Christian Siding

We chose Christian Siding to replace our siding and windows. The estimate and proposal by Jesse were very competitive and thorough. Christian managed the crew, kept us updated on progress, and always left the site clean. Highly recommend.

In January, 2024, Christian Siding replaced the cedar siding on our 40-year-old house with Hardie Plank and Trim and replaced the original 21 wood windows and storm windows with new vinyl windows. They also replaced three exterior doors, including a French patio door. We were referred to Christian Siding by neighbors who had gone through the same renovation four years previously. Our experience with Christian Siding was excellent. Jessy Guzman, the Project Manager, led us through the process from beginning to end. Throughout, his enthusiasm for the quality of work done was justified. Christian Siding does not subcontract the work but uses its own employees, many of them, like Jessy, are long term employees and in fact worked on our neighbor’s house previously. It was amazing to me how organized the crew were from day one starting with the staging and arrival of the materials and new windows as well as the dumpster and porta potty. During the day there was at least one crewman assigned to cleaning up so at the end of every day the grounds looked quite neat. Whenever we had questions or concerns about anything, they were addressed completely and satisfactorily. As Brandon Kwak, the Production Manager, said, “We want you to be satisfied.” We have been totally happy with Christian Siding and would heartily recommend them. We believe the price was reasonable although it is too hard to compare different contractors. We certainly did not have any surprises in that regard.

Christian Siding did a fabulous job replacing two 24 year old windows in our kitchen. Cristian (one of their sales representatives) was super professional about giving us a detailed quote, following up to schedule the project, and communicating with us at every step along the way (including pics of the project). He was here to show us a demo of the windows, here on the day of installation and made sure the job was done right. And the install team did a great job too: the install was clean, trimmed out perfectly and cleaned up afterward. The windows work great, look great, and match the house design and old windows perfectly.

The dormers of our townhouse needed some much needed repairs. We contacted a few contractors. Some came back with insane estimate, some never responded, many said it was too small of a job. I was starting to be discouraged until I posted a request on Facebook and Christian answered. After checking his ratings on Google (which are amazing), I contacted him. He was very prompt and came the next day to check what needed to be done. He then promptly sent a very fair estimate to us. He took the time to make sure that the HOA would approve the work. Once everything was in order, I paid the deposit and a few days later the job was scheduled. When he was done, he asked my husband to come check the work and it was well done. I can only very highly recommend Christian Siding. I will use them again whenever I need such work to be done. I have worked with lots of contractors and this was hands down the best experience I have had. I just wish he would also do tiles, drywalls, etc. :)

I will use them again! Work was easy to schedule, they were very pro-active working with the HOA to make sure all forms were filled in correctly and the right approval (I don't think the HOA got a package so comprehensive for just "repair" work! ;) ).

Christian siding is the way to go. I had questions about my siding repair and other contractors tried to up-sale their company. Cristian made sure all my questions were answered and he made sure I had a representative throughout the whole process with a fair price.

This company has exceptional customer service. All staff members were polite, extremely patient, and although our almost 60 year old house presented several challenges, they simply persevered and worked well beyond anticipated hours to get it right. Communication leading up to the project was outstanding too. We will gladly have them back for any future projects.

2024 Update - we just completed our third project with Christian Siding. Jessy Guzman was our main contact and Brandon Kwak the production team lead. It was another excellent experience. The attention to detail and the level of communication is outstanding! We were almost sorry the project ended. The team genuinely cares and is quick to offer help with anything, even offering to help carry in the groceries.

We reached out to Christian Siding to clean our gutters and to install leaf guards. Sr. Project Manager Jessy Guzman gave us a quick response and helped us in every step of executing the contract. The fair pricing and customer service exceeded all other quotes that we had received for this work. He also visited on the day the work was done to ensure that we were satisfied and that everything went smoothly. Production Manager Brandon Kwak was also very polite and very helpful with any questions that we had. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and it was a great experience all around. We will be using Christian Siding again for our home repair needs.

In 2021, Christian Siding installed a new roof, 30+ new vinyl windows, and James Hardie siding on our house. A major endeavor. We very satisfied with the quality of their work. Jessy Guzman, Sr. Project Manager, and Brandon Kwak, Production Manager, were very polite, responsive, and knowledgeable. Brandon went out of his way to deal with all our questions and concerns. If you're looking for new house wrap and siding call Jessy Guzman and his team at Christian Siding. These guys were extremely efficient and professional from start to finish. They helped me repair water damage and replaced the whole back siding of my house from a bad deck/flashing job. Little pricey but absolutely worth every penny. I'll probably call them back to do the front of my house soon.

Not long after that work was done, we also discovered a roof leak and our project manager Jessy was quick to reply, and we got the roof repaired incredilbly quickly and at a great price. We contracted with Christian Siding to replace our 30 year old cedar plank siding and wood trim with HardiePlank and HardieTrim, and to replace our aging wood windows with vinyl energy efficient ones. Project Manager Jessy Guzman guided us professionally through the entire process, from choosing materials to doing a walk-through when the work was done. I waited to write this review. Not because I was unhappy, but because I wanted to give an honest 5-stars. From the beginning Christian Siding was upfront on scheduled time and expected cost. They were able to beat all competitors (I got two other estimates). My roof was on in a day. Quite a feat for 40+ square with removal and replacement. They answered questions quickly and had no issues with minor adjustments of installation. My siding job was done well and looks great. I had Hardy board installed. The trim work is good and it should last my lifetime. If you are wanting job completed by professionals that believe in customer service, use Christian Siding.

As a builder and architect, I hire subcontractors on daily basis, however Christian Siding has been one of the most professional companies to deal with. They cladded a canopy at a residential project of mine in Bethesda with Trespa panels and did an amazing job.

The great wind storm caused some serious damage to my siding as it did to many of the houses here in NoVa. We usually shop quite a few contractors when we need to have major work done, so I called a few of them and got estimates. I almost did not pick them, but I'm glad I did since Sean was able to give us a competitive price. Sean seems a bit pushy but I think it's because he really wants to do the job since he knows his guys will do it well. If you want someone to do the job extremely well, then take a look at their work.

I'm a stickler for details, it's just how I am, and I only respect workmanship that is top-notch and I've been frustrated in the past with contractors that have rushed a job or have been incompetent contractor. Mr. Kim, who headed the crew, is flat out amazing (not to mention the best at trimming a house due to his attention to detail) and every time he found an issue with our house (e.g. no window insulation, rotten boards, squirrel damage, etc), he would promptly let us know and get our approval to fix it. He will find every detail and make it right so that the end product was quality.

I was extremely impressed at how diligently they would show up early in the morning, work throughout the day, until it was evening - these guys work hard. And every evening before they left, they would clean things up (nails, boards, siding, etc). The end result of our house is gorgeous (they did all siding, trimming, gutters, and a new front door). Brandon was also a great production manager and made sure we were satisfied. I would absolutely hire Christian Siding again to do my roof and other interior work because to me quality is by far the most important thing to me.

And my experience with them did not disappoint me for their repair work they did on my property last year, and this year as well. In both cases, everyone at Christian Siding have been courteous and professional. The workers who came out to our property last year were very pleasant. The team leader was willing to do a more work than what was required (moving things around for esthetics). I wasn't expecting it, but I really appreciated that he cared more about how my house would than I did. There was more damage this year due to the high winds, and the company did not disappoint. The technicians were very through with their work, and made sure everything was clean and secure before they left. Overall, I am glad to have found this company, and will recommend them highly to anyone looking for repair or improvement work to e done at their house.

Christian Siding came highly recommended by two friends (neighbors) whose opinions we value. We had our siding, gutters/downspouts, all exterior rotted wood, and rear door replaced. We also had all of the trim wrapped (or painted if they could not wrap the area). They also made some minor repairs and replacements at our request.
Sean and Brendan were great to work with. They listened to what we had to say and made sure that everything we mentioned was addressed in writing and in action. The proposal was very detailed and reasonable and they were both very friendly, responsive, and professional. Anytime that we had a question, they called/texted us back in a short period of time (usually right away). The crews doing the work were excellent. They always arrived on time--usually a little earlier than they said. However, they used that time to get set up to work and would only start at the designated time. They worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. They always cleaned up and left things very neat. There were a couple of minor issues that were out of their control, but Christian Siding worked with us to resolve them to our satisfaction.
We see why our friends highly recommended Christian Siding. We, too, highly recommend them and will use them again for future interior/exterior projects.

If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy company to do your roof, gutters, and downspouts, you can count on Christian Siding. Last month, my roof/gutters/downspouts were replaced by this company. There were two crews who came to install. One was for the roof (with four workers) and the other was for the gutter/downspouts (with two workers). Both teams did a great job with the installation. What's most important to me is communication. I've dealt with Sean, the CEO and Brandon, the Project Manager directly. Both of them responded to my questions/concerns at all times in a timely manner. This company, I can tell, stand behind their motto "exceeding expectations". I highly recommend them as workmanship is proven.
