I rarely do reviews, but Shane has been on several service calls over the past 11 years. He has always been straight forward and even helped us get a warranty refund on a faulty product. So, of course we called Christian Brothers when we had a major leak from Hurricane Helene. Shane was here almost immediately. His presentation was clear. The financing was simple. And working with Ashley is a pleasure. The new roof is up, and the crew left everything spotless, cleaner than our landscaping people do. What more can I say. These folks are for real.

If you’re in need of a new roof , these are the folks to call . They do great work , clean work , stay in communication with you throughout the process . Work with you on financing and listen to your concerns and questions . I wouldn’t trust any other roofer . Great job by a great company . You’re going to need a new roof one day , going to pay significantly for one , may as well be a company you can trust and a company that follows through .

We were worried we were going to need a new roof as we saw signs of leaks in the house. Especially around vents. We had used Christian Brothers in the past to fix a small leak, so we gave them a call. Office staff was very friendly and got us scheduled right away. Ben was on time and great to work with. He got up on the roof, did his assessment, and we were relieved to find out that just a few of the vent pipe aprons needed replacing. He also fixed a few nail pops while he was up there. I felt their pricing was more than fair and Ben was just awesome. Would call again in a heart beat. Don't let other places bully you into thinking you need a new roof. Christian Brothers gave an honest assessment and did not try to convince me we needed anything other than a yearly assessment at this point moving forward. Our roof is almost 10 yrs old.

The Crew from Christian Brothers Roofing was absolutely fantastic!! The guys arrived very early and started removing the shingles on my home and discovered that I actually had 2 layers of shingles. This added a bit more time for removal, but the cost did not increase much at all. They worked hard and fast on a very hot summer day and were able to finish my large re-roof project by 7pm the same day. They cleaned up everything and our new roof looks great! Ben came out the next day and walked the house with my wife and answered questions. They have made this experience so much better, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing work to be done of any type. This company is tops for me. From the salesman that came out to estimate the job and crew that completed it. I can't say enough good things about the whole deal.

I found their workmanship and field practices to be very disappointing. My skylights were installed directly onto the plywood subroofing with no underlayment or waterproofing membrane at the roof opening. I contacted the skylight manufacturer who said generally installers will install waterproofing under the skylights to prevent leaks, but CBR did not and refused to correct. Mr. Olson, the owner of CBR, kept throwing in my face that the skylights were "free" and I should be grateful for what I got rather than complaining about the installation method. In looking at their estimate, the guards are shown as included in the price, so nothing was "free" not that this would excuse the installation method. The gutter guards were supposed to remain in place, but the field people didn't want to work around them so told me they had to be removed and pressured me in the field to agree. They forcefully yanked the guards off the gutters pulling the anchoring screws through and deforming the predrilled holes, destroying the guards and damaging the gutters. CBR refused to participate in the cost to repair the damage. The starter course of shingles at the roof edge was supposed to be a full 12" shingle but the installers used a 6" piece instead indicating that this was industry standard. After an exhaustive number of communications with CBR that got nowhere, I remained very concerned about these issues. So, I contacted another well-known roofing company who came out to inspect. They said the quality of work was "very poor" and indicated they had actually been contacted by other homeowners to correct CBR's work. I would not hire them again.

I've used Christian Brothers Roofing for repairs over the years and when it came time for a full replacement, they were my first choice. Did not disappoint. Quick response, professional job completed in one day, and all at a fair price. I would - and have - highly recommend.

Had a small broken place in my roof decking that I noticed on my regular survey of my attic - there wasn't a leak, but I certainly didn't want any weak areas of my roof with this Georgia rain and summer storms. I had heard Christian Brothers as being highly recommended through people in my neighborhood, I requested a quote, I was contacted promptly and the work was done in a few days at a very reasonable price. Ben did a great job, couldn't say enough nice things about him and the quality of his work. Will highly recommend and always call them for my roofing needs.

Christian Brothers is a great company. When a tree fell on my house they did a fine job replaced my roof with the architectural shingles I lost. Their price was very fair.

They figured out my roof leak was from my chimney and not the roof by wrapping my chimney with tarp. They were really good and courteous, reasonably priced. They took great care of my situation.

They did a great job coming out and giving me a reasonable price for a new roof, new sidingand new gutters. They gave me a quote the next day.

Christian brothers did mine and my sister in laws roof. There is NO BETTER ROOFER! They were reliable, offered the best products for shingles, and when I had a small issue were out the same day and fixed the problem under warranty within 1 business day. You will not be disappointed!!!!

Worst contractor I've every had without a doubt. They sounded good prior to the roofing job, but it was a terrible job. I had a leak within 3 months. The debris left on my roof and in the yard was beyond believable with at least several pounds of nails that washed out in the gutters to my driveway. Roofing bundle paper was left on one side of the house and metal flashing was left in the creek bed. The workers bend and took down my self-closing gate to the screen porch stairs and never reinstalled. I called the owner who was very friendly but did nothing. I wouldn't advise hiring them!

I would highly recommend Christian Bros Roofing. They came immediately in an urgent situation and did a fabulous job. They were professional, punctual, and communicative.

My story: I switched to American Family home owners insurance in JAN. I was told in mid March by AMFAM they would cancel my policy by March 28th unless I replaced the roof. They said it was over the age limit, thou it was 14 years old. I was told the roof did not need replacing by 2 roofers. With the threat of my insurance being cancelled, I scrambled to have 3 estimates. Shane came out quickly to review my home. He worked with Safe Gutters to fix a portion of a gutter AND got the roof replace by March 28th. He called me to keep me updated every step of the way, and came out to inspect the job when it was completed. I would definitely recommend Shane and Christian Brothers to replace your next roof. They got me a quote quickly, communicated well, finished the job on time, and my yard was left clean. Thank You.

I had a terrible experience with Christian Brothers. They left nails all over the roof and in the gutters which I picked up in my driveway and yard for months. They left shingle bundle paper around the house and drip edge down a creek bank in the backyard. Within 3 months I had a major leak in my sunroom roof. To top it all off I had a conversation with the owner who was a nice guy, but did nothing. I would not recommend them and wish I’d gone with Findlay Roofing who was only several hundred dollars more.

Once again Christian Brothers responded quickly and fixed my missing shingles before the big rains this week. Ben was professional and explained exactly what my roof needed.

Shane Lively and Ashley did a great job getting things done and on time.. They stayed informative on what was being done. No hidden cost and was up front on what it was going to cost.. I was referred by a co-worker who also did her roof with Christian Brothers and I couldn’t be happier. Shane came and explained everything that needed to be done and the price was very reasonable. No hidden cost or add ons aside from what we had discussed. The crew came in early and finished the same day leaving my house the way they found it…even way decorations. Excellent service that I will be recommending to everyone I know and will keep use them in the future.

I am leaving an Honesty Review of my experience and this is not to bash the company. I think overall the work done is looks good and has been holding up well. We haven't had a leak since the replacement. Shane did well guiding us through the process. Where I think everyone was lacking was the communication. I don't know if the people who did the rook were contractors or employees but they rushed the whole thing within a day. When they tossed things off the roof they didn't look were they were throwing things and damaged a few things. They also didn't properly clean even though I was told multiple times someone would come back. Every time I asked someone they would say "I'm sorry, we will get someone out" but never follow though. So my neighbor and I went out picking up pieces of the roof, nails and screws in order to avoid tire punctures. Both of these issues I can live with. What was most upsetting was the back and forth about invoices and the threating tones through email because the front office dropped the ball with the insurance company. Work was done in April. I paid the 1st half that was agreed upon (my deductible & 1st check from insurance). Then I received a second invoice with no explanation while they were working out showing the work was done with the insurance so the insurance company would release the final funds. 6 months go by of me waiting thinking that everything was clear and paid by the insurance only to get a almost threating email about unpaid invoice and going to collections. When I called to clarify the back and forth with the lady was unprofessional and not called for. She claimed that they had been calling and emailing me for sometime.... that was a lie. I asked about the discrepancy from the second check that I received within the time I was left out of the loop to the apparent time they were pushing the collection motive which again uncalled for. Instead of working to figure out what was wrong I was treated like I was the one at fault. I ended up calling Shane and we were able to put together the missing pieces saying the insurance company didn't cut the final check. I called the insurance company and they said the check wasn't cut as the roof company never sent the final invoice or should pictures to prove the work was done. AKA not my fault. When I explained that to the office lady her tone changed and magically the 3rd check was released. I had to call to get them to send the final invoice so I could pay as to not be label as liar and close out all outstanding invoices. I am torn with ever working with them again as I hated the feeling of not paying something that was completely agreed to, challenging that, and being threaten with collections because Christian Brothers not only didn't finish working with the insurance company but also didn't keep me in the loop. It is a demoralizing feeling and not justified even though they did decent work.

Just had my roof redone with them. Very professional, cost effective and good follow-up. Easy to work with. Also extremely helpful in renegotiating with insurance company regarding storm damage and how they would pay. Couldn't do better with anyone else.

Christian Bros replaced our roof in a professional and expedient manner. Shane explained the process and everything went according to plan. Workers covered the surrounding landscape with tarps and did an excellent clean-up job, I could not find any nails or scraps in the yard. The roof removal and replacement was completed in one day and the dump trailer removed the next day without incident. We are very satisfied with the price and service, having gotten 5 estimates.

OMG WHATEVER YOU DO MUST NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY CUT MY CABLE AND I STOPPED PAY ON THE CHECK UNTIL A WEEK LATER WHEN I FINALLY GOT CABLE NO THANKS TO THEM AS I HAD TO HAVE COMCAST COME OUT AND FIX THEIR MISTAKE AND THEN I HAD THE BANK DO A CERTIFIED CHECK PAID IN FULL SO OBVIOUSLY THEY HAVE THEIR MONEY. I COME HOME THREE WEEKS LATER FROM WORK AND GO TO THE MAILBOX AND THEY HAVE FILED A LIEN ON MY HOME!!! SO BAD!!!!

I would not recommend this company. Very unprofessional as they came out to put roof on home and I as assured that someone would be there to supervise and make sure everything went well. The roofers cut my Comcast cable and no one even bothered to tell me. The person who was in charge had left the home earlier and I had to go somewhere that afternoon and came home to no television. They admittted they had done this but was not sure why and certainly not sure why I had not been told. I had company here and it was July 4th weekend and no one could watch television as Comcast could not get out here for a week.

Shame Lively was our contact for our roof needs. From initial contact through inspection and insulation he kept us informed on each step. The process with my insurance company was very easy. On the day of install the crew arrived on time and worked into the late afternoon to complete the job before the chance of rain. Clean up was super I think we found four nails that had fallen out of roll of dumpster. None of my wife’s flowers or bushes were damaged !! Could not ask for a better contact than Shane

Christian Brothers replaced my roof recently and I have to give them the highest marks for quality and customer service. From the initial inspection, working with my insurance company, showing up on time, efficient installation and cleanup, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction, they did it all with honesty, integrity, and excellent communication. I am very impressed with this company’s Roof Repair division, which I recently used due to a need for an emergency repair after a strong wind event caused massive roof leaking into my kitchen. Right from the first contact with the scheduling customer service agent, Ashley, who was very efficient and pleasant, to the actual roof repair expert, Gennadi, who was meticulous, it was a great experience to have chosen them.

Gennadi did a very detailed, repair of the main leak and he identified several other areas that allowed rain to be penetrating my shingles, but not making it through the underlayment barriers, so I couldn’t see the leak inside the home. Also, it was nice to have someone who speaks clear English explain the nature of the leak and how it was repaired, a rare occurrence in the construction and repair trade industry in our area.

After several rain events after my repair, I am so happy to now be bone dry and have this major stress of the leak now removed.

It’s great to have a roofing company with such a terrific repair division to go along with what I understand to be a top notch new roof and reroof division for the larger projects. I understand this from conversations with insurance adjusters and real estate agents who told me of their top tier reputation.
