Called Chuck on a Wednesday about getting 2 roof vents installed for my bathroom fans, and he was able to come out on Friday and get the work done. Great communication throughout the process on when he'd be there, what materials would be used, different options for me to choose, etc. I'll be calling Chuck again if I need any more work done like this.
Had what I thought was an issue causing a leak. Chuck was the first to identify the ACTUAL problem causing the leak and fix it, as well as the original (visible) problem. He went above and beyond.
After numerous attempts by other companies and individuals at stopping a leak around my chimney, I called Chuck. I wish I had called him a year earlier! After a new roof by another company and failed attempts at stopping the leak around the chimney, Chuck fixed it! He did not patch the problem but he fixed the problem! I highly recommend him and his work if you need a new roof, or have any problems with your chimney or roof! Thanks again Chuck!
