PLEASE DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM THEM! I can honestly say that this was one of the BIGGEST mistakes of my life. My home is only a little over a year old and my roof looks 10 years old. It has looked that way since the beginning. Each time a contractor came out they told me that it takes a while for the shingles to lay flat. Not true! My neighbor bought a new mobile home 1 week before me and her roof actually looks new. Right before my 1 warranty was expired someone came out again and due to the weather couldn’t get on the roof. I emailed Vicki again to see if it could still be addressed because the rain wasn’t my fault and was totally ignored. My floor boards are loose and so loud it could wake the neighbors. I have warped shelves that were never corrected and so many other issues. Please save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere!!

Where do I start! I don't recommend this company at all!!! Very pricey and cheap cheap built homes. Our home is literally coming apart and metal roof leaking after just six. Good luck getting them to fix anything. Oh they come out but bandaid the issues. We currently are hiring a lawyer. Walls are coming down all trim is falling down cabinet doors falling off as well as the drawers coming off, door knobs as well as doors falling off! Charged 145,000 for a 10,000 home!!! I'd post pictures if I could!

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I purchased my home from Clayton Homes Hattiesburg in June of 2023. Since my one-year warranty with them has ended it has been nothing but problems! Once the year is up with the dealer, you have to go through this company for warranty related repairs. If you actually want something done you’ll have to get it done yourself. I called in June of 2024 because our sinks are not adhered to the walls anymore and we have a lot of cracks in the ceiling. Debra told me she would put me on the list, but could not tell me when a tech would be able to come out because I am in Mississippi. Fast forward to the last two weeks of August, I have called, left voicemails, and sent an email. As of 9/7/24 I have yet to hear back from anybody. I was calling because our AC is not cooling and the thermostat alerted us it needed to be checked. A very lousy company to say the least! You’re lucky if you even hear from anybody.

the worse experience with this people . we bought a home from them and the plumbing was all messed up then they came and fix it, later on the water heater was messed up and call and the lady ruby i think wanted me to call the water heater manufacturer , expected me to open the water heater and get the serial number . i called and ask for a person above her amd the fixing the issue their products are the worse they dont even deserve 1 star

I bought my home from them and have had trouble getting them to come and finish things they walked away and left. I have called at least 7 times with them telling me they will get it taken care of soon. The last time I called I was informed it has been over a year so they are not responsible for the repairs. When I started calling it was one month after they placed the trailer on my property. They are a lousy company and if you buy from them do not expect any help from them if they leave things undone.

We have a home manufactured here and it's still awful! I'd love to meet the quality inspector and ask him how many days of training did he actually attend! Does no good to complain or even try to get it repaired by them. I'd love a sit down with them and ask them to explain why they do such shoddy work! If they purchased something like this and their home wasn't built correctly, you know they would be upset too, so why do it to others! Just there for a pay check and no pride in their work!

My Aunt had issues since the home was delivered. Exterior walls pulling away from interior walls, trim all messed up, bad caulking everywhere, counter tops and cabinets are damaged, plug in kitchen/ living room and master bath keep throwing breakers at least one every two weeks or when use blow dryer in master bath, gfi plug on outside kept popping so I removed the cover and the plug had water damage, back door only closes when you slam it and have push in to get dead bolt to lock, I’ve personally stuffed steal wool and rat traps and bait throw out the house yet still have them in the house not sure if the 10’’x10’’ hole under the master bath or under the sink in kitchen, master shower doors pop off the track or you can’t open them, one or two windows were missing screens when it arrived, the wall in wash room keeps falling off. There’s a lot issues with this trailer for it just now coming up on it’s one year live in date. Yet Farris mobile home & southern laughs about all the issues She’s having.

I pick up mobile homes from here. I escort mobile homes. We came to pick up today and we are still here over 2 hours later. First it was parked too close and we didn't even try to move it. Then when they came to move it they damaged the roof. We had to wait for them to get to it. It's almost 2pm now. And they are just now getting to it. First thing I have had to complain about

Don't know... I live right across from this place and Google can't tell the difference in 500 yards so hopefully the people that build these houses know the difference between a 16th and 32nd of an inch

If this is the mobile home manufacturing company i would not recommend buying one. Yes they look nice but they are built poorly. Had mine now we bought it new 2 years ago and already have an inner wall coming apart from the outer wall. Have a weak spot in the floor. They just seem to build them as cheap as they can and price an arm and a leg for poorly built junk. Yes they look nice but they are built poor. Our bathtub floor as well feels like it gives. In my opinion this home is poorly built and i would not reccommend this manufactuer to anyone. Stay away go check out clayton or someone else stear clear of this manufacturer. Better yet buy a house they are built way better then Any mobile home if i could do over again i would have bought a house. AGAIN DO NOT BUY MOBILE HOMES FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
