Pillar to Post Professional Home Inspection - David Becker

The home inspection report came to us in a binder, with additional space for records; receipts; home improvement records, and much more. I really like organization - and this inspection was clearly organized and thorough. David went over each section of the inspection report and answered all of our questions with professionalism and patience. We left this meeting feeling very confident in our next steps and in our choice of a new home.

David Becker is fantastic! He inspected our house in January 2019 before we bought it, and he was the best! He was thorough, explained everything very well, and gave us a binder with detailed info when done. It's been our household Bible every since. We've lived here two years now (3 story house in Pullman) and we haven't had one problem, which is pretty much what he projected! I just thought about how great he was when a neighbor asked for recommendations for someone to inspect a roof (Military Hill, I'm on the NextDoor app). I hope she hires David, he'll do a wonderful job!

David provided a very thorough inspection and took the time to communicate all of the findings to us and answer our questions. We were really pleased with his work.

David really came through for me! I am in the middle of closing my loan on my first home and I was needing pictures taken of my attic because my appraiser didn’t feel safe doing so. David was 100% willing to help me out and was at my house the next day taking the photos I needed. David was on time, super friendly, and was very knowledgeable.
