Luke responded to my text within minutes and came over to see the job and give an estimate the same day, which was great as we were selling our home and had an open house planned for the same weekend. He game me some options and explained the situation clearly so I understood what was needed. He completed the job that week and our house was ready for showings. Really grateful for his help. His rate was very reasonable and the work was completed just as we discussed. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Cirka Construction is amazing. We presented an idea for our garage and Luke worked with us and built it better than we could imagine. In addition, he coordinated the new roof on the house, the repointing of our chimney, a pad for the propane tanks to sit on, the expansion and paving of our driveway, and now the updating of our back deck. When we move to the inside of the house we will continue to work with Luke and Cirka Construction.

I highly recommend the work of Luke Cirka! We needed two remodel projects this summer and he did not disappoint. Our master bathroom (shower) was in disrepair and our outside deck was nearly rotting away. Luke provided a very fair quote for both projects and never overcharged us.

For our bathroom renovation, Luke worked solo, arriving on time every day and putting in long hours until his tasks were complete. His work was meticulous, respecting our space at home by making all cuts outside and keeping his workspace neat and clean. Luke was very responsive throughout the process, and he engaged with our entire family to ensure his work was accurate. He is friendly, personable, highly experienced and incredibly trustworthy. We’re thrilled with our new shower!

Luke at Cirka Construction did a terrific job on my bathroom remodel. He replaced the floor tile, shower tile, new vanity, toilet fixtures and mirrors. As well as adding shiplap in the bathroom and on another existing wall in the living area.
Luke was very communicative and available. He finished the job in the time he said he would and the price was reasonable. I will definitely use him again in the future.

Luke did a phenomenal job renovating two of our bathrooms. In one bathroom it had the original robins egg blue cast iron tub, wall tiles and flooring. Luke removed the tub and installed a shower stall with glass doors. Leveled and replaced the flooring with new tile, new vanity, countertop and toilet. Luke was very easy to talk to and he kept the area clean before left. The other bathroom he replace the original flooring, vanity and toilet. He also made a custom vanity, which we love. I would recommend Luke to anyone who needs some work done to their home. He is professional, trustworthy and honest.

L.Cirka completed a bathroom tile/paint project in my master bathroom. Exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. Great to work with throughout the project from beginning to end. Will definitely contact Luke for our next house project.

Luke was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had an idea in my head with a bunch of pictures and he somehow was able to make it work and it came out wonderful! He is easy to communicate with and if you do not like something, don't lie, because he wants your vision to come to light! We had water damage due to a burst pipe and had to gut our entire basement bathroom. We upgraded from an outdated tub-shower to a SwanStone stand up shower with glass doors, new vanity and waterproof vinyl flooring. Luke was very skilled and knowledgeable. He communicated with us throughout the entire process and was quick to respond whenever we reached out to him. He did an excellent job. Everything looks beautiful and we are pleased. We will definitely call him again for future projects.

Luke is truly a reliable professional. He installed a woodgrain finish ceramic tile floor in a full basement bathroom. He was back the following day to grout, and clean the floor. It has the clean polished finish of a real wood floor.
I would solicit him again for any type of ceramic tile floor install, or any bathroom renovation.
