My wife and I requested bids from close to a dozen contractors. Mark Chick was one of the first to respond from our inquiry from the BBB. After three months of getting bids and researching all of the contractors, we decided to hire Chick Construction. Our decision was mostly based on Mark and his company's reputation. Throughout the process, any communication with Mark was promptly responded to. He and his crew showed up on time, removed the old roofs, repaired some of the old decking, installed the new roof with a new ridge vent, and cleaned up with in the estimated time and did it all under budget without cutting corners. A few days later, Mark called just to see how things were, and verify we were happy with our new roof. We are very pleased with the results, the cost, and the service, and would recommend Chick Construction to anyone needing roof repairs or a new roof.

Mark Chick and his company, Chick Construction, did such a wonderful job on putting a new roof on my house. We requested a quote through BBB and he was the first to respond. He talked with my wife and was completely professional and so helpful to her and later me. We had some damage from a storm and he inspected and gave us the honest truth and suggested we make a claim with our insurance because we needed a new roof. We did that and he was right. He worked really hard in dealing with my insurance adjuster and they were able to get the price worked out. Mark was so responsive--if I called or emailed, he would get right back with me. Day of the roof installation was great too. His crew and him showed up promptly, when they said they would and worked very hard through the day. My interaction with Mark and his crew was first rate. They were so respectful and nice. It was my first time getting a new roof and Mark really made it easy for my wife and I. We couldn't be happier and would recommend him to anyone.
