They were very good in there maintaining there subs work. Only 1 complaint. Siding sub messed trim around my sliding door and tried to cover up. Blake came out and took care of it.

They came recommended to us by friends. Now, I recommend them to friends. Professional, timely, QUALITY WORK, easy to deal with from start to finish. Great job!

Our experience with Chicagoland Remodel & Restoration started months (yes, months) ago when my husband asked for support in a Facebook group for some water damage coming from a leak in our ceiling. We opened a claim with our insurance company and scheduled time for both Jason and and adjuster to come out to assess the damage. Out of that assessment we got 4 shingles and some indoor painting approved, which did not cover half of what was actually needed. Jason was extremely helpful through the entire process and helped us to get a new roof, siding, gutters and the indoor painting approved, all paid for by insurance after months of back and forth.

Our exterior (new roof, siding, and gutters) was done in 4 days total and we are looking forward to completing our interior soon.

Bryan and Blake were a pleasure to work with! They took care of everything including working with my insurance company, which was not an easy task. And when I had some questions nearly a year after my roof was replaced, they did not ignore me. Instead, they drove all the way to my house to talk, inspect and resolve my concern. I would use Chicagoland Remodel & Restoration again, and would also recommend them to others needing their roof replaced.

Moved into an old house back in Dec of 2022, and wasn't able to use the upstairs shower, or sink. Bryan, a worker here, was able to help me unclog the shower drain, fix the water pressure, helped clear the clogs in the sink, and helped me figure out why the water wasn't running in the sink too. Would totally recommend using their services!

My family is so pleased with Chicagoland Remodel and Restoration and the service we received. Despot having obvious damage to our property from a couple storms, our insurance company wasn't covering it. Other roofing companies have wished us luck and walked away after the initial denial but Chicagoland put their public adjuster, Matt on the case and we ended up getting everything replaced and paid for my our insurance. It wasn't an easy process and we had a lot of questions but everyone at this company was super helpful and patient with us throughout the process. All of the work was done very well and we couldnt be happier with our experience!

Highly recommended. Great service and accommodating. My house looks beautiful from roof to siding to trim. We did a complete revamp and it’s better than I imagined. The company was flexible and worked with us despite waiting on our insurance. They were very quick and replaced roof and siding in one day each.

Chicagoland llc was very helpful in all aspects of choosing the best materials for the roof replacement. In the process there was hail damage detected on both roof and siding. The representatives were very helpful working with our insurance company and us to process a claim. They were clear in options to consider in addition to the repairs, such as adding insulation and wrapping items with steel to minimize painting the wood trim.
They are very good about doing all the work with minimal intrusion on the homeowners. Their clean up afterwards is SUPER! They sweep the area around the house with magnets to find virtually all the nails & metal debris in the yard!
In addition, we had the siding installed before we had the deck replaced. We asked if we had to do the deck first. They said they could come back and add the siding when we completed the new deck. True to their word, they provided a reasonable quote to do the additional work and completed the work needed with the same professionalism.
I recommended them to two of my neighbors and they did their roofs. In addition, we talked to two other neighbors that had their roofs and one with siding too which is why we choose Chicagolandllc.
