Today I had my house power washed. It looks brand new! Daniel was my technician who did an outstanding, professional job. He took care to walk around property & secure or remove anything that would be adversely harmed, he also taped off outside outlets before he began the job. When finished, he put everything back in place & asked me if I was happy with his work. I highly recommend Dan and Cleanmax exterior for outside maintenance of your property.

With cold weather on the way, it was time to get a few quotations in regards to washing the mold and mildew off of the north side of my home. I gave Dan a call and he provided me with a price right over the phone. Dan had assured me that he could perform the wash the same day, which I was very appreciative of, since the weather was 62 degrees and next day forecast was for a high of 43 degrees. Quite the temperature swing. Dan arrived at my home promptly, within 45 minutes from the time I gave him the go ahead. He was very thorough, explaining the steps he would perform to remove the ugly mold and mildew from the exterior. Let me say that he did an excellent job! Even with a somewhat windy day, he was able to reach 3 1/2 stories up. He was kind enough to ask my wife to remove some clothing on the close-line so any over-spray would not get on the clothes. He was great. My two next-door neighbors were so impressed with his work they walked over to my house and they asked Dan if they could get some power-washing done while he was here. He gladly gave them a fair price and he finished up with me and started the cleaning process on their homes as well. Dan is very professional, very polite, and well mannered. Not a cuss word out of him. I will definitely be calling him again in the near future. Very good experience. He answered all my questions. Dan did a great job pressure washing our house! I really was surprised at how clean he got everything. I have a very good pressure washer (4300psi 4.3gpm) and I didn't get it this clean a couple years ago! He was also very fast.
