We had our roof replaced and it could not have gone better. CJM was extremely price competitive and they did terrific work from tear off to clean up. Having managed various roofing projects, I had a clear vision of what I wanted to achieve: a single-family residence roof replacement.

**Process:**

**CJM Roofing:**
CJM Roofing sent Matt to inspect our roof and determine the project scope. Unlike other vendors, Matt conducted a thorough inspection by ascending the roof, rather than relying solely on aerial photographs or ground-level observations. He confirmed that a roof replacement was necessary and scheduled a meeting the following day to discuss the project in detail.

**Day 2:**

The crew carefully covered or moved any ground-level objects that could potentially be damaged by falling materials. They then proceeded with the roofing work, demonstrating their expertise and efficiency.

In summary, there were no additional costs incurred. The job was professionally completed within a single day, with the crew working continuously. Their attention to detail was exceptional.
The cleanup process was remarkable. Any items that were moved to protect it was returned to its original location, leaving no trace of it. Notably, there were no nails or other debris left behind.

We called CJM Roofing at our neighbors recommendation. Matt Fleming happened to be available the same day we called. Matt spent well over an hour in our attics and on our roof. One of the CJM crews would be available in 3 weeks for our work. The 5 man crew were polite, respectful and even sometimes singing - good karma! Matt came and checked on their needs and ours a couple times. They worked well after dark getting the bulk of the work done and cleaning up. The crew came back the 2nd day to finish up some flashing, etc that was apparently never done and even did a couple small things that weren't a roofers job. They even made some recommendations of things we need to watch out for in the future as potential issues that were not related to the roof. The cleanup, oh my. The crew went over our lawn, bushes, flower beds as well as our neighbors with magnets getting all the old screws and nails up spending a couple hours and sometimes on their hands and knees. We highly recommend CJM Roofing if you need your roof done.

I'm the type to do extensive research especially when taking on a big project. When CJM Roofing was working on my neighbor's home, I approached Matt from CJM and he immediately came over to assess my gutter project! As the salesperson, he walked around my home then actually hopped on my roof to be accurate. I had several other companies come out for a quote and only one other person got on the roof. Matt was polite and spoke in terms I could easily understand. I have a flat French Mansard roof, which is unique and never had gutters. Matt quickly emailed me a quote and scheduled the work within days!!! His crew over delivered on all my requests in 1 DAY! He came back to make sure I was happy and inspect the gutters. I signed up for the Roof Maintenance Program and Matt has already started the extra services. I am so happy. CMJ is the best choice for roofing and gutters because the quality of the materials and services equally are excellent and the price is right.

Matt Fleming was extremely professional during our project from beginning to completion. He took control of the job, kept us informed, and always communicated in a timely manner. CJM Roofing did a wonderful job on a complete removal and installation of shingles on our house and garage, and their prices are competitive. Jorge saw issues in our house that not directly related to the roof, but needed fixing. It was great to know of the issues and get them fixed by the experts. They don't pressure you. They worked very efficiently. Great company to work with.

CJM was a pleasure to work with. We had a leak in our roof along our brick chimney. They came out immediately to inspect, and next day they were back to fix. Jorge was very kind and explained everything he found and fixed. We would absolutely work with them again.

Jorge went above and beyond on our recent roof replacement. We went from cedar shake to asphalt and Jorge not only answered all my questions regarding the details of the job, but even checked both attic spaces before and after the roof install to ensure everything would be ventilated properly in the attic. He responds quickly to any questions, helped us prolong our gutter life until we can tackle that project later, and sent pictures to show every angle of the work done. Pretty cool to see my new roof from a drone angle above! He was onsite for a portion of both days to make sure everything was on track. He was a pleasure to work with and his crew was skilled and highly professional. With such a big investment in our home, I'm really glad to have found CJM and Jorge!

Very impressed by CJM Roofing. They were extremely responsive. When they realized we could potentially have a roof leak Jorge came out diagnosed the problem and fixed it all in the same day. He explained what needed to be done, fixed it, left the work site very clean and then gave us a rundown on what to look out for as far as a shingle roof deteriorating. So glad we found this company.

Jorge was very very helpful with information on gutter repair vs replacement. We also needed to replace our 23 year old shake roof, so it was helpful to have the work completed simultaneously. Jorge was attentive & responsive with color options for the roof & gutters. The crew got here early, & worked all day to get the job completed in 2 ½ days. They did a thorough job of cleaning up too . I also felt good using a local business that's been around for some time.

CJM Roof Company did a terrific job installing a new asphalt shingle roof on our house. Chris came out on a Saturday exactly at the time he said he would and estimated the job. And with in a couple of weeks we had the new roof installed and they did a terrific job. The roofing crew was quick and efficient and cleaned up everything and the new gutters were done the following day. I could not be more satisfied with this company. It was time to replace the roof on our 2-story, 5000 sq.ft. house. From the moment we sent out requests for estimates to the final installation of chimney caps, CJM Roofing was outstanding to work with. Chris was our first contact and provided the estimate. They responded quickly with an estimate that wasn't the highest or the lowest, but it was comprehensive, easy to understand and highlighted any options we would have. We engage CJM even before the construction season started. They gave us a two week notice for their start date. The arrived early in the morning and had completely torn off the old roof and gutters, and installed the new roofing by 8pm that same day. They were here the next day to finish all of the gutter work. Jorge, the project manager, was out to the house several times for extended periods of time overseeing the quality and professionalism of the crew's work. Not only were they careful of the gardens surrounding the house and quick to clean everything up at the end of the day, but they also did the little things you hope most contractors would do but don't. For example, they installed slightly longer gutter elbows to better distribute the rain from upper roofs onto the lower roofs to spread out the shingle wear. In addition, they saw where one section of gutter splashed on to our cedar siding and added a splash guard to the gutter. Chris came out after everything was complete to inspect the work for himself. Having dealt with dozens of contractors and vendors over the years, I can safely say that CJM Roofing was one of the very few that met and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them for any roofing/gutter job.

I met Chris while looking for roof replacement estimates. Since this is something that one may do once in a lifetime, many prospective customers may not be entirely familiar with the process. Chris stands out by being very knowledgeable and
patient in explaining any questions one may have until everything is clear. There is no such a thing as unanswered questions with Chris. Recently I had to replace a b-vent on the roof. Other HVAC companies were very slow in responding
when it came to having somebody to do the HVAC repair and also go up on a very steep and tall roof to complete the installation. Chris found resources very fast to cover every aspect of this project and completed it successfully.
Frankly, when I have some remodeling project my first thought is to contact Chris.

Chris (owner) was so kind and professional. He explained everything about the job in very detail to ensure there are no surprises. He went above and beyond when I encountered a separate issue with basement related and he came to inspect it for us to put our mind at ease. He was also responsive to every text and phone call. With roofing, CJM used best material in market with best warranty which is transferrable within all competitive price. The CJM crew that did the roofing job were so polite, hard workers, and thorough. I watched them pick up each screw one by one after the cleanup and stood around for a while to ensure no debris was left behind (on the lawn, driveway, and the gutters). I would HIGHLY recommend CJM to anyone, you will not regret their business.

Great experience! The process was everything you could ask for in a remodeling project — efficient crew, reasonably priced, everything cleaned up, and a great finished product. Quite frankly, I wish I had more roofs that need re-roofing.
