I have used many roofing subcontractors over the years to install Roofs for my own roofing company and I would say Fransico is the best roofer in New London County. When I have had calls for Roof Repair's that are very difficult to fix, Francisco Often times can find the source of the roof leak and find a solution to fix it very quickly. I don't know anyone else in southeast Connecticut that can install a commercial flat roof that passes inspection for warranties without any problems better than Fransico

We used Chopa Contracting Services, for a repiar that was needed on our Church Building. The Building was originally built in 1929, and some of the flashing needed repair around a chimney.
There is also a flat roof that needed to be completely redone. This roof was leaking in many places and causing severe water damage.
Fantastic job at a very good price.
