I contracted with CJE for trim and soffit board replacement, trim paint work and small gutter replacement on my home. Christina Fronner, project manager, was very helpful in developing scope for project and provided excellent recommendations on trim board materials. I found Christina to be very knowledgable and helpful throughout entire process. Sean Kirpatrick, project site manager, kept me informed of work progress and resolved all issues/concerns that I had. CJE is easy to work with and documented entire project from start to finish through an app where all project pictures, document and correspondence is stored. Thanks CJE for great job.

Can't say enough positive comments about CJE Restoration and their employees. We experienced a hail storm that damaged the roof, gutters, downspouts, fascia, skylights and siding on our home. Josh and his team repaired all components with amazing high quality, they were GREAT to work with. As an update, we needed a small part of the fascia repaired due to high winds in our area, no fault of CJE. But they quickly came back and handled business. Sean at CJE was great to work with, professional and promptly communicates with you when they will be on site.

CJE is incredibly responsive and provides the highest quality customer service. I own an old home in German Village and it can be hard to find someone familiar with the commission approval process and the intricacies of renovating historic homes. CJE made the entire process as painless as possible for me and they were worth every penny. Any concern I brought up about the project received a response within an hour (if not within minutes) of me reaching out and it was obvious to me that they really care about the quality of their work. CJE recently completed a residential project for us. This included replacing the siding, windows, doors, and gutters on a historical property in Italian Village. The transformation is beautiful, exactly what we wanted! The whole team was great to work with.

We worked with CJE for our home siding project. We found them to be reasonably priced (we had a few bids) and their work was quality the entire process. They use an app to track payments and project progress, so it was very transparent and organized. I never once felt like they were taking advantage or cutting corners. We are extremely impressed overall and would recommend them to anyone looking to do a remodeling project.

Our house suffered severe damage due to a tree falling through our dwelling. CJE's staff and crews we're quick and professional throughout the entire rebuild/remodel project. Our house looks amazing and the crews were extremely professional throughout the entire project.

Sean and the CJE team did a wonderful job replacing and restoring the siding of our historic German Village home. The entire team communicated well and identified & fixed new issues found during the project. And Marty was particularly attentive to project details and followed up until he was sure we were happy. Shortly after moving into our new house we realized that the roof was in awful condition. Several spots had bad decking that needed to be replaced, but we also had really awful ventilation in the attic which made it extremely hot up there. While talking to various other companies almost all of them told me I was wrong about the ventilation, that they didn't want to replace all the decking, and whatever else - they never actually cared about what I wanted. CJE is the only ones who took what I wanted and made it happen. They added intake vents to the front and back of the house, they replaced all of the decking, and the roof now looks amazing. The day after the roof was completed they installed new gutters and our house has never looked better.

From the initial consults to the installation, we have been happy with the service we have received. The house probably hasn't looked this good in 50 years.

I had such a wonderful experience with Sean from CJE. As a more recent owner of an older home, I wanted to have a professional inspect our siding to make sure we had no leaking, etc. Sean was on time (even a little early), gave a detailed inspection and was very knowledgeable. Josh and the team did an excellent job replacing all of exterior window and door trim, fascia, and soffits. Beyond the great work by the crew, Josh and his team provided excellent customer service and are really like partners in the process that care about the long term quality of materials and craftsmanship versus just getting the job done. I dealt with Richie Wilson who came to my house and inspected my roof as there was a shingle on my front lawn so I thought it may be mine.

Richie came on time for the 10:30 appointment and did a thorough inspection of my roof with photographs and a video which he texted me all this.

He actually had the honesty to tell me that nothing was wrong with my roof! The honesty he displayed should commended because a lot of places try to find things to fix or repair when it really doesn’t need it.

No surprise this company has nothing but 5 star reviews! I called in and was greeted by a very helpful Sandie who got me scheduled, shortly after I got a call from Derek who told me he could be on site the same day and instead of giving me the run around he showed up and preformed the repair at that time. I was very impressed and cant thank them enough.

Derek was extremely knowlegable and helpful with the damage to the siding on my house. If you want siding done right look no further.

Talk about professional, wow! Tom and team took my roofing concern at my home very seriously. I have never had a contractor show up in less than an hour, perform the work, and get it done (right the first time). He also offered multiple solutions to get it fixed if their solution did not work. I work in the industry and have never had a contractor be so vigilant and take my issues/concerns so seriously. Josh and team did a great job replacing the board and batten on our house. Josh has a great attention to detail and visited several times to study the project to ensure he made the best recommendation. It inspired confidence CJE would be the right choice. The work was done on time and we’re very happy with the results. Broom swept worksite at the end of every day was a nice touch.

CJE Restoration has saved me twice now. When a pipe came loose from our roof and fell through our ceiling, they were out within the hour to repair the hole in our roof.

I recently called them for a roof inspection, Dave was able to squeeze me in the following day. I appreciate and value CJE Restoration's opinion and when it comes to any repairs or new roofs, I won't go anywhere else. I can't recommend them enough.

We were extremely happy with the work they did for us. They were very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. The courteous and very large crew showed up at 7am and were done by 3:00 pm with the whole job. They were very diligent about keeping the area clean during the job and completely cleaned up everything before they left. Definitely recommend them.

I had an AWESOME experience with CJE Restoration. I found this company specifically through Google Reviews and was impressed, so my husband and I gave them a shot. We originally wanted a quote to replace exterior trim boards, but Sean admitted honestly that we should go with a painting company because the wood repairs weren't going to be that much work. However, he also asked about our roof that was over 10 years old and mentioned it would probably need to be replaced within the next couple of years, especially if we wanted to sell our house. I was blown away by Sean's honesty and the fact that he wasn't trying to sell us anything. And he was willing to climb on the roof! So, we decided to end up replacing our roof and the whole experience was very smooth! Sean and Derek were onsite early for the delivery of the supplies and came back once during installment to make sure everything was as it should be. The roof was entirely replaced in 6 hours! We would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the Columbus area. They were very professional, sincere, and it didn't feel like they over priced anything.

Excellent company!!! I worked with Derek Cox from start to finish on my roof and gutter replacement. Detailed quote, lots of information, answered ALL of my questions, quick response, and prompt scheduling! Derek even climbed up on the roof with display boards so my wife could see a few different shingle options from the roof. I hired CJE to get a new roof, as well as my gutter replaced. The cost for the roof comes to $14760. They are very responsive and professional. Since I am concerned by the leakage, they even scheduled the replacement to be done within a week. They also helped replace any rotten deck wood (previous owner did some weird thing that leave moisture in the attic). They charge by square feet for deck replacement, which makes sense since I want them to replace as many as needed! They flash all chimney really well, and clean/renail all gutters. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in the Columbus, OH area.

I live in Olde Towne East and have an old slate roof. I’ve had people patch it in the past, because I cannot afford a new slate roof. We had been dealing with a leak coming into our living room. We had plenty of people out to help us, some didn’t want to try to figure it out and some just assumed it was the roof and that we needed a new roof. Josh took the time (multiple visits) to figure out the source of the leak. He tried multiple things before finding the source. We don’t need a roof yet and he solved our current issue but guess who is the only person I will call. Do yourself a favor and call Josh for anything you need.
