My experience with them is after a car went through my 80 year old grandparents house they told my grandparents they would take care of everything and not to worry. That was a year and half ago. The current status is the garage they built has holes in the walls and ceilings. Plumbing is on the wrong sides of the walls, they left concrete cinder blocks on the grass, and majority is unfinished. They don’t even have the decency to call our family back. Take your business elsewhere unless you want to pay them and do the work yourself. I do not know how they conduct business or how they can sleep at night knowing that is how they treated the elderly. Deplorable.

Clean Care is amazing! I’ve used them for basement flooding and severe mold damage (separate incidents). They came in and handled the projects start to finish, updating me every step of the way. Everything was completed quickly and was very reasonably priced. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. They made the uneasy burden of damage to my home a seamless process to repair. Highly recommend!

From the very first moment of our fire, clean care has been there. Nick was our introduction to clean care, his father should be extremely proud of this young man. The help and guidance we have received from Ernie and Nick of clean care goes way beyond the fire. They make you feel like they care and want to help you, and they do!! I feel what I wrote here is not enough to convey the feelings I have. If ever you have a disaster call clean care, you won't be sorry❤️

Clean Care responded to a sewer flood in our home and Nick Pullano and his crew spent hours removing the water late into the night. Over the next few months Clean Care completely redid four basement rooms in a timely and competent manner. All of their contractors were responsible, professional and did excellent work. Our furniture that was salvageable was taken to storage and returned in excellent condition. Nick was responsive to all our questions and requests and did an excellent job managing the entire project. We were obviously stressed with the situation and his positive communication alleviated some of that stress. We highly recommend Clean Care of New England.

Clean Care responded right away to our flood. Removed carpet, dehumidified and sanitized the basement. They also painted the basement floor and replaced baseboards. Nick, the manager/ coordinator was very respectful and responsive. An area of improvement would include better communication with the customer regarding the sequence of events.

Nick and the boys did a great job of cleaning up and removing wet carpeting. They left dehumidifiers and fans to insure we were mold free. Would use them again immediately
