When they promised to arrive, Chimneys Restoration & Roofing Service of LLC did so, and they quickly fixed the chimney. The technician gave a thorough explanation of the situation and the steps he took to fix it.
The cost was reasonable as well.
I've worked with them since 2019 and have had a positive experience.

Gerald arrived to address a concern I had about my roof on a new built home. Gerald displayed professionalism throughout the time he was at my home. He checked out the roof and not only addressed the issue I was concerned about, but he also answered all of my questions and explained exactly what I needed to do to have the issue resolved. He also told me to call him if I had any further questions about the roof. I highly recommend Chimneys Restoration.

They were responsive and professional every step of the way, the installation was well done, and the worksite was meticulously cleaned after. Their estimate was the most competitive one we received, and you can tell it's a real family business because the same people answer the phones every day.

Working with Chimneys Restoration & Roofing Service LLC to rebuild my roof was a great delight, and I'm really pleased with the outcome. The work done by Alexander, the supervisor, and his team was outstanding! Considering that daylight savings made it difficult to finish in a single day, they accomplished the entire roof in just one and a half days, which is an incredible speed.

Receptionist is the worst. She struggled to give basic info about services and book an appt on the correct day. Today they were supposed to come at 10am, it's now 3pm and no one ever showed. I just called to find out what's going on- the same receptionist picked up- she had me booked for a chimney cleaning when I actually booked for basement insulation. No explanation for the no show. What a waste of my time.

My mother had work done on her home by Home improvement General Contractors and she found them to be honest and reliable in her own words. We decided to give them the job with out apartments renovation in our building. We chose the materials and fixtures and they did the renovation. It was the best choice we could have made. They were very easy to work with and got the jobs finished ahead of schedule. We are very pleased.

I could not believe how friendly and polite they were. We hired them to build a new detached garage and driveway and convert our old one to living space. They did a fablous job.
