I had Chip's Roofing repair my roof many years ago, and they did a great job. So when my roof was damaged by the hailstorm in 2024 they were the only ones I called for the repair. Chip took all of the frustration out of dealing with my insurance carrier when there were issues with my claim and he personally made sure that I got them to issue funds to get everything done that needed to be done.
When his team was here they were always polite, respectful of us and our property, and took great care to ensure that everything was done right the first time. The foreman visited with us each morning to explain what they were going to do and then again each evening to update us on their progress. And the crew worked super hard - no wasted time on their phones or chatting, just working straight through to get the job done swiftly.

Chip evaluated the hail damage on the exterior of my roof and other outdoor structures, including a shed and my vinyl fence. He personally accompanied the insurance claims adjuster to ensure that all damage was listed in the adjuster's report. Then Chip's crew replaced the roof. The job was done perfectly. The job included replacement of all gutters and downspouts. All damaged vinyl fencing was replaced. I am completely satisfied with the work Chip's Roofing completed on my home in Frederick, and have recommended them to friends.
