The project manager is very unprofessional.!!!!! This company did not care that they completely destroyed my husband’s business. The project manager came in looked at the damage and said “MY BAD”.. He was aware that removing the kind of roof we had would cause leaking, I asked him why as a manager you wouldn’t let the businesses know this is a possibility? That way everyone can prepare and cover inventory? His response was I don’t know, MY BAD!!

I highly recommend Ciaccio Roofing. They were on time, kept us well infored of the repairs needed and provided a professional result at a resonable price inspite of the cold weather.

We contacted Ciaccio for help with leaks on the roof of our church recreation center. They responded very quickly and were on the roof in two days. The pricing was very fair, and it was a pleasure working with their professional and personable staff.

I purchased a residential flat roof house that had been installed by Ciaccio Roofing. I called them to come out and inspect and provide maintenance needs when I took possession since I have never had a flat roof house. I called twice and never got a response about coming out. After a storm that left over 6 inches of water on the roof due to poor sloping, I called again. This time it took 3 calls to get a time set up. JJ and Jon came out and identified it didn’t slope correctly. They left claiming they would send a quote to remedy the drainage. After 2 weeks, I called for an update. Song and dance that JJ had to discuss with his manager. He had a meeting the next day and would discuss. A week and a half later I called. No response after leaving my number with receptionist. Called the next day. No response. Finally got in touch and was told they couldn’t fix the slope due to the poor choices of previous owner making slope changes impossible. So the company won’t respond to calls for residential property and they will put a roof on knowing it won’t drain properly. I will not use them for any future roofing issues. Terrible customer service responsiveness.

Ciaccio Roofing just completed putting on a new flat roof on my 3,720 sq. ft. office building in downtown Millard. Jorge and his crew did an AWESOME job! Jorge would come and get me to go up and look at progress and things they found as they removed the old roofs ... yes, the original 1973 roof was under the 1993 roof ... and advised me as how they would proceed next. I trusted his professional opinion on several issues that they needed to work around, HVAC Roof Top Units & plumbing vents being too low to do their normal installations to, and he did a beautiful job. I know, how can a new flat roof on a commercial building be "beautiful"? Well, it is! :-) Compared to what was up there before. I now have 7-1/2" of Styrofoam insulation that I didn't have before and the white roof will repel the sun's heat, instead of the black rubber roof that was there before.
Their 6-person crew was very courteous and respectful and did a great job of cleaning up the work site every afternoon before going home.
For a job done right, I would recommend Ciaccio Roofing Corp. every time!
JJ and Jon Case came out to take measurements and do a couple cores of the old roofs, to see what they had to work with in order to provide an estimate, and they too, were great guys to work with!

Complete tear off and replacement with a Duralast roof system on 4 large apartment builds and 16 garages. They were extremely responsive to questions and when unforeseen issues arrived, quickly resolved. Highly recommend.

They did two commercial jobs for me and were great to work with. Pronounced chowchow. Great follow up on warranty work as well.

They dont care about you and they dont care at all it take so long for them to come out always making excuses that there not working on that day or the weather is bad. I'm out here waiting and I have to call them to see where there at and then they tell me that they aren't gonna come.

Worst roofing contractor if ever worked with, after a year I’m still trying to get a roof on finally they get all the material over to my property 2 weeks later 3 people come over for an hour and a half still no shingles put on. This is October.
