Amazing! Met John through the Nextdoor app. I needed a gazebo built and he replied. I had someone else in mind first but he wasn’t licensed and as a homeowner I felt I needed someone who was licensed. I messaged John Wednesday morning, he came by within an hour to meet and check out the job. He gave us a quote for the job of 2-3 days and could start on Monday. He came out today on time, rare and impressive. We had and extremely windy day with wind gusts up to 50 MPH. He did the job perfectly and effectively. He finished the gazebo in one day. He worked from 7am until 7pm. He kept the work area clean. He was great and I will be using him with whatever needs we may have going into the future.

He came by for a consultation and he passed the vibe check. His pricing was fair and is licensed and insured. When he arrived to do the job he was prompt, efficient, and got the job done sooner than expected. He was friendly and good with our kids and dog. Will definitely use him again in the future for sure.

Reached out to multiple companies for concrete cutting in our basement. When we moved into our home, we discovered half our basement was inaccessible (an addition put on the house and basements were never connected). After not hearing from anyone, I posted on our local town page and Clarity Builder’s reached out. All we were looking for was some doorway to access this section of the basement for storage purposes. In less than a week, this project was set up and completed. After half a year with no responses from all local large companies, to in less than a week this project being completed, we are very pleased with the outcome. Clarity Builders is very responsive, gave us all the details and steps necessary to complete the task, and very professional. I definitely recommend supporting local and small businesses. Those are the ones who are the true hard dedicated workers in today’s society.
