old tile roof and I know there is the potential to break tiles and not be able to find matching replacements. Fortunately, when Kelly came, he found that it was just a problematic thermostat on the attic fan and after adjusting, it works great! Clearwater definitely saved me a lot of money by quickly and properly diagnosing the problem! I highly recommend them!

These guys are absolutely top notch! I was very impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, and expertise. They exceeded our expectations. We asked them to build a custom wood fence in our backyard and it turned out better than expected with no surprises. They did excellent work for a great value and they got the job done in no time! 5-Star Contractors are hard to find these days. Clearwater was responsive, provided an easy to understand bid, took the time to educated me and my wife, and more importantly they followed through from start to finish with high quality workmanship. We plan to call on them again for future repairs and renovation.

After moving into a new home, we discovered we had water dripping inside near one of the windows. ClearWater responded to our call right away and was quick to come out for a site visit. They provided a fair, thorough quote within 24 AND returned to do the repairs in short order. Plus, they left our property tidy over the days they completed the work. Tons of rain since they completed the roofing repairs in 3 areas and not a drip or overflow in sight.
