Zero stars. The fact that practically nothing was cleaned, the first time, and the second time they went back and how the owner handled herself was all shameful. The cost was outrageous for zero work. Tried to come to some resolution, and no response. Offered to give some money back, but wouldn’t send it until the reviews on Facebook and Google were removed. When we told her no deal, the reviews stay because we stated nothing but the absolute truth, she stopped responding. She has dragged this whole situation out way longer than necessary, and court is probably the next step. It’s about the principle of it now. Owning up to something as an owner, recognizing the problem, and trying to make it right should be the first thing you do. Which would also make you look professional and not like a scam artist.

Now I am spending all of my spare time doing the job you were paid to do. Paid to do because we didn’t have the time to do it. My kid is sad and mad that she barely sees me, it’s affecting all areas of my life. So not only is my mother in law out ALOT of money, I am physically and emotionally exhausting myself and my family.

If you did want to clean the house to begin with, you shouldn’t have taken the job.

I suggest you take a step back and look at all of this as a whole. Re-read your messages with my mother in law, I have. Your arrogance sings through every line. Until someone tells the truth on the internet. Then you pop up for a convo hoping to shut us up. Then try to bribe her with her own money, and not even 3/4 of it. You are blocking any of us that try to get the truth out there. I, personally just don’t want someone else to go through this experience. It’s been horrid.

I hope you at-least grow from this, and not try to bully people to back down.

We hired them to clean a house that has been vacant for a while. Did not do basic dusting and cobweb removal. Charged $1650 for a house under 1200 square foot. Pictures speak for them selves
Owner showed up and inspected the house their selves and claimed this is the job they were hired to do.
They are scammers, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

I have had the Clean Up Group washing my windows for years. They do an excellent job and are always professional and pleasant. I highly recommend them!
