We have a large property being renovated and had some very specific cleaning concerns. Further, we had particular cleaning supply requirements, odd timeframes that needed to be worked within and active renovation going on all over the property (both inside and out). Andy and Mandy were very accommodating to all these complications, and worked with us to address all of our needs (both in the planning phase leading up to the clean as well as the day of). They went above and beyond to handle every last detail, and made absolutely sure that all of our needs were met. We were very pleased, would not hesitate to work with them again and highly recommend them.

I called these folks because they were local. Unlike other cleaning companies that will get back with you before I could check my phone after the inquiry Andy and his wife had emailed a precise and clear estimate. Fast forward a few weeks and they just finished our building that was a disaster. Took them a little longer than anticipated which was communicated and would be slightly over budget. Again, spot on with their numbers in the original quote. Sent me what to purchase for a seamless job and completed everything plus more than what we discussed. Already on schedule for some more organizing and a deep clean next week! These are great folks and a local family owned option for the typical busy house hold need. Wow! Extremely professional, thorough cleaning with extra care taken with our antique wood floors. They even offered advice on mold remediation in one of our bathrooms. We requested a deep cleaning and were so impressed by their work that we knew we couldn’t live without having them come back! We have purchased a monthly membership to their services. The perceived value of our house has literally increased with the help of this business. We are very grateful to have found them and recommend them to commercial businesses and homeowners alike.

Andy got our new house all cleaned from the construction process and it felt so good to walk in and see it shine. Cleaning with a Meaning LLC pressure washed our garage yesterday and they did a fantastic job! We are going to have them come back and clean our patio next. They were quick, cleaned up behind themselves and the siding looks great! I have already had a neighbor text me to ask who we had do it because they need some pressure washing done. Cleaning With A Meaning did an excellent job deep cleaning and removing junk from my dad's house to get it ready to sell. I was so impressed with them that I hired them for additional repairs on the house. Their communication is excellent -- which is essential, since I'm managing this project from out of state. I was present for the first job they did (the deep clean). For the repairs -- which are happening now -- they are sending me photos and videos. It gives me peace of mind to know what's going on, since I can't be there in person for this second phase. Andy and Mandy are trustworthy and their rates are fair. I will continue to recommend them to anyone in the Asheboro, NC area!

The best feeling is coming home to a clean house (especially after an out of town trip)! We had our house deep cleaned and I am very happy with the results. We have 2 dogs (a border collie mix and German shepherd), so there’s lots of dog hair and dirty paw prints on the floor. I was very impressed with the job they did and would certainly use this company again in the future!

Had a wonderful experience with this company. Both Mandy and Andy are very friendly people, and they are both clearly passionate about what they do, and are very focused on customer service. We engaged Cleaning with a Meaning to help us with some badly neglected gutters on our house.

We bought the house last year, and after tackling various other home repairs, we were finally able to turn our attention toward the antique, copper gutter that was on our home. It had been badly neglected and in addition to being clogged, it was coming away from the wood of the house and the downspouts were coming loose as well.

Andy spotted all this, made his recommendation, we agreed on a price and scheduled the work. As promised, Andy showed up when we had scheduled and made all the repairs exactly as agreed. He worked steadily the entire time he was here, was very conscientious to clean up (including being understanding about taking off his shoes when coming through our home to reach the rear gutter), which is something we've found is rare among a lot of contractors in this area.

And on top of all that, they're both just wonderfully friendly people, which is just icing on the cake. They are absolutely one of the better contractors we've used, and I anticipate using them regularly to help us in maintaining and improving our home.

I have them come back every two weeks the shower door from the hard water where I’m at was bad he treated it and now the water just runs off and doesn’t stain the glass. Thank you very much. It would be a waste of time and money to even look elsewhere, let alone consider someone else. Their attention to detail and pride in the end results cannot be replicated, rather emulated at likely a higher price with lower quality. Growing up with parents in real estate clean outs were a very normal thing so I have honest and personal experience with this since I was 9. I can’t count how many times we’d have to clean more or have entire rooms done again after another company did the job. Being veteran owned and ran fives me solace in my decisions to hire and never even look after their work. These pictures are not my own home lol!!!

Company came out to clean the gutters on a house for me. Andy was very professional and courteous. He not only cleaned the gutters, removed the debris that came from the gutters but also left the yard much cleaner than he found it. He's a Navy veteran providing a great service. I called just before lunch and by 4:00 pm the large quantity of junk was gone from my property. This would have taken me several days and at least 7 or 8 pick up truck loads.
