I was so impressed with the service offered by Circulating Air, Inc. The communication was top notch as well as customer service and service and general. They were timely with scheduling an appointment and provided detailed information regarding the service offered. I would recommend them to anyone looking for and HVAC technician in the area.

As usual the tech was on time, personable and let me know the status of my furnace and AC unit.

Have been a customer of Circulating Air since 2001. They are the BESTEST!!!!!!! Friendly, Genuine, Honest, Show Up, Dependable, Knowledgable and will never try to sell you something you do not need. -Once I had surgery (in another state)-came home late at night to no furnace -temp were in the teens. I stayed up all night throwing towels in the dryer to wrap myself in to keep warm-- Bob came 6am in the morning to fix the furnace for me. I will ALWAYS and only call Circulating Air for all my HVAC I refer them to all my Friends and Clients!!!

We love Circulating Air. They have serviced our HVAC system for several years. The techs are friendly, down to earth, and knowledgeable. They charge fair prices. This is a family-owned company committed to customer service and it shows.

Extremely responsive and professional. We had a humidification system installed and they were a great price and also helped diagnose/resolve another unknown problem in our HVAC system while they were working on it.

We had Circulating Air install AC for us at the beginning of September. They were great to work with and didn’t inflate the pricing like other companies that sent us bids. They were in and out within a day. They were super responsive, easy to work with, and reliable. I would definitely recommend them.

I am super excited to leave a positive review for Circulating Air! Prior to them we were referred to another HVAC company with high Google ratings. Their service guy took one look at our older system and tried to sell us a brand new A/C unit AND a furnace (which we don't need) for 32k+!!! No such cash lying around? No problem--THEY provide easy financing. By contrast, Bryce from Circulating Air helped us with our A/C and reassured us that our system was still good for at least a few more years. Honesty. Integrity. Professional. This company is a bright light!

I had been searching for a good HVAC person for a long time and I’m so glad I found Bob at circulating air. He is honest, does high quality work, charges very fair prices, and has absolutely top notch customer service. For example, I recently had a gas smell after he installed a new furnace. He returned to investigate immediately and discovered it was due to a faulty water heater installation done by a different contract. Despite it not being his responsibility, he fixed the water heating and did not charge me a dime for the work or for the visit. This type of above and beyond service is the reason I recommend circulating air to everyone I know.

Had a very well-established HVAC company come out -- we've used them for a while. They kept selling us new stuff ... new furnace (understandable, it was old), new water heater (kind of suspicious, because it wasn't that old -- but ok), then saying we needed a new AC (a 7 year old unit). That's when I was like -- holy moly -- we've been getting played. Found Circulating Air on Nextdoor and they were like "nothing is wrong with this unit, call us in 2 years -- or sooner if something is an issue." TONY you are awesome. I will be telling everyone about you. Thank you for the honesty.

Really great service. Extremely good communication with the office. Bob, and Tony especially, knew exactly what we needed to match our 20 year old dual system. They got it right, then they came back free of charge and made it even better. Would highly recommend. Thanks Circulating Air! Very happy customer.

Highly recommend these guys for inspection/service, especially if you have an older unit/system. I saw how they handled a neighbors A/C unit and overheard Bob dropping some knowledge on how they could FIX, rather than go straight to replacing. They were SUPER happy. So, I had them come out to service my roof top unit and my furnace stack. Even though it's an older set up, they said it was solid, freon was good, and it should last. They also saved my sanity by making our neighbors unit (which is also on my roof) 98% quieter with some rubber feet. Talk about a relief! Anyways, Bob and his guys are super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Lavonne (sp?) in the office was also great to deal with.

We have used CA three times in the past for various AC/heating related things, and I could not be more pleased with the service. Very professional, pleasant techs (Bob and his son), and they provided perfect service at very reasonable prices. I have recommended this company to multiple people and will continue to do so. Wow! Above and beyond customer service! I was quoted $3500 to replace a furnace by 2 other companies and Bob was able to replace a part for almost nothing and it’s working like a charm. I’ll never use anyone else.

Got my whole home HVAC system replaced by Bob with no hassle, professionally, and on time; all for thousands less than the pushy competition quoted me. I was very happy with the entire process.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and integrity of Bob

Bob arrived when he said he would and after doing checks on the A/C system, he determined that the Thermostat was not working properly on the cooling side as I suspected. He was about to start swapping out the unit until I told him that the previous tenant/owner had a Google Nest installed and must have replaced it with the current Honeywell unit before he vacated.

Bob paused for a second and started thinking. He then said that that maybe the owner forgot a critical wire connection while installing the Honeywell thermostat due to differences in the wiring between the two units. Bob grabbed a small jumper wire and added it, then the cooling system kicked on and has been working great since then.

He saved the property owner the cost of a new thermostat in the process. That kind of honesty goes a long way.

Bob is the most honest contractor I know, and I know a lot of contractors. His prices are fair and there is a reason he has all these 5 star reviews.

When the company couldn't come to fix our heater because they were booked solid for the entire week (speaks well of the company), they referred a trusted competitor because they were concerned when we told them there was a small child in the home! The weather then was still warm enough, so we waited instead of using the competitor. A couple days later, the company had an open spot and Tony fixed the heater. A few days after, the heater quit working again. Bob came out, fixed the problem at NO additional charge. WOW!!
