Wonderful experience working with CHS! This 1949 Bungalow was an unloved ugly duckling before I bought it. It had been on the market for almost a year without an offer. The kitchen was a complete gut job, and the bathroom was unusably small. They expanded the bathroom by a couple of feet which made all the difference! New plumbing, New electrical and panel, 3 new bathrooms and fixtures, and beautiful Acacia LVP flooring throughout. They also refreshed the ADU first so my rental income kept rolling in! Great at communication and kept me up to date on the project. They completed the upstairs while we were waiting for custom cabinets to arrive, then I moved upstairs while they did the downstairs kitchen, bathroom and flooring. Glad I didn't have to move out during construction, what a money saver! Can't wait to host my housewarming party and share my new home with friends and loved ones!
