I am extremely satisfied with ChimneyWorx! I’ve been having problems with my dryer and got help with clearing it out, and even bought a new dryer. I was still experiencing problems. They didn’t hesitate to get on the roof to investigate and to my surprise found out that the builder installed the wrong parts…. 20 years ago when my house was built! I’ve been living here for 8 years struggling to do laundry and they fixed it within two hours. They had to run to Lowe’s to pick up a part and came right back to fix it. I’m currently listening to the happy hum of my dryer and can’t wait to tackle the baskets that have backed up over the past few weeks. You saved me trips to the laundromat, and a possible fire! One of the best decisions I have made was to call Chimneyworx. Honest, dependable, trustworthy and timely! The technician was very communicative, knowledgeable and explained everything about the service process. We scheduled an appointment for an inspection and wanted a quote for work we suspected needed to be completed and for an estimate for a pellet stove to be installed. Gentleman came out didn’t inspection and promised the estimate the next day. We received the bill, and paid for the inspection. We never received the estimate, I emailed asking about it a week later and was told it wasn’t done yet. We are a month later now and still never received. At this point the business has definitely lost my trust and I wouldn’t use them if they did send it over. Unfortunate.

Just used Jason for the second time. He is timely, professional, does great work and his prices are fair. Will not hesitate to use Chimneyworx again!

Jason and his crew cleaned out pellet stove, repaired my chimney crown, repointed brick, and installed new dampers for the chimney. I’m very happy with the work and that they were able to come out quickly to get the job done. I will use them in the future!

Jason of ChimneyWorx is awesome. I highly recommend. I used Jason some 16 years ago when I had just moved into my home and a bird's nest was inside my dryer vent. Jason quickly and efficiently cleaned out the packed vent and placed a bird guard on the vent opening so that no other birds would be able to get inside.

Recently, after 16 years, the bird guard over the vent had deteriorated and had broken and another bird's nest was in the dryer vent. Because I wasn't able find Jason (company name change), I hired another vent cleaner. I knew immediately the job was not done correctly and using my dryer could cause the house to catch on fire. The man swore up-and-down that the vent was clean. I did not believe him and continued searching for Jason until I finally found him.

Jason came over and found a ton of debris left in the vent. The debris was backed up for quite a way, even the connection was clogged. Jason informed me that it was a good thing I called someone to double check because this would indeed have easily caused a house fire.

Jason took his time and inspected everything - made sure everything was perfectly clean and safe.

He was on time, he wasn't rushed, and did an excellent job. It is a great feeling to know that everything is done correctly and everything is safe.
I highly, highly recommend. Jason and ChimneyWorx to anyone who wants a good honest, reliable company to come in and clean your vent or for anything else you need. This is a good, honest company.
