Classic Construction just completed a project at my home, installing Hardie siding and new gutter guards. I can say with confidence that it was a 5-star experience from start to finish.

My standards are often too high, but Classic met them every step of the way. Working with Jordan was fantastic - he listened to what we were looking for and provided solutions that fit that perfectly. His proactive communication throughout the entire project kept us informed and reassured.

Carlos and the installation team were equally impressive. Their workmanship was top-notch, and they treated our home with care and respect.

We had the best experience with Classic Construction and would highly recommend them to anyone interested in renovating their kitchen and/or outdoor space! From start to finish, the team at Classic was super responsive, helped walk us through all of the decisions, and listened and responded to every question (big or small) that we had. They are super professional - provided us with a schedule of all of the moving pieces for our renovation, stick to schedule and let us know any time there were any changes. Brett and Juston were incredible guides in our design process - Mike has been a fantastic manager through every step of the renovation. And Brent, Taylor, Chris, Steve, Pete and the entire team of amazing carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and sub-contractors turned our space into more than we could ever dream of. We used Classic Construction to replace our front porch’s rotting columns and railing. After getting quotes from five different companies, Classic’s quote appeared to be the best value (no games of 10% off if you agree to the quote on the spot; $1-2k under what some companies were trying to charge for the same materials), so we decided to use them. They were able to complete our job within a month of hiring, and the work looked so clean! We were very impressed with the end result

Classic Construction recently completed a complete remodel of our exterior, including the roof, windows, siding, trim, and deck. We began meeting with Mike awhile ago to get an idea of how much our project would cost. After getting quotes from several other companies and a positive review of Classic from a neighbor, we selected them for the job and are so happy with the result. Mike was patient and communicative with us throughout the entire process as we selected each material and talked through how we could update our home with maintenance-free products, yet keep its original character. He made sure to place the order for the windows ahead of time so they arrived on time once the work had begun. From pulling permits to dropping off dumpsters, executing the work, cleaning up, and reviewing the very few items on our punch list at the end, they were fantastic to work with at a fair price. Classic Construction - run by Brian Holder - was start to finish a Godsend. We were completely screwed by a previous contractor mid-renovation. They had barely started framing and closed shop.

Brian and his team were always our first choice but over a year ago they were booked so heavy that we were tempted with a quicker start date. Boy was that a regret.

Fast forward and not only did Classic take on our job, they salvaged what was clearly not a well thought through original plan to still fulfill OUR vision of our dream renovation. They gave us what we dreamt our growing family would need where memories are already forming.

Each corner of their business including Dave, our project manager, and Brett, the consultant leveraged for picking the cabinets, was superb. Brian and Dave had extreme attention to detail and a compassionate heart for those not so savvy at things clearly beneath them (note: wall mounting the tv!)

Why? Because they clearly care. Not just blowing smoke -- it's clear their service and end product matters to them. Today, there are so many ways people cut corners and try and put lipstick on a pig. The fact is, they were fair, transparent, and the value and service was perfectly proportionate to the cost and that's just so rare these days.

I have already referred them personally to friends and family. I have zero concern or doubt those I love would also have a beloved experience. Don't make our mistake; use Classic whether they can fit you in today, or if it takes until tomorrow, they're worth it.

We had Brian and his company screen in our back porch. What I like most about his approach was that it was not a simple job, it involved framing out new doors and installing columns. He took the time to explain prior, why he was doing, what we was doing. The work was fantastic, it looks as if it was part of the original build and not an add on, you could never tell it was done by a separate company that built the house.

Quote was fair and Brian was on site multiple times to make sure the work was going as planned. Will use him for future projects.

We’ve been trying to get our window install finalized since we signed the contract June 3rd. It’s now August 14th!!!!! I email and follow up and don’t get any response. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with the service so far. I have other work to be done on the house that is contingent on the window replacement and it’s been delayed. The only possible date we received for the install was the 21st but we know nothing about the prep, time it will take or even if it’s happening on that date at all because that date was tentatively mentioned a month ago! At this point I just want out of the contract and to move on to someone who is actually going to get the job done!

Mike Paris and his crew are AMAZING! This is the third time we've had them install our windows in our various homes. He takes his time in the consultation, provides excellent service and timely responses, and his crew arrives on time and keeps the job site CLEAN. Even now during COVID when product is delayed and crews are busy, Mike always has time for a call or a text. He also did my mother's decking on a landing and staircase that she is thrilled with. If you need windows, call Mike!

Mike and his crew were professional and attentive throughout the project. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in getting vinyl siding.

We began soliciting bids for a screen porch to replace our existing deck during the summer of 2019. Juston from Classic Construction was one of several people we met with to get proposals. He did not rush through our initial meeting (as others did), taking his time to explain various options and making recommendations based on his experience. We initially thought we could use our existing deck framing as a base for the screen porch; other companies went along with that scenario but Juston said there were too many unknowns with the condition of the structure. He preferred to bid the job including new framing, and his bid was competitive with others that planned to use the existing framing. He was very prompt in getting us the quote, which was more detailed than the majority of the bids we received. When we had questions regarding the quote he offered to come back for another in person meeting, bringing samples of all of the materials he proposed. We delayed our decision for several months, but ultimately our experience with Juston, coupled with the many positive reviews we read regarding Classic, led us to award them the job.

Our job was assigned to Brent and his crew, who are extremely skilled and professional. We were impressed with their daily progress; they completed the job in ten work days. They arrived each morning around 8:00 AM, and worked diligently throughout the day. Brent was patient with my frequent questions, and he offered suggestions that improved the final product. The quality of the workmanship is impeccable, and the materials used (Wolf PVC decking, RDI Endurance Vinyl Railing, Screen Tight screen framing with Bettervue Screen, Provia Screen Door, Velux Skylights) are top notch.

For anyone looking to build a screen porch, we whole-heartedly recommend Classic Construction. From the sales process, through construction to the finished product, we were pleased every step of the way.

We hired Classic Construction to install new vinyl windows. We had previously hired them at our previous residence. We are very pleased with the quality of the windows, the expertise of the project manager, competitive pricing and craftsmanship. They made sure the windows were properly installed, including a more involved task of converting two sets of side-by-side double-hungs to a slider window. They also helped me get the paperwork necessary for the Columbia Gas WarmWise rebate. I will definitely consider them for the rest of our windows and other projects. Highly recommended.

What a good experience! Juston was great to work with . He gave us a very detailed estimate and took the time to explain everything and make sure we understood it . He was great to work with and took care of us . They found some unexpected damaged and fixed everything promptly at a very fair price.They took care of our home , and it looks amazing! Classic removed my old deck and replaced it with a screened porch and deck. Juston had some great ideas on design. The crew that built the deck were wonderful. I was kept informed of next step, progress, etc., throughout the process and jobsite was always left neat. Cannot say enough about classic. Would definitely use them again.

My front porch wood railing and columns had dry rot and I hired Classic Construction to replace my railing. For longevity, and less maintenance, I chose to have Vinyl Reinforced Railings and Turned Columns installed. I coordinated the job with Juston, he was easy to work with, answered all my questions and he was an excellent representative of his company. The carpenters did a great job installing the railing system and now my porch looks better than before. I would recommend Classic Construction and the services they provide. I moved into a home that was a flip and found out that Classic Construction did the work with Brian as the lead. I had a couple normal post-construction questions and concerns and Brian came out and answered questions and made a couple improvements. Since the home was a flip, I was not the one that hired or paid Classic Construction - they helped me out not out of obligation, rather they went beyond expectations to stand behind their work. I'm impressed! We love the house and the next time we want something done I'll definitely call Classic Construction.

Last year, I had Brian from Classic Construction replace the siding on my whole house. Originally, house had Masonite, which had begun to show signs of water damage in some areas, and was very advanced with water damage in others. He came out to quote during lunch one afternoon, working with me and my schedule, was straight forward about the damage he saw, and worked closely with me to keep cost as low as possible.

I couldn't be happier with the results of his team's work. While replacing the roof on the front porch this past weekend, I got to see some of the details of their handiwork up close, and still came away as impressed as I was from the 50-ft view.

I had classic do my windows in 06 when i moved in. Then had siding in 2011. Very professional work. Just had roof kn Sept. Also a great job. Can't say enough great things about Brian and his team! We had a complete kitchen remodel that involved taking down a load-bearing wall. Brian was very responsive through the whole process, keeping us informed about schedule, process, etc. All of his sub-contractors did great work and we never had any hesitation with folks coming and going. Even as we ran into a couple unforeseen issues (as happens with renovations on older houses) his team was great to work with to find solutions and keep moving forward with minimal impact on price and schedule. We will definitely look to Classic for any future work we do.

In my opinion, there aren't enough stars to rate and praise Classic Construction. We have had the company accomplish three major efforts on our homes. The work has been superb; its employees and staff have been true experts and craftsmen; and each time, the jobs have been accomplished ahead of schedule and below budget. Mark me a very satisfied customer!

Just had our siding replaced. From start to finish it was very smooth and the quality of work is great. Mike Paris was a no pressure sales man who did not take forever and waste our time during the quote phase. The quote was very reasonable and he got back to use quickly. He came by the house each day to check on things and communicated with us about when things would be done and it got deleted me when he said it would!!
The crew was so polite and worked quickly. Frankie was easy to talk to and made me feel listened to when I had concerns or wanted things done a certain way.
Overall it has been the best contracting experience I've had and I've had quite a few!

The Classic Construction guys recently completed a small project of replacing two sets of exterior stairs & stoops in addition to having Richmond railing. The quality of their work was excellent and they completed the work in a timely manner. The entire process from project evaluation, proposal quote and completion was excellent. I would highly recommend Classic Construction and we really appreciate their efforts. Our new sets of stairs and stoops are much more sturdy and attractive than the original sets. Thanks again!

The products used were great and our home does look great. However, the personnel lacked skills in follow through and communication. A project that was projected to take two weeks took four weeks. Their team left trash daily on site and left out back gate open. They lost the original keys to our shed door. When we attempted to rekey it and it didn't take, we were promised a resolution and nothing was followed through upon.

Classic Construction Exteriors just replaced my siding and windows and my home looks brand new! Everything went like clockwork and the folks working for Classic were great. I can't be more pleased with the work they've done.

Classic Construction recently handled an addition to our house, and my wife and I could not be happier with the finished product. We dealt with Brian Holder who is one of the most timely and responsive contractors with which I have worked. I would highly recommend Classic Construction to anyone looking to build or remodel a home.

We used Classic Construction twice - the first and last time! We had Classic Construction build a deck for us after completing some storm damage repairs. Classic had four different crews work on the deck. The framing of the deck fell nine feet, from the ground, onto one of the workers of the first crew, fracturing his ankle and bruising ribs. A second crew came out to assess the damages, detach the deck from the house and to break down the framing of the deck. A third crew came out and built deck. Extremely disappointed with appearance of deck once completed. Following are a lot of the issues, but not all of them. Two top rails were scratched, base of some rail posts hang over the edge of deck boards (making rails crooked), many deck boards were laid uneven, rails move too much, the ends of 19 composite deck boards have the top finish chipped off and several deck boards are scratched. Some camo screws were missing from deck boards that should be screwed into each joist, some camo screws were installed on top edge of deck board instead of on the side and the camo screw holes are uneven and inconsistent. Some deck boards were reused so they had two camo screw holes, instead of one, down both sides of the boards. Plugs were used on parts of the deck where screws were used on top of the boards. The grain on the plugs match the grain on deck boards, but when the plugs were installed they were not installed going with the grain on the deck boards. The kick board on the steps stick out on the side under some of the step boards because they were not laid evenly. Called Scott Jordan, the owner of Classic Construction, to discuss the issues with the deck. I asked him to come out and look at this deck and he refused, stating “I don’t do that!”. He was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me. The crew leader and project manager came out to meet with us to discuss the issues. They said there was nothing wrong with the deck; said we were just nitpicking and looking for something to be wrong with the deck. The crew leader raised his voice at me and was unbelievably rude and insulting. We requested Brent and Brian to build the deck on three separate occasions because they built a neighbors screened porch and deck and did a great job, unlike the crew who built our deck. A fourth crew came out to fix some of the problems but not all. Not at all happy with the end product or with the treatment we received from Classic Construction. We will never recommend Classic Construction to anyone! Would rate zero if I could!

Brian was great to work with. Up front, honest, on time, and gave great advice as to what would be best for the house and our market. Would recommend and use again for future projects.

Classic Construction has been an outstanding company to work with from start to finish. The scoping of the work and estimating for replacing the siding and windows on our home was smooth with all questions and unique elements of our needs, addressed thoroughly.

The work done by Jimmy, Javier and Arturo on our home was true craftsmanship, and superbly done. They took great care on all aspects of the work to ensure a top quality installation.
When met with a surprise plumbing issue, Brian Holder responded quickly to our need, and the project never slowed down.

I recently hired Classic to do renovation work on our front porch. I spoke with several contractors and after seeing samples of the work Brian and his team have done I decided to go with them, and I couldn't be more happy with my decision. As a somewhat recent first time home buyer I have had some less than perfect experiences with some contractors, but Classic impressed me every step of the way. From Chris the carpenter to Steve the electrician, every Classic employee has been friendly, attentive and most importantly - done incredible work. I'm sure my project was small potatoes compared to some of their other jobs but I was never made to feel like anything less than their #1 client. If you're considering hiring Classic - do it. You won't regret it.

Classic recently finished my attic for a family-movie room. I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire process. They came recommended by a neighbor of mine which did their deck. I didnt even get another estimate because they came so highly recommended and I didn't want the process to take months with some random "handyman" doing it on the weekends as a side job.

Brian, the project manager was very professional and would send me an email every night with the schedule for the next day and days after, which I really appreciated. If there was ever an issue he would go over that with me in person, not via email or phone call.

They worked around my young kids sleep schedule, which was an added bonus as well.
