From the time Charlie came into my house to demonstrate the windows, I knew I would be choosing Clear Choice. Charlie was informative and not pushy at all. None of the typical “sales games” just upfront and honest communication. When installation day came, Joe and his crew were top notch. Joe explained the process from beginning to end and answered any questions that I had. A great experience from start to finish. We had 4 windows replaced and from the estimate to the installation Clear choice was a pleasure to work with. The salesman was not pushy at all and they were by far the most affordable. The installation was smooth and fast. The guys cleaned up their mess and were friendly. We will definitely use them again! I am updating my original review to add that we are now having issues with two of the windows locking. We have contacted the. Multiple times and they have come out twice and said they will get back to us when they know how to fix the issue. It has been weeks and we have heard nothing.

They put up seamless gutters at my house. The only reason I’m giving them four stars is because there were some mess ups but they fixed them. They did have to come back twice but if you know anything about construction, you understand that you have to hire new people and the only way they get really good is from experience, so I just think the crew that was out here might not have been very experienced, but they have to start somewhere, bottom line they fixed everything and the job looks great, so I will definitely call them back if I need anything that I can’t do myself also, Lisa was on top of it when I called to let them know what was done wrong, she was awesome, enjoyed dealing with her

Salesman was professional and down to earth. They had my old roof removed and new roof installed in one day.

We have used Clear Choice for two separate projects so far; an entire re-roofing project and complete window and sliding door replacement project. The team was fantastic to work with, and everyone I dealt with personally was highly knowledgeable, passionate about their work, polite and professional. When they gave us a timeline they stuck to it, unless an emergency prevented them from doing so, and they kept up with communications if there was ever a delay or a change of plan for the day. They never left us in a situation where the house was exposed to the elements and they did an excellent job on cleanup of both projects.

I am also extremely happy with how they handled things outside of the project. We had a slight accident where a delivery truck broke a section of our sidewalk and they immediately took responsibility and took care of getting that section fixed.

They are an amazing company filled with incredible people who are extremely talented, knowledgeable and passionate about their job and it shows in the end results. We will definitely be coming back for other projects in the future!

Our experience with Clear Choice was great! We had 3 large bay windows replaced and their prices were much more reasonable than the big name brand companies. Their customer service is phenomenal! Super easy to get ahold of and scheduling the installs was a breeze. The installation crews were professional and polite. They cleaned up the work area very well, making sure to leave nothing behind for our small kids to get ahold of. We will definitely use them again for any future window replacements!

I've used these guys on multiple occasions now and both times they were kind, professional, and thir work was top notch. First they replaced the windows in our home and their metal trim work is on point. No one realizes how difficult it is to make metal window trim perfect. And theirs is. I also just had them out a roof on our addition. Once again perfect work and professionalism on point. They even took the time to close the dog gate in the back yard.... Mind you they weren't the ones that left it open. I did. Job sight was clean and the shingles were perfectly straight.

The roof looks great, have already gotten a lot of compliments on it. The roofers did an excellent job cleaning up around the house and were careful not to damage any plants or bushes.

I had Clear Choice remove and install a new roof, new roof vents, and remove the old chimney.
I also had them remove and install new gutters around my porch with new down spouts. They wrapped the gables (3) with aluminum and put in new soffit and fascia. They did a great job and I had no problems at all. I didn't get the roofers names but did get the metal workers names. They are Cody, Joe, and 2 of them are named Anthony. Yes, I would hire them again.
In the past I have replaced all my windows in my house and Clear Choice is the right choice. There workers are nice to talk to, work hard, did the job fast, and cleaned up their mess. Thank-you.

I was initially happy with the clean, seamless appearance of the new gutters on my overall home appearance. But, being short, I did not "see" the whole job, done, to put gutters on my home. They were prompt, polite, and on task. My realtor, however, told me the way they secured my gutters has taken off value and curb appeal of my house. Instead of taking time to secure the straps UNDER the shingles, they were tacked down on top of them. She said it looks like a truck of "nonprofessional contractors " drove in on a truck, did a job, and drove back "down home" counting their cash. On my brick house, with brown roof, the 16 silver straps across the front of the house, (and two other sides) looks like a " a mouth full of shinyey, metal braces". So, not classy, and detracts from the warm and initial presentation, that the gutters could have contributed to the appeal of the home. Driving through surrounding towns & county side, I have obsessively looked for, and do not see, this "unsightly" process on other homes. I called the company, sent a picture, and got no response. My realtor told me, they would not have allowed this process to be done on their own houses. djmc

Clear choice replaced a rubber roof on our enclosed back porch. Their installers are the most professional for rubber roofs in our area.

We observed their thoroughness in each step of the roofing, each person doing his particular task as the day went by, and accomplished the job in a timely way. They went above and beyond to help us. They were very thorough about keeping ahead to leave no material behind. We are very satisfied, and plan to use their services when needed in the future.

I had a very excellent experience with clear choice exteriors in our of fostoria. Everybody from the salesman to the installers were fantastic everybody answered any questions I had everybody was great. Fair price for windows. Cody Adam and Charles were my installers and they were fantastic they got the job! They cleaned up after themselves, left no mess behind, And we're very professional! Jocelyn made ordering so easy. She took the time to explain the different levels of windows. The windows arrived within the time frame promised. Our installers Cody and Eli were wonderful. They cleaned up after the job was completed and took me out to look at the outside of the windows.
They also explained how the made the new windows air tight from the outside and showed me the proper way to tilt them in for cleaning. I have already noticed a huge difference with no drafts. Thank you for a job well done.

I had Clear Choice Exteriors replace all 16 windows in my home. The entire process was flawless from start to finish. Justin, the sales consultant, expertly navigated me through the process of selecting the perfect windows.

Karen, the office manager, was very helpful coordinating every step. The staff members who came to get exact measurements were courteous and efficient. The wait to receive the custom-made windows was very reasonable considering the current challenges facing the American supply chain.

As excited as I was for my new windows to be installed, I had reservations about how disruptive having a crew in the house could be because I work from home. I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the installation went. Cody, Eli, and Anthony were true professionals and went out of their way to accommodate my space and timing needs. They were truly a joy to have in my home.

The work was done professionally. Time wise it was a little longer than projected, but was understandable because of the custom made doors, Covid 19 backlogging supplies and deliveries of custom made products. Overall, we are very pleased with the work and the financing offered.

So pleased with the great job done on replacing our gutters. From the time we called them which was probably two and a half weeks later they had torn off the old shingles off a two-story house replaced all the shingles, installed 2 new sky lights, along with couple pieces of new plywood which was bad very professional job done, they did alot of work in 2 days, we are very happy with the job they did

Everyone from Clear Choice was extremely helpful and nice! When we were searching for a window installer, we got three different quotes and ended up going with Clear Choice because of their people and the quality of the windows themselves. We were also on a strict timeline for getting the windows installed and Clear Choice was very responsive when I had questions and was on time.

When we go to install windows in the other half of the house, we will be using Clear Choice!

From sales to installation everyone was professional. Work was done quickly from start to clean up. Finish work on our patio door both inside and out was outstanding.

If I could give a negative 5 star I would. The experience with Clear Choice out of Fostoria has been horrible!! to say the least! I had a 5 star review to begin with. But after the workmanship. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. I had a shingle roof replaced by their flat roof employees. Who repeatedly said they do not work on asphalt roofs with a pitch that require shingles. They were also required to replace my siding during said quote and payment. The roof leaked a hundred times worse THAN ever before. They came back several times, but did not fix the problem. There was water actually pouring into my kitchen the next season!!! After many calls emails texts (which the owner totally refused to respond to speak to me upon many requests) sent his crew to fix what they were not qualified for. I had to hire another company to fix their f ups left and right. Example not putting NAILS into my j-channel of my siding on my siding!!! but put 2 gobs of caulk!? Duct tape to fix pouring water on my fire walls they wrapped! Then promised to fix my finished kitchen ceiling from the damage they did! Not done yet with the management sure never will be. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE TO SUE THEM!!

The customer service with Clear Choice was great! Those in the office and the sales rep were friendly and helpful, not pushy. They installed 10 windows in two days. Clean-up from the project could have been better. Other than that they were a pleasure to work with!

From first contact to our box of delicious chocolate chip mini-cookies and $500 discount card on a future purchase, Clear Choice delivered first-class service. The installers arrived on time, did a great job, and left no trace that they had been there except for our new windows. The company believes that communicating with customers is vital, and was prompt in answering our questions. The sales representative was happy to help us, but not pushy. The windows were of great for the price. All in all, I wish more companies were like Clear Choice.

We were asked by Ethan, the owner to post a review of their work on our windows. I have been putting this off due to the series of events that had happened the day of installation. We have used this company before when they replaced our roof 5 years ago. We thought we would use a local business and support them. Because that is what we do. The roof old roof was taken off and the new roof was completed all in one day. Perfect! Right? Not so much. Two days after the roof was replaced, (mind you we just bought this house not 6 months prior and installed all new HVAC and appliances) our roof leaked so bad over our band new furnace you would have thought we didn't have anything covering our home. We are not talking a little trickle. We are talking rivers and puddles of water running directly into our furnace. We called the company and they sent out the same guy who was in charge of putting on the roof in the first place. We found out he FORGOT to seal the roof around our chimney. It could have been worse, but it was fixed and luckily no further damage to furnace. Fast forward 5 years...We needed new windows. The original windows were at least 30-35 years old and were getting drafty. We met with the "Salesman" Paul, got our quote and he took measurements to send to the factory to make our windows. Perfect! While he was measuring our windows he made snide remarks about our housekeeping skills. Mind you, we have two dogs, I work full time and run two businesses. My house needed a good dusting and sweeping. I get that. But for a "PROFESSIONAL" (cough cough) to come into my house and tell me how to live....that was strike #1. We sat down and told him what we wanted, how we wanted it and he made a list. Replace all the windows, fix the drip pan under the French doors off the dining room and replace any damaged wood framing and underlayment and fix the leak in the garage roof (not in the original roof replacement). We were told by said Salesman, this would be completed in one day! PERFECT! Simple and easy instructions, right? WRONG!!! Strike #2. Fast forward to the day of installation. The truck and trailer pulled into our drive and two guys hop out. I was a little confused but what do I know about window replacement. (I know more than what you think I do) I walked out and spoke with these two workmen and said, "Ok, before you start, I want to make sure you have everything that is supposed to be completed." They listened as I checked off the boxes. I could see, not only confusion but also an undeniable look on their faces that words cannot describe. They looked at me and told me none of the extras were on the work order and one of the men had to leave early. So I called the company, asked for the salesman, Paul. I told him what was going on and he stated he would call me back. Needless to say, I NEVER got a phone call back. This was at 9:15am on a Friday morning. I had went back to work and at noon went to lunch. STILL no phone call. I called the company again and spoke with a very nice young lady who told me the owner of the company was at his home staining and sealing the inside trim for my windows and Paul was nowhere to be found. Needless to say, I was very upset with this and used some very colorful phrases. I went back to work still fuming when not an hour later I see another truck with a trailer, two other men and the "Salesman" pull into my drive. At this point I cannot leave my work (I work remotely) and was needed to do my job. I finished the workday and walked out to confront the salesman who was trying to clean up a mess by the living room bay windows. I was so miffed I couldn't speak to him. Finally, after about an hour we spoke, and he told me he had to pull two other men from another job to finish this one and that he had to pay their overtime because they had to work on a Saturday. Who's fault is that?!! Clearly yours. Strike #3. In a nutshell, things were missed being completed. Will we use them again? NOPE! Go somewhere else folk. See photos below

They did a phenomenal job, and were great to work with! They are professional, prompt, and answered any questions we had along the way. We highly recommend them for your next project!
