Cisneros Roofing

I've used Cisneros Roofing for 5+ years on our 50 year old slate roof. I've found Mr. Cisneros to be very fair and balanced and he takes pride in his work. I recommend him to all of my neighbors.

Hard working. Great value. They found and fixed everything that was going wrong on my 65 year old roof, put the new roof on, and took proper precautions in the extreme heat. I also want to say that they cleaned up so well that I could not find a single nail or shingle or piece of plastic on the ground.

Sergio and his crew did an outstanding job and we couldn't be happier with the results. Having worked in the construction industry, I can confidently say they exceed an A rating when it came to communication, timeline, quality of work and crew demeanor. Sergio came out the next day after we contacted him, took his time to measure and evaluate our roof, and gave us an extremely competitive quote on the spot. Two weeks later his guys were there as promised and took great care to not damage our garden and keep our dogs safely in the backyard as they removed the roof. They worked from 7 am to 7 pm every day and took care to clean up as they went, and coordinated with our plumber who had to move vent pipes. We couldn't be happier with our new roof and the process start to finish.

I am ex roofer, a 24-year veteran home inspector and have published several articles on roof inspection. I have inspected Cisneros Roofing work countless times and always found their work to be good. However, I wanted to share that recently they were called to a home that had what appeared to be a roof leak but they were impressively honest and told the home-owner it was not a roof related issue. I was called to come evaluate and I performed water hose leak testing and found that a window was causing the leak. Cisneros could have easily sold my client a new roof but didn't! I was very impressed with that honesty and it says a lot about the owner of the company! By the way, I have referred Cisneros to numerous friends and family in the past and I am cautiously about who I recommend! The owner is a good man!

Called about a leak and they were out the next day. Simple fix and roof is good to go for many more years. Thank you!

Sergio worked with us previously to repair leaks with some skylights that had been incompetently installed by another contractor. We then had him do our whole roof. His price was extremely competitive, they scheduled and showed up a few days after we signed the contract and completed the job in 2 1/2 days. They worked from dawn to dusk and did an excellent job of cleanup.

Great customer service, replaced the roof on two houses and two sheds, they did a very high quality job and their team was very professional! Thank you!

Friendly staff, estimator wasprompt, wore a mask and was able to quickly diagnose for the quote. Repair was done quickly with no mess in the yard, at a reasonable price.

Contract was signed on August 3rd and they scheduled us for the 10th if they weren't backed up from the hurricane. I understand, it rained a lot that week but we didn't hear from them AT ALL. No one called once. We called them on the 24th, 25th and 31st with no answer. They finally called back on the 31st saying they were dropping off the materials on September 2nd and they would do the roof on the 3rd. They did deliver the materials on the 2nd but they did not show up on the 3rd even though there were clear skies and we were never contacted about them not coming or why they weren't coming. They finally did the roof on the 4th. When they were done, 13 hours later, they left our backporch covered in debris (which I had to clean up) and they split (it looks like they cut straight through it) our front gutter. We then noticed that they didn't do what they were supposed to on our backporch. They show up September 10, completely unannounced and undo what they did wrong and fix it. The lack of communication and lack of taking responsibility is what turns me off from ever recommending them or using them in the future. I'm not sure if they are a small business but there has to be someone that can call and give us a heads up along the way or call and apologize for the damage/debris left behind. I have pictures of both the debris and split/cut gutter.

The time line was a little long to get them here but it was well worth the wait. These guys did a great job!! Cleaned up after themselves and didn't even trample down the flowers in the flowerbed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! They went well beyond my expectations!

The crew did a great job with the new roof in Williamsburg. They were all professional, and did a thorough job. They cleaned up like no other contractor we've worked with had ever done previously too. I would highly recommend them. They took their time and ensured the job was done correctly. They were a great team.

Not a customer - came home from work and found these jokers had plugged their power tools into MY DETACHED HOUSE to work on my neighbor's roof ALL DAY - who does that?! When I confronted the workers, they KNEW they had done something wrong, so they made a conscious decision to cut corners - is this who YOU want repairing your roof???
